I don't think they necessarily hate PDA. But probably more don't like it when their forced to do it. This happens with all of them actually.

BTS are always naturally skinshippy and always hugging/touching each other/sitting in each other's laps/in each other's faces but when they get made to do anything of the sort for punishment on variety shows they go all cringe. Like on that one Weekly Idol ep Jin just naturally came up behind Namjoon and wrapped his arms around him to hold his hands and help him cut an onion. And Sugamon were completely fine basically doing a pepero challenge on that one BTS Run ep.

totally! my comment just originated from a sort of frustration that they were making such a big deal out of a kiss on the cheek while i think 1) dude you're only kissing a guy on the cheek? it's kind of disguised homophobia... 2) they are, like you said, always touchy-feely with each other, so why is this any different? (bless you for bringing up the pepero challenge, be still my sugamon heart)

but your comment about being forced to do something like this could explain the awkwardness and perhaps alleviates my frustration a bit.
