"Reply 1994" star Son Hojoon to star in T-ara's new music video

Son Hojoon will star in T-ara's new music video.

According to Core Contents Media on the 25th, Son Hojoon recorded his scenes for the music video on the 21st and above is a picture of him with the members during a break.

Core Contents Media said, "The appearance of Son Hojoon in T-ara's music video was determined a long time ago. There was a friendly atmosphere as the members filmed with him."

Son Hojoon has appeared in a variety of dramas including "Coffee House", "Shanghai Brothers", and currently attracting a lot of attention in the tvN drama "Reply 1994".

T-ara will release "What Do I Do" on the 2nd of next month. It's their reinterpretation of the "What Do I Do" that won as the University Song of the Year in 1977.

Core Contents Media also revealed that the T-ara members choreography and facial expressions will be reminiscent of a musical. The music video was also filmed in the aspect of a musical.

He has also previously worked with T-ara in their "Apple is A" music video back in 2009, Death Bell 1 with Eunjung in 2008, Death Bell 2 with Jiyeon in 2010, and Coffee House with Eunjung in 2010! He's close friends with Eunjung.

CL Explains the Reason Behind the Nude Scene in 2NE1′s “Missing You” MV

On November 25, CL of 2NE1 revealed the reason behind the nude scene in the music video for their new single, “Missing You,” showcasing her own artistic vision. “When I heard ‘Missing You,’ I had the thought that there were no clothes that go with the song, and I wanted to honestly express the loneliness and sadness of being alone.”

Billboard compared CL’s nude scene to that of Miley Cyrus’s in “Wrecking Ball,” and said that CL portrayed sadness much better and carried it out in a much more classy way.

She continued about the song, “I like all of 2NE1’s songs, and there are those songs that really move me, and this is one of them. Our members really reflected a lot while recording this song.”

Sandara Park talked about one of Park Bom’s parts in the song, where she sings, “My young love ends like this,” and said that she started crying really hard at the thought of separation and of how precious time is.

Along with their promotions for “Missing You,” in March of next year, 2NE1 will be going on a world tour, starting with Seoul and Hong Kong, and going through Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, etc.

On November 24’s broadcast of KBS’ Entertainment Relay, Lee Jong Hyuk filmed his guerilla date.

As he is currently gaining popularity as the easygoing father on MBC’s Dad! Where Are We Going?, the reporter, Kim Tae Ji told Lee Jong Hyuk that he is the EXO of married men.

Lee Jong Hyuk then replied back, slightly puzzled, “What is EXO? Is it alcohol?” causing laughter.

Lee Min Woo Says Shinhwa was Once More Famous than EXO

The lengendary idol group Shinhwa’s Lee Min Woo looked back in time to reminisce the days when Shinhwa was more famous than today’s EXO.

The November 24 episode Shinhwa Broadcast showed the members visiting the elders and handicapped in a small town to give out their love via jjajangmyun (black bean noodle).



The members of Shinhwa visited the townspeople with jjajangmyun that they cooked themselves with help of a local restaurant owner.

Minwoo and Eric decided to visit an elderly woman who had suffered a stroke, where Minwoo set the table himself and poured water for her and Eric asked questions about her grandchildren in the pictures, leading a warm conversation.

Before leaving the house, Minwoo decided to leave his autograph for the woman’s granddaughter and after signing his name, he jokingly said, “You probably like EXO. But we (Shinhwa) were once more famous than EXO. Please don’t throw this away because it’ll prove itself to be valuable."

Also, during 2008-2009, the years when TVXQ were the most active, Myungdong was booming business wise until their disbandment. The man hopes that they will reunite and become leaders in cultural communication between Korea and Japan.

The man researched customers and found that TVXQ's Japanese popularity had a synergistic effect with the rise in business in Myungdong. "TVXQ's disbandment was the equivalent to a national treasure being lost or a large-scale company disintegrating."

WIN's victorious team, before their debut, TEAM A, now takes the name WINNER.

According to a multi-broadcast company, Team A's (Kang Seungyoon, Kim Jinwoo, Lee Seunghoon, Song Minho, and Nam Taehyun) from MNET's 'WIN' who won last October 25th will be making their debut in Korea, Japan, and China at the same time through the broadcast.

