apan Daily Economic, issued by Entertainment Weekly, is set to release its next issue with a feature on Korean articles. With many Korean artists going to Japan to expand their careers, it's hard to see which groups end up being the most popular ones. Japan Daily Economic, however, has managed to feature the most prominent ones in their next issue, including Supernova. A group that ended up as the most popular Korean boy group in Japan, just after TVXQ.

South Korean officials have called on Japan to take more sincere steps on the matter since the nation's top court ruled last week that it is unconstitutional for Seoul to take no specific action to settle the dispute with Tokyo over its refusal to compensate the victims forced to serve Japan's military.
The issue of the former sex slaves, euphemistically called "comfort women," is one of the most emotional unresolved issues between South Korea and Japan. The Korean Peninsula was a Japanese colony from 1910-45.

allkpop previously reported that B2ST and Cube Entertainment were filing a lawsuit against the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for banning the song “Rainy Days,” from their 1st official album as “harmful media.”
It seems that the parties involved were able to come to a conclusion as Cube Entertainment stated, “Last month on the 25th at Seoul’s administrative court of justice, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family was given a suspension of their decision that [the song] was harmful to minors, and on the 5th, the court passed the suspension request.” Seoul’s court of justice commented, “In order to solve the loss experienced by the plaintiff, we decided that a quick decision was needed.”
The song “Rainy Days” was originally banned in July for the lyrics, “You must be drunk, I think this is a good time to stop,” as the Ministry claimed it would encourage minors to drink alcohol. Cube Entertainment will be dropping their lawsuit against the Ministry as the ban against the song is being suspended.

Boosted by the success of their smash-hit, “Roly-Poly“, T-ara has decided to join the comeback fray by returning with “Black Eyes” in October!
On September 8th, Core Contents Media revealed, “T-ara will be releasing a new album titled ‘Black Eyes’ on October 27th. We purposely matched up the dates to comeback at the same time as girl groups SNSD and the Wonder Girls.”
They continued, “We’re just that confident in our album. T-ara will be letting go of their retro concept from ‘Roly-Poly’ and return to electronic sounds that teens like more. There will be added melodies that appeal to teens all the way up to those in their 60′s.”
Like their previous works, the album is the product of producer Shinsadong Tiger. Stay tuned for more info on its release!

This week's K-Pop Hot 100 chart prize goes to Davichi. The dynamic female duo first entered the chart last week with their newly released single "Don't Say Goodbye" at No. 21; however, within one week Davichi was able to nab the top spot on the Hot 100 for the third week of September. In addition to their No. 1 single, the girls also secured positions 11 and 20 with their songs "Love My Love" and "Do Not Find Me Again," respectively. The latter track made the highest jump this week going from 79-20. Joining Davichi in the list of charted women artists are the five young ladies of Girl's Day ("Don't Let Your Eyes Wander" at No. 14), solo artist G.NA ("Top Girl" at No. 4), and the five girls of KARA ("STEP" at No. 24). Billboard has gathered a list of the women "movers and shakers" on this week's K-Pop Hot 100 chart.

G-Dragon has inked his body multiple times in the past, and it looks like the Big Bang leader recently got another tattoo!
Fan reports began spreading across the internet after G-Dragon was seen publicly at the 2NE1 concert held a few weeks back. At a children’s hospital charity event last week, attentive VIPs noted the tattoo yet again.
The tattoo itself has ignited interest among many, as it features a curious cartoon-like heart with arms and legs running on a path. Turns out that this is a famous icon by Keith Haring that is still commonly seen today.

An artist and social activist whose work responded to the New York City street culture of the 1980s, Keith made his mark on the 80′s by painting throughout the New York subway system in chalk. It wasn’t until later that his art made its way above ground to become mainstream. His works consisted of public art and pieces of pop art. His bold lines, vivid colors, and active figures carry strong messages of life and unity.
Even though the mastermind behind those crazy-odd creatures with three eyes or extra-long necks has passed, we can still remember him through his art, and, now, thanks in part to Jeremy Scott for his collaboration with Adidas, in fashion.

Big Bang‘s G-Dragon made a surprise visit to encourage a 4 year old patient who happens to share the same name, Kwon Ji Yong, earning himself the “Wings of Hope” badge.
Little Kwon Ji Yong has a rare form of hypoglycemia, which means he has very low levels of blood glucose. His family stated that he needed to take medicine everyday, but the insurance didn’t cover the costs, so they had to pay roughly $2,000 every month. Since the family didn’t make enough money to afford this expensive medicine, they were extremely worried. Luckily, Big Bang fans (VIP GD supporters) have donated the needed money to help with their financial needs.

Fans, be excited – After School member Nana recently revealed that sub-unit Orange Caramel will be making its comeback!
She stated on After School’s official fan site, “I took this picture at Tokyo’s Girl Collection. To stand on a big stage as the main model was like a dream. I was really nervous, but because of fans cheering me on, I was able to do strong walking. Thank you!”
Nana added, “Oh yeah! Shhh… Keep this a secret, guys! Orange Caramel will be making a comeback soon. The hint is: one Asia project season 2! You’ll look forward to it, right?”
Orange Caramel previously gained a lot of fans for their Asia project season 1: “Bangkok City“. Are you excited for the trio’s impending comeback?

In the clip that she made and edited, Sooyoung apologizes to fans for being unable to perform at the SM TOWN LIVE tour in Tokyo on September 2 and SNSD's tour in Taiwan due to her injury.
Sooyoung was involved in a car accident that happened on August 28. She was diagnosed with a fractured backbone and was forced to suspend activities.

The legs of Big Bang‘s T.O.P have become a hot topic online, earning the nickname “$1 Million Legs”.
On an online community board, T.O.P’s picture (top left in above photo) while walking down the street in New York was recently posted and many netizens were impressed by T.O.P’s long legs.
Upon seeing the photo, a netizen wrote, “It’s been reported that T.O.P went to New York for a photoshoot… New York picture showing his back side, I didn’t know T.O.P oppa’s legs were that pretty. Are they really worth 1million dollars?”.
