kwikimart and seulgibear with the official results for the controversy free Omona 'Flop Line Awards'.First of all, we'd like to think everyone that worked hard in the salt mines of this post, we'd also like to think those that campaigned heavily and those that were able to laugh with each other about their faves getting nominated.
Just remember, we only gave out the categories, you nominated and you voted so for better or worse, these are your choices.
Alright, enough jibber jabber, it's time for the results!
I still haven't been able to sit through this song in it's entirety but for those of you that did, you voted it your worst song of 2015!
Unsurprisingly, the jailbait themed m/v was a big NO for Omona.
iKON - Welcome Back
The first win of a YG artist in this award show goes to Omona sweethearts, iKON. Their album 'Welcome Back' beat out their label-mates BigBang for this most prestigious, highly objective prize.
'Bang Bang Bang' - BigBang
Described by some as 'drunk uncle' dancing the wildly popular choreography for BigBang's Bang Bang Bang was Omona's worst dance of 2015. Something about all those hand claps and pointing moves combined with GD's singing made Omona go 'bye, bye, bye'.
'Zeze' - IU!
When the creative direction for her song Zeze has netizens and i-fans referring to it as a "pedo concept" then I think it is safe to say, our good sis IU needs to back to the drawing board.
CL and her US debut!
Another win for a YG artist! Omona, you weren't sold on her debut plans and it looks like neither is America. Only time will tell whether CL will go the distance in the American music market but on Omona at least, she's already a flop.
iKON!
Adding to their long list of awards is this prize that gently, oh so gently encourages them to hurry up and enlist. Since most of them are barely out of puberty, you'll have to wait quite some time before you see them donning fatigues Omona.
Truedy!

Noted blackface artiste (and that's really saying something in Kpop, word to Gikwang!) Truedy was the clear winner of this with 51% of the vote. It seems you guys were as tired of her dusty bronzer as her hairline is with her cornrows.

There is a saying; "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt". Someone teach it to YG please! Not only did YG irritate fandoms of other labels but he managed to upset YG fans and lowkey sabotage his own artists with his incessant need to be heard. Let's pray that in 2016 he takes a much needed vow of silence.
EXO's endless versions of 'EXODUS'
SM Entertainment is the kind of label that would literally try to squeeze blood out of a stone. This time, that 'stone' was EXO's long-suffering fandom and the stone struck back by voting for SM's 7O0 hundred or something versions of 'EXODUS' as the greediest money-grabbing of the year.

In what was already a big, fat fan-service show for EXO-Ls everywhere, you would think we would end up looking at the eye candy and aggressively editing our face over the main love interest's, but unfortunately Chanyeol's acting had us all wanting to edit his face out instead. Bless him, it didn't help his cause when he was entirely upstaged by his member's better acting, as well as the superior OTP of the show.
GOT7's BamBam!
Notorious human cheese ball BamBam delivered enough cringe-worthy fan-service this year to power a thousand pizzerias and for that, you gave him this most prestigious title. You're already adorable BamBam, lay off the grease boo!
GD in general!
Designers labels and hipster fashion types across the world loved his eye-watering-ly tight pants and retina blazing bright coats but Omona sure didn't! It's time for BigBang's style conscious leader to upgrade his wardrobe for 2016

And the 'wins' keep coming for the woman whose outstanding commitment to blackface was so bad that it would make G Dragon side eye. So of course, she wins this title. Let's hope this is the last we ever hear of that over-bronzed charlatan!
Jaejoong's expensive watch!
When Hot Army Guy™ showed up at an event wearing a watch so expensive it could probably pay off that growing debt you're in, the netizens ripped open a big bag of salt and demanded more modesty from him. Truth is, we really don't care what Jaejoong is wearing on his wrist because he's can afford it while we'll be stuck paying off those college fees until old age.
Tao's EXODUS!
Drama! Gossip! Scandal! Injuries! Lawsuits! Tearful interviews! Flashy music videos! Am I talking about a film? No, just an average day in the life of international superstar and Omona's Most Dramatic Idol; Tao. His EXODUS from EXO had all the makings of a great schmaltzy drama and I look forward to seeing him play all the roles when that film is inevitably made.
The biggest awards of the night are of course the coronation of the prom's royal couple and yet another chance for the general population to revolt against the unworthy picks.
The prom queen category doesn't have people holding their breath in too long as the winner is announced. Notorious ice queen and the widely beloved president of the student body, Im Jinah, graciously accepts the spray painted crown to a louder round of cheers. She barely even acknowledges her new stage partner, nodding instead towards her closest confidante and vice-president, Victoria. The commoners are now torn between who they are most jealous of on that stage.
The varsity jocks (also known as GOT7 because of their 7 championships wins) break into deafening shouts once again when they are announced as the winners of the most popular clique of the school, assuring everyone that they are not going to shut up and continue rubbing it in everyone's face for the rest of the year.
So that's it, the first ever Flop Line awards are officially over but the shade season? Oh now that is eternal.

