Wheesung under investigation for propofol abuse

Singer Wheesung is under investigation for alleged propofol abuse.

Rumors arose last year when Amy's propofol controversy broke out, that a male singer, who is carrying out his military service, was also speculated to be involved with the drug as well.

It turns out that male singer is Wheesung, who is thought to have used his breaks during his military service to be administered propofol at various clinics since 2011.

Back in April, police searched two medical centers and they have now also obtained records detailing the days Wheesung had off from the military.

It's said that Wheesung's medical records revealed that he had been illegally administered propofol as well as valium and other drugs during his vacation days.

Wheesung denies reports about propofol abuse investigation

Word has been spreading rapidly that Wheesung is being summoned for investigation regarding propofol abuse, and in response, the singer's legal team has now issued a statement denying the claims.

The singer's lawyers stated, "All the reps of the clinics that Wheesung visited testified that he was not illegally administered propofol, but that he had been administered the drug for its original use as anesthesia... Various clinics and medical professionals have submitted their official opinions about how in the case of Wheesung's procedures, propofol is often used. Even the prosecution has asked us to gather statements like this."

"This case is different from that of Lee Seung Yeon, Hyun Young, and other celebrities who have been administered propofol for illegal purposes. You cannot compare this case with those cases as they are different... It is certain that Wheesung is not at fault. Even if he is indicted, it's already been concluded internally among legal representatives that he won't be found guilty."

The lawyers stressed once again that Wheesung is innocent, saying, "Wheesung feels he has been wronged. He has been hurt by this even though it's not true and his activities after being discharged from the military will also take a hit."

Ever since Amy's propofol controversy last year, many celebrities have come under suspicion for the same charges. The latest batch included Lee Seung Yeon, Hyun Young, Jang Mi In Ae, as well as Park Si Yeon, who insisted that the propofol was used for the treatment of an earlier injury but was found to have been administered the drug excessively, amounting to 185 times.

AJ Heads Back to School (It's in His Contract Y'all)

"Catching two rabbits", the ones who want to do it all.

Some people choose the path of an idol career while others choose the life of student, however there are the few who chooses instead to say a "temporary goodbye" to be able to pursue both. Even after attending school, they have the possibility of returning to their team. Instead of being omitted from their team, they are do both their entertainment activities and studies.

Last time we announced that U-KISS's AJ will be continue with his idol activities even as he attends the Ivy League school, Columbia University. Since then he has attended one semester and from February he also participated in U-KISS's album release and sub-unit (uBEAT) activities. However next Spring semester, he will be back as a psychology student. AJ stated, "I don't want to give up my studies because of U-KISS activities. I'm getting ready to achieve an A next semester, so I'm using all my free time to read."

I'm glad he made his education a priority, and he knows how important it is to his future. Plus as much deserved shit NHM gets for bad promotiing and the like, they do plenty of good in things like letting AJ go to school while staying in U-Kiss and putting it in his contract. AJ we know fans recongnized you. I read a fanaccount on Tumblr. I don't know why he doesn't mention it. Maybe he forgot. A 3.7 is pretty impressive. Hwaiting on that 4.3! I know you can do it! And OMG the muscular thing. rotfl I can't believe that is why he's dieting and working out now. Word to the wise AJ. American college students have many troubles staying up two nights in a row. All the coffee and energy drinks they drink can't be healthy.
