Girl’s Day is preparing for a new album!

On February 14, a source from their agency, DreamT Entertainment, stated, “The Girl’s Day members are currently recording [for the new album]. The release date has not yet been decided. We are planning for a late March or early April [release].”

The source continued, saying, “Right now they are planning to focus on recording. There aren’t any individual activities [planned].” Another source revealed that their comeback was previously pushed back due to a delay in the song selection process.

A media source previously reported that Girl’s Day will be releasing a new album during the latter half of March. Meanwhile, Girl’s Day’s last release was with their second studio album “Girl’s Day Love Second Album,” which was released two years ago.

Ring My Bell must have really shook DreamT, but so much has changed in the GG landscape since that comeback. I bet they're debating if they should make Girl's Day do a Darling-type cute release to compete.

There's so much competition, that's hella ahead of them at this point, there, feels like more sexy stuff would actually help them stand out now since not much people go for it in current conditions and GsD for sure know how to sell it.

it's cute how people here still keep acting like song quality has fuck all to do with a song's performance. i had only to be in kpop fandom for like 5 minutes before seeing reams of evidence to the contrary. these kinds of ridiculous scandals sink girl groups far more effectively than a bad song would.

I really disliked Ring My Bell but the album hqd great songs (Macaron, anyone?) and I miss them. I hope they won't push the comeback date even more.

I loved Ring My Bell and their last album had a lot of great songs, I really enjoyed. I'm excited for their comeback but I'll be honest, I do think they'll struggle. I'm guessing it'll be another AOA Excuse Me scenario. I'm rooting for them though!!

that being said, this comeback is taking way too long and i'm not saying that as a fan but just from a showbiz perspective. you stay out for too long ppl will forget who you are. they have a lot of potential and i hope opportunities won't be squandered.

the scandals that came with the comeback made it a mess. the album was their best sales overall. oh and they came back the same week Soshi had a comeback. It's like they were asking for failure.