YG Entertainment has decided to broadcast WINNER's debut. From their behind the stories of training, recording, and even up until the debut stage they have been dreaming of, the series will be revealed to the viewers.  They also revealed that they have already reached an understanding with strong Japan broadcaster.

For this, YG Entertainment has recently recruited a talented PD, who has already started the program's production.  This is the first time YG Entertainment will be self-producing their program.

A broadcast company hinted, "It's scheduled to be broadcasted in the middle of this upcoming December through a cable channel.  This is definitely joyful news for the viewers who are waiting for WINNER's debut.  We also noticed many viewers from China and Japan who are also waiting for their debut."

Meanwhile, WINNER has been chosen 100% by viewer's votes and won the third battle, they were formed from the program 'WIN' where only one team could make their debut.

Park Shi Yeon, Lee Seung Yeon and Jang Mi In Ae Sentenced to 8 Months of Prison and More

The latest updates on the propofol case for Park Shi Yeon, Lee Seung Yeon and Jang Mi In Ae states that the three actresses were found guilty of drug abuse and have been sentenced to eight months of imprisonment, two years of probation and a penalty fine.

On November 25, a hearing was held in the Seoul District Court where Park Shi Yeon, Lee Seung Yeon, Jang Mi In Ae and two doctors attended.

After being indicted for propofol abuse in March, the three actresses attended several hearings, denying the claims of propofol abuse and addiction, stating that the injections were for medicinal purposes.

The actresses as well as the doctors were ruled to be guilty as the judge stated that he finds the actresses dependent on the drug.

The judge also went on to say that since they are celebrities and have a great influence on the public, they should be even more law-abiding and exemplary citizens instead of breaking the law. He also commented that the actresses gave great disappointment to the public. The judge also commented that he decided on imprisonment further because of how the actresses kept denying the claims.

The judge also mentioned that he also considered the fact that the actresses did not inject the drug themselves and also the fact that Lee Seung Yeon and Park Shi Yeon have young children to look after, when he was assessing the weight of their sentence.

This resulted in the actresses to be sentenced to eight months of prison, two years of probation and around $5,500 for Jang Mi In Ae, $4,050 for Lee Seung Yeon and $3,700 for Park Shi Yeon in fines.

T-ara’s Hyomin Looks Ready to Party in Teaser for “What Should I Do?”

Following the release of Jiyeon and Eunjung‘s teaser for T-ara‘s comeback track “What Should I Do?,” it is now Hyomin‘s turn.

Wearing a bight pink sweater, she is seen holding a drink and blowing bubble gum in the first two pictures. The second set of pictures, which features her in a bar, looks like it has a darker filter over it. In all the pictures she has a serious expression.

T-ara’s newest track, “What Should I Do?” samples a 1977 song with the same title that won first place at a University song festival. The music video for “What Should I Do?” will be filmed like a musical and allow for the members of T-ara to showcase their acting and interesting choreography.

All members’ teaser photos will be released one by one until December 2, when the song will be released.

Han Hyo Joo Blackmailed by Ex-Manager with Private Photos

Hoping to earn a few bucks, the ex-manager of Han Hyo Joo has turned to blackmailing with private photos of the actress and her boyfriend.

According to the Prosecution Office on November 25, Han Hyo Joo’s ex-manager and two others took 16 photos from Han Hyo Joo’s digital camera, supposedly containing photos of her and her boyfriend. The group then sent two photos to Han Hyo Joo’s father and threatened him to pay up on November 4.



“We have 20 photos of your daughter’s private life. We want 20,000,000 won for each picture, so 400,000,000 won total. If you don’t give it to us, we will send them to the reporters.”

According to the prosecution, the father sent 10,000,000 won for the original photos with the promise to send the rest of the money. The prosecutors then traced the call and caught up with the criminals, arresting them on November 7.

BH Entertainment released an official statement saying, “Han Hyo Joo’s father went straight to Han Hyo Joo to check and she said that she has never done anything that could cause a problem. Realizing that this was such a simple blackmail using Han Hyo Joo’s fame as an excuse, the family decided it must be firmly take care of and reported the blackmail to the police immediately.”

The prosecutors advised the father to send the money as part of the investigation.

The statement continued, “As Han Hyo Joo has done nothing to receive criticism, she has actively participated in the investigation and the arrest of the criminals. We will be taking strong action against these threats.”

The prosecution revealed that the criminals didn’t have any particular photos that could potentially ruin Han Hyo Joo’s career.
