Fly to the Sky’s “You You You” are continuing to achieve the all-kill status for the third day in a row.
Having released their 9th official album, “Continuum” on the 20th, their title song “You You You” has been ranking 1st on all 9 music charts, such as Melon, Mnet, Olleh Music, Bugs, Monkey3, Genie, Naver Music, Daum Music and Soribada, proving that they truly are a legendary duet in Korean music.
Fly to the Sky will be performing “You You You” for the first time on MBC’s Music Core on the 24th of May, and this will mark the start of their official promotional activities for their 9th album.
Furthermore, Fly to the Sky will also be holding a special comeback concert from the 6th of June until the 8th at Samsung Card Hall in Seoul, Hannam-dong.

After being chosen as the warm-up act for pop star Lady Gaga‘s U.S. tour this summer, Crayon Pop has now been confirmed to open the American singer’s upcoming Korean concert as well.
According to sources in the entertainment industry, Crayon Pop will be the opening act for Lady Gaga at the “AIA Real Life: NOW Festival 2014“ taking place on August 16 at Jamsil Sports Stadium.
The energetic girl group can be expected to perform five to six tracks, including their hits “Bar Bar Bar” and “Uh-ee.” Their performance will go on for around 30 minutes.
“AIA Real Life: NOW Festival 2014″ has been a hot topic as of late, as YG Entertainment artists PSY, BIGBANG, 2NE1 and others are preparing for a large-scale family concert, which will be a part of the festival. Their show will most likely take place on August 15.
In related news, Crayon Pop recently wrapped up their promotions for “Uh-ee,” and they will start touring the U.S. with Lady Gaga on June 26.

Idol group BTOB member Yook Sungjae have been cast in tvN new Friday-Saturday drama, titled ‘Nine Boy’.
According to a representative, Yook Sungjae and actor Kim YoungGwang, Oh Jongse have confirmed their cast on ‘Nine Boy’ (screen play by Park Yoomi, directed by Yoo HakChan).
‘Nine Boy’ is a drama that portrays the lives and love stories of boys/men in their 9 years old, 19 years old, 29 years old and 39 years old. Kim YoungGwang will be playing the role of a 29 years old, while Oh Jongse plays a 39 years old.
In addition to that, BTOB Yook Sungjae who had previously garnered positive reviews in tvN ‘Reply 1994′ as SsukSsukie, will be playing the role of a 19 years old teenager.
‘Nine Boy’ will be aired next month.

According to Core Contents Media, Ji Yeon received a wrapping bus from her fansite "Jingdot", celebrating the release of her solo song Never Ever.
In order to thank the fans for the surprise gift, Ji Yeon rode the bus with the fans traveling from Gangnam to Sangam-dong, where M COUNTDOWN takes place. They spent time enjoying snacks and talking on their way to M COUNTDOWN.

Infinite member Sungkyu has been revealed as the nephew of his agency’s CEO, Lee Jong Yeop.
This was revealed by the Woollim Entertainment CEO after Infinite’s showcase on May 21, after having kept it a secret up until now. Sungkyu said, “I became a part of Infinite after auditions and various tests of ability and talent. However, it’s not that there was no connection there.”
In related news, Sunny of Girls’ Generation is also well-known as the niece of SM’s Lee Soo Man.

Last year, 20,000 fans attended two days of K-Pop concerts, panels and exhibits at the second annual KCON. This year's crowds should get even bigger.
The event, produced by the South Korean media giant CJ E&M and the cable network MNET, has booked Girls' Generation, one of K-Pop's marquee acts, as this year's headliner. The group's delightfully zany videos for tracks including "I Got a Boy" recently passed a billion views on YouTube, and they've released albums in the U.S. for Interscope Records.
The rap group Bangtan Boys is also booked as a top-billed act. This year's event will feature two full nights of concerts, doubling last year's performances.
The conference will run Aug. 9-10 at a still to-be-determined downtown L.A. venue. The event has become a popular and eclectic hub for K-pop fans in L.A.
Ted Kim, president and chief executive of MNet America, told The Times last year, "When we threw the gates open last year, one of the most inspiring things was seeing the diversity of the audience. There was every ethnicity, and I'd say Koreans were probably not the majority."

Now it’s definitely spring. ‘Heechul is Here’ began in winter and one season has already passed. This time, I met a little sister singer that carries purity and fresh beauty like spring. Her name is Sunmi.
Sunmi is a close dongsaeng that I have known since her debut with the Wonder Girls 7 years ago, but after I completed my public service and us both being busy, we didn’t see each other for awhile. But this time when I met her, she was extremely matured. I asked her how old she is now, and she is already 23. Until recently, I only remembered the young Sunmi but now she has really become an adult.
