Uniting a diverse cast of idols, performers, sportswomen, and TV personalities, the show aims to turn the rookies into an expert team that will compete at the World Taekwando Hanmadang in Anyang at the end of July. The cast consists of cheerleader Park Ki Ryang, actress Taemi (My Sassy Girl), dancer and popping specialist Joo Minjung, comedian Maeng Sungji, K-Tigers maknae Cho Minji, Laboum maknae Yulhee, rapper and ex-GP Basic member Janey, Momoland's JooE, and ex-idol Migyo (formerly Dahye of Bob Girls). They are hosted by comedian Song Eun Yi.
