A Pink’s Bomi Ranks Fellow Group Members Based on Looks

A Pink member Bomi recently revealed her own ranking of fellow group members based on their looks in real life.

On the August 9 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s variety program “The Human Condition,” Bomi made an appearance by joining the cast, which included Kim Sook, Kim Ji Min,Kim Young Hee, Chun Yi Seul, and Park Eun Ji for the ‘Conquering Skin and Hair Loss’ special.

During this particular episode, Bomi showed off her orangutan impersonation and earned the love of the entire female cast.

When asked which of her fellow group members is the prettiest, Bomi laughed and calmly answered, “Our maknae (youngest) Hayoung is the most beautiful. Next would beChorong, and then Bomi,” causing laughter by referring to herself in the ranking.

Following the broadcast, many people became curious about Hayoung, and looked up her past photos.

According to a National Statistics Office publication on the 29th, in 2012 22,908 mixed-race children were born from multicultural families, 4.7% of the total 484,550 births.

In a multicultural family, one parent is native Korean and the other is either a foreigner or naturalized Korean.

Jasmine Lee is a pretty interesting person if you look up her story (there's an interview with her here where she talks about her marriage and some of the societal dispositions that she observed with it). A couple of years ago she was embroiled in a "scandal" where she was apparently misquoted as having said she attended medical school (she actually enrolled in a pre-med-type program aiming towards a biology degree, but she never finished). She's also a member of the Saenuri Party--think Korea's conservative party.

Also, guys, if you want to know more about anything here, do a little research! Read some articles and books! It's easy to sit back and criticize things from an office chair (or whatever else you find yourself seated upon). It's also important to learn from these situations and understand why people are nervous about this trend, what upsets them.

Kara has released the first video preview for “Mamma Mia” featuring its new member, Youngji.

“Mamma Mia” is the title track of Kara’s new mini album, “Day&Night.” The song is the work of Duble Sidekick. The album comes out August 18.

This is a highly anticipated comeback for the group as it will be their first release since the departure of Nicole and Jiyoung earlier this year, and the addition of Youngji.
