“Domino”, which was originally penned by Drew Ryan Scott, is a sweeping R&B track with lyrics that express the terrors and joys of falling head over heels in love. While the original track included in Brian’s mini-album, “Unveiled“, was lush and intricately layered, Brian’s acoustic version is simple and soft.
Working with Travis of New Heights, the acoustic version strips away all the bells and whistles from the original, giving the listener nothing but pure talent.

dorkiilove.livejournal.com(Reuters) - Antitrust officials in South Korea raided Google Inc's Seoul offices on Tuesday, according to a source familiar with the matter, expanding worldwide regulatory pressure on the Internet giant.
Google, the world's No. 1 search engine, is under investigation by antitrust authorities in the United States and in Europe.
The source, who asked not be identified because of the sensitivity of the matter, said officials from the Korean Fair Trade Commission went into Google's offices on Tuesday morning and planned to return on Wednesday morning.
In April, South Korea's top Internet portals filed a complaint with antitrust regulators alleging that Google was unfairly stifling competition in the mobile search market.
In their joint complaint, NHN Corp and Daum Communications Corp said Android smartphones have Google's search engine installed as a default navigation tool and are "systematically designed" to make it virtually impossible to switch to another option.
Google said in a statement on Tuesday that it does not require manufacturers of mobile phones that use its Android software to include Google search or other Google applications on the devices.
Google also said it would work with the Korean Fair Trade Commission to address any questions it may have about the company's business.

B1A4 has been revealing teaser images for a few days now and even got the fans more excited for their comeback when the tracklist of the group's upcoming second mini album was revealed through the Korean Music Copyright Association.
The mini album consists of 5 new tracks, including "Beautiful Target", "Fooool" and "Chu Chu Chu". As said before, members of the group participated in the creation of multiple of these tracks, including "Wonderful Tonight", a song completely composed by leader Jinyoung. ONEWAY's Chance also took part in the composing and writing by providing a song called "My Love".
Later today the next teaser picture is set to be revealed. After Jinyoung, Baro and CNU, we'll see Sandeul's picture tonight. Gongchan's will be revealed tomorrow and on the 16th their new mini album will be released.

Cable channel, Y-STAR, surveyed 1000 Seoul residences in order to come up with the top 7 female idols and estimated the cost to maintain them as a group.
*Out of all the operating costs the largest portion went into a renting a house which was estimated to cost approximately 24 million Won (~$22,400) per month.
Next was hair and make up in order to keep up their appearances. The monthly costs estimated to be around 20 million Won ($18,600). An associated business explained that this fee was after the typical celebrity discount of 50%.
An expert in this area believes that for a girl group skin care, which is extremely important, would probably be about 10 million Won ($9,300) per month.
Aside from these costs are travel expenses and meals which comes to about 11 million Wo ($10,300). For a 7 member girl group it would total to an approximate 65 million Won ($60,700) per month.
Y-STAR will be revealing who the top female idol members are on September 8th.

J.Y. Park and Yang Hyun Suk recently participated in a fun game that had them name artists they’d scout from each others’ companies.
On September 7th, J.Y. Park and Yang Hyun Suk guested on SBS‘s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, during which the MC asked, “Which singers from the other agency would you like to scout?”
J.Y. Park answered, “There is one person who I would like the most,” and named 1TYM‘s Teddy. He explained, “I don’t just want him as a celebrity — I’m thinking that he would produce songs for other singers, too.”
J.Y. Park picked Big Bang‘s Taeyang as his second choice, stating, “He’s so good at dancing and singing, so I think it’d be fun to record together.”
Lastly, J.Y. Park stated that he would like to scout 2NE1‘s Sandara Park. He explained, “She has a strong charm about her that you can’t see in other female celebrities.” Yang Hyun Suk replied, “Sandara Park’s nickname is ‘The girl from Mars’. She doesn’t seem like she’s from Earth. I’ve been watching her for several years, but still, every time I see her, she doesn’t seem like she’s from our planet.”
Meanwhile, Yang Hyun Suk picked 2PM‘s Nichkhun first. He explained, “Nichkhun came from overseas. He is very good-looking and cute. I like Nichkhun.”
He then selected Wonder Girls‘ Sunye, stating, “A long time ago, J.Y. Park had an audition program. I liked Sunye since then. She was so pretty that I thought to myself that I would like to raise her.”
Finally, the CEO of YG Entertainment chose miss A‘s Suzy, explaining, “These days, Suzy is catching my eye.”

