Not in touch with the current trends, actor Lee Jong Hyuk revealed that he didn’t know who EXO was.
On November 24’s broadcast of KBS’ Entertainment Relay, Lee Jong Hyuk filmed his guerilla date.
As he is currently gaining popularity as the easygoing father on MBC’s Dad! Where Are We Going?, the reporter, Kim Tae Ji told Lee Jong Hyuk that he is the EXO of married men.
Lee Jong Hyuk then replied back, slightly puzzled, “What is EXO? Is it alcohol?” causing laughter.
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Hyuk is currently acting in the musical Le Passe Muraille, which he joked that he was in because filming outside during the winter is hard.
“Because winter is a peak season, there are a lot of good productions coming out, so I end up working a lot.”
Viewers, who watched the broadcast commented, “He should ask Junsu who EXO is,” “I guess idols are hard to remember for married men,” “It’s okay that Lee Jong Hyuk doesn’t know EXO,” and “I bet EXO fans will not like this.”
