yay! i don't rly follow them though i do think they're great so i just checked out run the other day and wow. hands down best release of the year for me in every way tbh. they really deserve this, i assumed they were big enough to bag at least one or two big music show wins but ppl don't seem to think they will? fingers crossed! as i've seen a lot of people say, they've come so far even though they were so good from debut, definitely one of the best groups around right now, they really stand apart.

Their fanbase has grown considerably this year so I think they could win in big music shows, but they're up against TTS and EXO in a few days, that's why people think they might not :(

Even though i am constantly impressed by their mvs and their talents, them winning is hard.
I think partially because their domestic fanbase isnt as big, and they are not from a big enough company to afford massive promos so..
It's a big disheartening considering many of their songs are mad catchy and it really surprised me that their inkigayo win for i need you was the first one.

In a perfect world, Jungkook would be slaying on the variety circuit. If the general public got a whiff of what he can do they'd eat him up. The Korean general public love capable sassy maknaes. But Kookie is so shy and I don't want to put him in situations he is not comfortable with. But Jimin, V and J-Hope should definitely be out there. All 3 are so comfortable with the camera. This way they can keep the public's attention without having comebacks constantly.

i think it's difficult to get a gig on a variety show when you're from a small company and have no company seniors that can get you onto shows. At least Rapmon got that sexy brain show, idg why he was pulled off it. It got him a Running Man appearance too.

wow, i didn't know that was their first win. their intl fanbase seems massive so i guess i just assumed their domestic one would be the same. they're just too good not to succeed, so hopefully time will do the trick, they always seem to be on the up at least.

The thing is that they aren't doing bad on melon at all despite the competition. They're averaging a position of 17-18 which it's pretty good but the competition is so strong this time that it's gonna be difficult indeed :/

the show giving us everything the mama's could not. THANK YOU <3 the performances were absolutely beautiful. the fact that we got a full version of butterfly makes me so happy. i'm just so ridiculously proud of these boys and the amazing album they've put out. they deserve every win!

YES!!!!!!!!! it won't be easy for the next and bigger shows, but I'm so happy for them. pt2 is my favourite album from BTS and definitely one of my faves from 2015. they've been consistently strong this year while still growing up as artists, finding their colours. I'll always get emotional with them.

I loved these performances. everything that I expected for a proper comeback stage.

I'm so proud of the boys' achievements one after the other. Hanteo, Billboard, itunes, Oricon, 8 songs still charting, one song reemerging. The slay is real. I hope with a comeback as splendid as this and some k-ARMY support, they might be able to win on public broadcast, but even if not, this is far too good a comeback to be disappointed.

We got an MV of sorts for Butterfly and a beautiful one at that. I feel blessed.
