Yes! That was so stupid of Uncle Jo to leave Jae-beom with that thing he desperately wants orz

like why didn't he have an extra person like a nurse or something with him? obviously he's dealing with a convict and he's read his case file and ughghhghghg

I kept wondering why there wasn't a nurse or some other health care professional in there with him too! Not only is this person a violent offender but he's administering a pretty serious drug -- one that could cause death if not administered correctly, so wouldn't you want someone else there to assist? Also -- why on earth would you get someone coffee when you are about to sedate them??? I'm not a doctor, but I'd think that was common sense.

However, I'm certain that Dr. Jo put the syringe in his pocket when he left to get the coffee, so he didn't leave JaeBeom alone with it in the room. I saw a comment somewhere else where they were speculating that JaeBeom got another syringe filled with whatever and then switch the one with amytal sodium for the fake one when he tripped the doctor and distracted him for a few seconds. Can't wait for next week to finally get some answers to all of this.

i'm really hoping that dr jo successfully tricked jaebum into taking something that wasn't amytal :/ if it were actually amytal, i should brace myself for the emotional rollercoaster that'll come with jaebum questioning jaeyeol to make him say certain things and haesoo being the main witness to it all

The camel explanation of traumas was so heart wrenching but extremely accurate.

three days later, i am still not over that kiss scene

also thank goodness haesoo's sister told their mom that they knew about her affair; hopefully that'll help haesoo overcome her anxieties sooner or later

the drama makes me feel things...like really feeeeeel

the bathroom scene, the fight scene (which i cannot wait to see the CCTV), the flashbacks/his story about the outhouse (omg that one hit me the worst),

that ending scene omfgggg, that was so unavoidable and i'm legit pissed at uncle jo for the irresponsibility, like he's a convict trying to prove a point, where does it even show an ounce of trustworthiness???!!

When he was laughing at himself hiding in the muck I began to tear up...this entire drama is doing so well with balancing such hard subjects.

And yes...I love Uncle Jo but seriously...absolutely unnecessary!

that part was terrible, he was laughing at the whole situation and i was just stone-faced, like i thought it couldn't get worse

I'm applauding this drama so far

this drama is making me feel intense things for jo in sung.

i was so confused with the ending. didn't they show dr. jo putting the needle in his pocket and not back on the table?

even so, it was so stupid of him to leave it, if he truly did, cause it makes no sense to have the medicine under lock and key to just leave it in the patients sight. AND then leave to get them coffee when it was so obvious he was trying to get the dr out of the room.

I think the scene where they showed jae beom taking something from his friend when he got out was to show that he had the needle. It was something slim and long.

The ending of 6, just when i thought everything was all good... uncle jo... seriously... SERIOUSLY!!!! like i knew it was going to happen but omg i was so pissed i had to get up and walk around my room for a minute like all that could have been avoided!!! but then again didn't he put the syringe in his pocket???? or did the brother steal out of his supply closet???? what did the brother pick up from his friend??? hmmm so many questions i need to be answered. i wish there was a preview for ep 7 :p

and also jo in sung looks so good. when they do a close up on him i just about faint every time lol

I screamed out loud during the ending of ep 6 but I really love this drama ;u; I second the comments about the bathroom scene + the cctv. Kyungsoo and Kwangsoo are also really great (and I'm sad that I'll most likely never get to see them interact in the drama T_T)

this drama is E V E R Y T H I N G.

FTLY is consuming my soul rn but this drama is coming for me in the worst kind of way. SUPERB acting, awesome story---omg i too am dying for that CCTV realness.

SHE LET THE PHONE RING THREE TIMES LAWD HELP ME!

and did she see him?! i want to believe that at the last minute hae soo saw what happened to jae yeol.

FTLY has been my life for the last few weeks, but with these past two eps, I think I might become equally obsessed with IOTL. The story line is interesting on it's own, it's the first romance I can remember seeing that doesn't have a second male lead competing for the female leads attention, the subject matter is just so real and it's nice to see people acting like real grown ups -- faults and all. And the soundtrack is genius! And I can't say enough good things about the acting and directing -- that scene in his bathroom where they were just looking at each other silently, I had my heart in my throat the whole time! I can't think of another show I've seen recently that just allows that kind of long silence where the actors expressions do all the work, no dialog, no music -- it was amazing.

With these two episodes I am officially on board this drama. I didn't really care about the characters until these eps.

I love the way the too main leads are dressed. They complement each other so much

This drama is going to kill me and break me into a million little pieces, isn't it? :(

IOTL is so freaking good, the cast and everything is perfect. Also loving the music choices + OST.

So, what do you guys think about the scene with the cars coming at them? Was he hallucinating that the cars were there or did he imagine that he was driving the right direction on the road when he really was going against traffic?

Either way, JaeYul seems to be getting worse and could be in real danger of hurting himself or others. I am truly scared for him right now.

The last scene of episode 4 still rocks me to my core. I couldn't stop thinking about it throughput the episode...even more so during the hospital scene.

Sunbae Dongmin's line about how people look at mental patients, especially that part about how people think they can never get one, was very important to me.

I love Kwangsoo so much in this drama. I also enjoy Sungkyung, she is everything I aspired to be as a teen, lol.

Perverted OT, how could Haesoo just leave a wet Jaeyul lying on his back, and not even think to mount that? Simply wondering, lol. Umm, now that is what I was talking about. Living in the moment. Kissing like that in a swimming hole, in a forest, around beautiful scenery? Yes, I would like, love, and enjoy that very much, thanks. Another OT, it's so odd seeing Cha Eunsang's mom speak...lol.

I got very sad when Jaeyul was driving down the wrong side of the street....and even sadder during the domestic violence scene. He wasn't fighting anyone. I almost cried when he showed Haesoo the bathroom.

I try to be annoyed with Haesoo, but soon realize that I'm exactly like her, so I can't. I have the Great Wall of China built around me, lol.

Does anyone have a guess of what Jaeyul's disorder might be? He doesn't seem to black out, so I don't think it would be one of the schizoid disorders. I was thinking Dissociative Identity, because wouldn't Kangwoo be a hallucination? At first I didn't think he lost touch with reality, but after the car scene and fight scene, he has pretty bad psychotic symptoms. Matched with that, we know he has OCD and experiences nightmares.

What was that ending?!?!?!?