An exciting episode of “Running Man” is coming up for fans of iKON and AOA.
SBS has confirmed that Bobby and B.I of iKON and Seolhyun of AOA will guest on its popular Sunday variety show. Along with Lee Jong Soo, Kim Ji Min, Kim Jung Nam, Lee Ji Hyun, Stephanie, and Shinhwa’s Andy, the young K-pop artists are filming “Running Man” at Mokdong, Seoul today.
This star-packed episode of Running Man” will air December 20 at 4:50 p.m. KST.

according to letters posted on their official fancafe (that were then uploaded to idol world because the fan cafe is member locked, ect.), handwritten by both of the members, dal☆shabet's gaeun and jiyul have decided to leave the group. (a link to both of the untralsated letters can be found here) there isn't a full translation yet but, according to this rough one: gaeun is leaving to pursue studying fashion and jiyeon is leaving to focus on acting / other activities. with their withdrawal this will be the first time that a member has left the group since mid-2012 when original leader / member viki left to pursue a career in acting (with current member woohee being added in her replacement). it hasn't been said whether or not the group will continue on with the remaining members (serri, ah young, woohee, subin) solely or if they'll be adding new ones in. it's being speculated that the members wanted to inform their fans / members of their fancafe of their decision to leave before the official announcement comes out.
edit: like right after this got accepted an article from naver popped up and confirmed them leaving (and that they're leaving with contract expiration which implies the other members resigned theirs) / said dal★shabet is having a comeback in early 2016 (possibly january) and continuing on without adding new members.

The South Korean website that tracks the country's primarily family-run conglomerates released its list of the wealthiest celebrities on Monday. The top three people on the list were all the heads of Korean entertainment agencies.

An incredible number of copies of BTS‘s new mini album “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Pt. 2″ were sold in its first week since release!
The group released their fourth mini album on November 30, which features the title track “Run.” For seven straight days, it held the top spot on Hanteo Chart’s live, daily, and weekly charts.
According to Hanteo Chart on December 7, 81,498 copies of BTS’s new mini album were sold in the first seven days following its release. This puts the mini album in third place in 2015 on the list of albums that sold the most copies in the first week since their release. EXO currently holds first and second place on the list, with SHINee coming in after EXO and BTS.

Luna is the main vocalist of f(x), so it should come as no surprise that she is included on the list. Although she recently released a digital single to thank fans for their support and has sung for many official soundtracks, many fans would love to see her make her official solo debut as well.
Sandeul – B1A4
While B1A4 fans have been aware of Sandeul‘s amazing voice for a long time, many people have just begun to appreciate his talent after making an appearance on the popular show “King of Mask Singer.” Despite his young age, he shows great maturity as a singer. With his amazing clarity and great range, his solo debut would undoubtedly be a hit.
Eunji – A Pink

Before joining A Pink, she had received no formal training and only trained at the label for six months before making her debut with the group. Since then, her voice has only become more polished and amazing.
Onew – SHINee
While two of his fellow group members have made their own solo debut, many fans are still waiting for the debut of this uber-talented vocalist. His amazing voice and range first came to the notice of most K-pop fans when he sang the famous opera song “Nessun Dorma” at SMTOWN in Paris. Onew‘s hard work and training have paid off since then though, as his voice has only become better and stronger with time.
Minzy – 2NE1
Although CL may be the 2NE1 member with the best reputation as a solo artist, Minzy is another member whose voice has charmed fans. She has released several covers of English songs and has showcased her improvement through these songs. With her soulful voice and ability to tackle numerous genres, she would make a great solo artist and many fans are calling for her to have her own solo debut soon.
Woohyun – INFINITE
Although Sunggyu is the most well-known (and perhaps most popular) vocalist in INFINITE, Woohyun also has an extraordinary range and clarity to his voice. He first gained attention with the mainstream audience through his appearances on “Immortal Song 2,” where he tackled several genres and showed off his great voice and stage presence. Since then, he has only improved even more and would thrill fans if he were the next INFINITE member to go solo.
Tiffany – Girls’ Generation
As one of the most well-known vocalists in K-pop, Tiffany has showcased her talent through numerous solo stages in concerts, TV appearances and soundtracks. With her powerful voice and great musicality, most K-pop fans can agree that she would do an amazing job if given the chance to make an official solo debut. Although he has done some solo work in Japan, Dongwoon has yet to make his solo debut in Korea. Through his recent appearance on “King of Mask Singer,” he garnered a lot of attention from both fans and celebrities alike. His smooth vocals and great voice control show that he could be a fantastic solo artist as well. With his confidence and extensive experience, he would make a great solo artist in 2016.
Kim Boa – SPICA
When you’re a voice coach for other idols, it shows that you have an abundance of talent. In my opinion, Kim Boa is one of the best vocalists in K-pop, as well as one of the most underrated. As another artist that appeared on “King of Mask Singer,” she finally begin to gain the attention she deserved with her soulful voice and wonderful technique. With this recent exposure, we hope she will soon have her official debut as the amazing solo artist that she is!
Soyu – SISTAR
A lot of vocalists in K-pop are often overshadowed by another member who is super famous for their voice. Such is the case with Soyu and Hyorin. Although Hyorin is perhaps the most well-known female vocalist in K-pop, Soyu has shown that she has serious vocal talent as well through her many collaborations and soundtrack recordings. Although she lacks Hyorin’s range, Soyu’s hard work, dedication, and training are all showcased through her smooth, airy vocals and a great sense of musicality.
Yesung – Super Junior
Yesung‘s fellow Super Junior member Ryeowook has one of the most amazing voices in K-pop. While his voice control, technique, and range are truly unparalleled, Yesung has a wonderful voice that tends to appeal to a broader audience. With his velvety voice and fantastic range, he can also tackle a variety of genres from ballads to rock. Since he is back from the military, this coming new year seems like the perfect time for him to make his official solo debut!