YG Entertainment CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, stated that there were plans for a Big Bang and Jae Bum unit. On the September 7th episode of SBS’s, “Nightly TV Entertainment” YG’s Yang Hyun Suk and JYP’s Park Jin Young appeared together for the show, “KPOP Star.”
Yang Hyun Suk said, “This is the first time I’m revealing this story. During the beginning of Big Bang we thought about a unit with G Dragon, Tae Yang, and Jae Bum. In the end we weren’t able to come together because we were both busy. In the end they all began with their own teams.”
Park Jin Young contented by stating, “As a person he’s a very good person, but as a producer he has really great sense and is capable of doing things I can’t. Anytime I work with Yang Hyun Suk is fun for me.”
Yang Hyun Suk showed their long friendship with the statement, “I knew Park Jin Young ever since he was in his late teens rebelling at Kangnam Station.”

"It's like a bank -- they are on constant, huge sleep overdraft," Dr. David Gozal, an expert in childhood sleep problems at the University of Chicago, told Reuters Health.
"If this is the way you manage your credit card, you will be bankrupt very soon," Gozal, who was not part of the study, said.
On average, the Korean teens -- some 2,600 high school students -- only got five hours and 42 minutes of sleep on weekdays. During the weekend, however, they added nearly three hours of shuteye per night, based on questionnaires.

In today's daily charts we notice one new release with 4minute's newest single "Heart to Heart". On its first day of release the single took a 15th position.
Even though SHINee had their second single "Juliette" released on a Monday, it's amount of copies sold was fully calculated into the weekly charts of this week (August 31st - September 6th). The group managed to get to the 3rd position in the weekly single charts with 53789 copies sold since the release date. JUNO's "Fate" took a 15th position with 7358 copies sold.
CNBLUE grabbed a 6th position in the Weekly album charts with the release of their last indie album "392" last week, before going major in October with their new single "In My Head". They managed to get 14654 units sold.
Next week will see the release of Rainbow's debut single "A", while two weeks from now The Boss will be releasing their 3rd Japanese single "Love Parade", and 2NE1 will be revealing their first mini album.

[09.07.11] ZE:A tops Oricon's int'l weekly music chart with 1st Japanese single!
Nine-member boy band ZE:A - Children of Empire has topped Oricon's weekly music chart with their first Japanese single, according to its official website.
On Wednesday, Oricon's official website revealed that the Japanese version of ZE:A - Children of Empire's special album "Exciting~" came in first place on Oricon's International weekly music chart during the week of August 22 to 28.
"Exciting~" had made its debut at No. 2 on Oricon's daily chart upon its release on August 24 and maintained its position in sixth place for two weeks on the weekly album chart.

The boys of B1A4 have announced that they’ll be making their comeback this month with their second mini-album!
On September 7th (8th in Korea), the teaser image for member Sandeul was released through their official homepage along with a list of exciting dates.
The digital release for their second mini-album is set for September
16th. Over the past week, they’ve delighted fans with image teasers of Baro, CNU, and Sandeul. The final teaser photo for Gongchan will be revealed tomorrow.
The boys had debuted with a colorful, cute style, but it seems that
this time around, they’re aiming to try for something more trendy and
fun.

For Heogak, who is waiting for his official singer debut, actor Kang Sora, Lee Hyunjin, and BEAST’s Yong Junhyung will all be making their appearances.
On the afternoon of the 7th, Heogak commented revealing photos of the scene, “For my album music video, these amazing people made their appearances. Thank you. Sunny’s heroine Kang Sora-ssi, BEAST’s Yong Junhyung-ssi, Amazing man actor Lee Hyunjin-ssi, I’m really proud.”
The management A Cube Entertainment stated, “Despite their busy schedules, we are very thankful for Kang Sora, Yong Junhyung, and Lee Hyunjin who made their appearances in the music video. Even the people acting who heard the song commented that the song was really good and that they wish for daebak.”
The music video will be revealing the teaser on the 9th and after the album has been revealed, the 15 minute drama styled music video will be revealed on the 16th.

Breaking news, K-Poppers: it looks like KARA‘s Goo Hara and B2ST‘s Junhyung have called it quits on their fledgling relationship!
According to both sides, the two of them had split up in July
following an official recognition of their relationship in late June.
However, they had withheld the news until now in order to protect both
sides of the equation.
The former lovebirds agreed to go back to their platonic
relationship, and it appears all’s well with their friendship. Since the
news of their split broke just as they were getting their ship under
way, it put extra pressure on their relationship with each other, and
was a catalyst in their decision to eventually call it quits.

UPDATE: Another Korean source has revealed that both Cube Entertainment and DSP Media have denied rumors of Junhyung and Hara breaking up.
Officials of DSP Media revealed on September 8, "We checked with Goo Hara herself and found that they are still in a relationship. Rumors of their break up are unfounded."
Cube Entertainment disclosed, "We have not been able to reach Yong Junhyung yet. We are still in the process of checking this information."
