On January 13, HYWY Entertainment stated, “We’ve recently finished signing an exclusive contract with Lee Soohyun. [She] is currently practicing hard in preparation for her debut in a girl group.”

Tablo visits the Grammys

Along with Rain and Kim Tae Hee, Tablo was one of the Korean celebrities invited to the Grammy awards last night in LA.

Gallant, who Tablo recently collaborated with for the single "Cave Me In," was nominated for a Grammy award for best Urban Contemporary Album (which ultimately went to Beyonce's Lemonade.) When asked about both of them being at the award show, Tablo said, "It's an interesting situation where one guy in the song is nominated for a Grammy and one guy is going there to see it. I think it's fun."

Blackpink Made an Appearance on K-Pop Star!

Girl group BLACKPINK made a surprise appearance on the sixth season of “K-Pop Star”!

During a recent recording of the SBS survival program, “K-Pop Star” hopefuls Go Ah Ra, Kriesha Tiu, and Kim Hye Rim visit the YG Entertainment headquarters to practice for their battle audition.

When Lisa, Rosé, Jisoo, and Jennie of BLACKPINK suddenly enter the practice room, the three trainees are stunned. Go Ah Ra shares, “I really like BLACKPINK. I’m a fan who watches all their videos and even saves all their photos, so I’m very happy to meet them in real life.”

The BLACKPINK ladies remark, “It’s like seeing ourselves during our trainee days,” and give each contestant a message of advice and support.

Member Rosé, who hails from Australia, also expresses her feelings of empathy with Kriesha Tiu, who has been training in Korea away from her family in the United States.

Fiestar's Jei signs with Mars entertainment, future of Fiestar unclear

Jei has signed a contract with an acting agency Mars Entertainment and "left" Loen entertainment. However, FAVE entertainment is still in her profile meanwhile the other members have FAVE & LOEN in their profiles. Mars also uploaded Fiestar's You're Pitiful to their website. No word from Loen/Fave yet.
