“Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Kang Daniel’s agency recently warned netizens regarding malicious comments.

On May 31, MMO Entertainment posted a statement on their official site, saying, “According to observations made by the company as well as fans, we have confirmed the presence of malicious comments online [about Kang Daniel] that are filled with personal attacks and even come close to sexual harassment. We earnestly ask those who crossed the line with their malicious comments to refrain from doing so.”

The statement continued with the words, “If this issue continues, we will inevitably be taking strong measures without any chances for a settlement. We ask that you continue to love all of the trainees who are under MMO Entertainment.”

This is not the first time an agency has warned malicious commenters, as Brave Entertainment also released a statement regarding fellow contestant Samuel Kim.

Reports broke earlier tonight that Kai and Krystal have broken up after a year or so of dating due to busy schedules. And now, SM has confirmed it.

Can't say I'm surprised... they're both always out of the country at different times -- or the same time, but different countries. And Kai in particular was super busy earlier this year with filming two dramas back to back, moving to Japan temporarily for one, and EXO's tour/schedules.

CBX name D.O as the member who really wants to do a subunit too

With CBX's recent Japanese debut, they appeared in July's issue of Japanese magazine PopTeen and revealed, among many things, that other EXO members too would like to walk into their footsteps and have a subunit, specifically D.O.

Q : How did other EXO members respond when CBX debut was decided?

Xiu: Their first word was “Oooh~! Fighting”, like that (laugh).

Chen: We made our debut with a song called ‘Hey Mama’, and by the time it (unit activity) ended, many member said ‘I want to do it together too.’

Q : Who is it, for example?

CBX: D.O. ! (laugh)

Baek: But D.O. is also working on a movie as an actor, so he’s busy with filming.

Block B’s Vocal King, Taeil, To finally Comeback as a solo act In June

Block B’s oldest member and main vocal Taeil will be returning as a soloist!

A source from the group’s agency Seven Seasons confirmed, “Taeil will be releasing a solo album this upcoming June. It will be a single album.”

They also revealed that he is currently working hard in order to repay all the fans who have been patiently waiting for a solo album. He will also be personally taking charge of all promotions regarding this album as its marketing director.

Taeil previously made his solo debut back in 2015 with his first digital single, “Inspiring,” and has also participated in the OSTs of various dramas such as MBC’s “Woman With a Suitcase.”

R&B duo 'As One' to release final single before disbanding on June 5

Female R&B duo As One—consisting of members Crystal and Lee Min—will release one last single together on June 5 before officially disbanding for the time being.

Their agency Brand New Music confirmed the news on May 31 and stated, “As One has decided to end their music promotions together of 18 years for now with this last single, in order to focus on their individual lifestyles and concentrate on their new lives.”

“This single will feature a sincere message to their fans as they close out 18 years of wonderful memories,” they explained.

Yoon Shi-yoon’s character Yoo Hyun-jae is described as a musical genius gifted with songwriting, dancing, and singing skills that put him at the top of the idol game when he debuted back in 1993. However, his life gets turned upside down when he is presumably propelled into the future, and he’s reduced to nothing but the neighborhood bum. The drama is about him mixing it up with other youths in present-day Seoul, which should make for some great laugh-out-loud scenarios since some of them will be in the idol industry, and he’s basically a grandfather in idol age and perspective.

Yoon Shi-yoon and Lee Se-young are engaged in one leg of a really, really awkward love triangle (square? Pentagon?) across two generations between Kim Min-jae, his mom Yoon Son-ha and dad Cha Tae-hyun.

The Best Hit premieres Friday, June 2 on KBS.

I thought I knew the general synopsis of this drama, but the details and previews are throwing me for a loop. I love Yoon Shi Yoon though, so I'll probably check it out. The top video is pretty incredible.

It was a really fun encore stage with Day6 members Young K and Wonpil, who were special MCs this time. One of them forgets to give away the trophy, Chaeyoung has to ask for it. Then Nayeon bullies them into staying for the encore. Twice tried to get them to dance to Signal, and I guess they didn't really know it because it just turned into a messy medley of past Twice dances.

P.O.T joins G-Druggin and many other YG greats: T.O.P caught and charged with marijuana usage

On June 1, Channel A reported that BIGBANG’s T.O.P had been accused of smoking marijuana.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, a positive result from T.O.P’s hair follicle test indicated that he had smoked marijuana. It was revealed that he had used the drug last October, but it is not yet clear whether he was a continuous user.

The police has forwarded the case to the public prosecutor’s office, accusing T.O.P of violating illegal drug laws. The usage of marijuana is illegal in South Korea.

Meanwhile, T.O.P enlisted in the army as a police officer this February.
