Work has keeping me busy so I wasn't able to keep up with The Unit, I'm sorry. T_T

Contract stuff

The Unit's final winning teams have the chance to have their contracts extended to a maximum of 25 months. IF the groups receive lots of love, 12 MORE months can be added, so 25 total. KBS can request for 45 day promotion lengths in that span. Many of the agencies who sent idols to The Unit have already signed this contract, but they don't necessarily agree with its terms.

Today: Dispatch recently released a bunch of pictures they took at the auditions for The Unit. There are tons more at the source, mostly the mentors. In addition, more idols that joined the show got announced.

Group "X" member who failed to pass auditions:
"I have failed the audition. But I haven't failed in life. With the mentor's encouragement, I have the courage to start (idol life) again. I'm thankful the mentors had a word of praise for me, to the point of tears"

Group "Y" member who passed auditions:
"I feel more envious instead of the trainees. No matter how many albums (released) I didn't have the chance to stand (on stage?). That's the life of a nameless idol. Now a chance has come again. I have hope."

DIA's Somyi and Yebin's dream is to be included in the final 9 female members. They hope to use their experience on the show + group to help make DIA closer to a 100/100 group, since they think they aren't at that level yet.

What is K-Girls Are Here!? Uniting a diverse cast of idols, performers, sportswomen, and TV personalities, the show aims to turn the rookies into an expert team that will compete at the World Taekwando Hanmadang in Anyang at the end of July. The cast consists of cheerleader Park Ki Ryang, actress Taemi (My Sassy Girl), dancer and popping specialist Joo Minjung, comedian Maeng Sungji, K-Tigers maknae Cho Minji, Laboum maknae Yulhee, rapper and ex-GP Basic member Janey, Momoland's JooE, and ex-idol Migyo (formerly Dahye of Bob Girls). They are hosted by comedian Song Eun Yi.
