It's a grain that's mixed with dairy. Really good for your stomach (full of probiotics) and for the lactose intolerant. The bottle he was pouring the yogurt out of kind of looked like kefir bottle.

There are some lactose free specifically made for the lactose intolerant. The smoothie/ drink variety are even easier to find lactose free.

Yeah but you don't really hear about those, and I have never actually seen any lactose free yogurt(cause I love yogurt and am lactose intolerant)

So when I hear yogurt it automatically translates to regular yogurt and not the lactose free kind. I didn't mean "all yogurt is dairy" as in all yogurt types of yogurt but that, normally, yogurt is a dairy product.

Episode 3 was good, it was all about the dance battles and wasn't horrible like the first episode. It showed more of what they actually went for, to learn about hop hop culture. J-Hope was the star of the episode.

This episode was definitely my favorite. And you get to see everyone's weakness and strength. I wasn't too thrilled when that other dancer pushed Jimin back (that was just rude), but I'm glad Jimin showed him. Felt bad when Jungkook fell but I'm glad J-hope was able to win the whole thing for them. And dammit...I wanted to see Jimin doing modern dance. I wonder if that's why he got that serious face while watching that modern dancer and J-hope battling it out.

And yay for that bts bomb and hearing jimin's falsetto live. Now, I want to hear him sing the full song of Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips..." Tony and Jimin...hahahaha. Seriously, Jimin is the sun that makes me smile wide. This kid.

Hoseok you are AMAZING. I love this episode so much because it featured so much of his natural freestyle dance and skills. He probably came up with Team Step Up's full choreography (besides Jin's firework jump lmao) which is impressive enough, but teaching and coaching Jin that well also deserves a lot of credit. What a talented guy Hoseokkie is ;;;;;;

It was so cute when Jin, J-Hope, Rapmon, and Jimin got to see Fourth of July fireworks!
