T-ara to make a comeback with "Black Eyes" next month

Boosted by the success of their smash-hit, “Roly-Poly“, T-ara has decided to join the comeback fray by returning with “Black Eyes” in October!

On September 8th, Core Contents Media revealed, “T-ara will be releasing a new album titled ‘Black Eyes’ on October 27th. We purposely matched up the dates to comeback at the same time as girl groups SNSD and the Wonder Girls.”

They continued, “We’re just that confident in our album. T-ara will be letting go of their retro concept from ‘Roly-Poly’ and return to electronic sounds that teens like more. There will be added melodies that appeal to teens all the way up to those in their 60′s.”

Like their previous works, the album is the product of producer Shinsadong Tiger. Stay tuned for more info on its release!

i like t-ara, mostly because i like the individual member and i really like some of their songs because they are catchy as fuck, but as a group i don 't really care about them or see them as special.

And dude, let the girls rest, they just finished lolly polly, now are going to japan and with a new korean comeback? plus hyomin has a drama, jiyeon is injured and eunjung haven’t slept properly for a while now.

yes, the girl groups are technically competing against each other and all, and the media will eat this up, but i'm more excited to see them onstage together since their promotions haven't overlapped for a while now and they've spent so much time overseas. the boys have had their time in the spotlight :) Kara, T-ara, SNSD, BEG, WG (and IU for idol comebacks), that's a lot for the fall.

though ia, t-ara have been promoting long enough, in both korean & japan, they need some rest

Honestly I think CCM shouldn't have said that they matched the date on purpose, because if t-ara won't do as well as SNSD/WG they'll be ridiculed because this statement. Anyhow, I'm glad they are letting go of their retro concept as I loved their first album and repack of it, but their material after that has been kinda awful (I won't ever understand why Korea loved Roly Poly so much).

black eyes sounds good already, tbh, then again i end up loving everything t-ara puts out. as much as i stan snsd, i'm hoping they could at least win once against them. thats if they're even going against each other, i'm not sure. i love both groups way too much ;~;
