Group BEAST's member Yong JunHyung's tattoo and its meaning was revealed.

His tattoo became known after a photographer took a picture of BEAST while they were attending the 'Seoul Character-Licensing Fair 2010' on July 21st, becoming a hot topic around online communities.

Yong JunHyung is known have gotten his tattoos near the beginning of his year on his collarbone and his right forearm in English and Latin. On his collarbone, the tattoo reads in English, "Born again still your son". From this phrase, Yong JunHyung's love for his parents can be seen.

On his arm, the tattoo reads, "Take a hold of today. And only believe in the word 'tomorrow' in the smallest way you can". It seems to be similar to American actor James Dean's quote, "Dream like you're going to live forever, live like you're going to die tomorrow", expressing the thought that instead of living for tomorrow, one must live to the fullest in the present.

In the past, tattoos were associated with gangsters, but now celebrities and sports athletes have begun getting tattoos, and it has become a part of the culture. Celebrities with tattoos besides Yong JunHyung include Big Bang member G-Dragon, DBSK member JaeJoong, and singer Hyori, among others.

Fans reacted to Yong JunHyung's tattoo by saying, "He's a filial son", "He put such cool words on his chest", "It's sexy", showing their hot interest.

Groups 2AM and miss A have stepped forward as supporters for the 2PM concert.

2AM and miss A will stand on stage as guests for 2PM’s first concert this 31st and the 1st of August at the Olympic Stadium Gymnasium.

JYP Entertainment revealed, “2AM and miss A will be special guests at the Seoul concerts to congratulate 2PM on their first concert.”

As special opening guests for this concert, 2AM and miss A can display their friendship while also showing a more unified music and performance to the audience.

North Korea calls on US to halt military exercises

HANOI, Vietnam — A North Korean spokesman says the U.S. should halt sanctions and military exercises with South Korea if it wants a nuclear-free peninsula.

"If the U.S. is really interested in the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, it should halt the military exercises and sanctions that destroy the mood for dialogue," North Korean spokesman Ri Tong Il told reporters in Hanoi on Thursday.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced Wednesday the U.S. would impose new sanctions on the reclusive North four months after the sinking of a South Korean warship that killed 46 sailors and has been blamed on Pyongyang. The North has denied involvement.

The allies announced they would hold four days of joint military exercises starting Sunday.

After delaying their comeback for a week because SHINee’s Minho ruptured his calf muscle, it’s finally time for them to make their comeback with Lucifer and they’ve come to a conclusion on what they are doing with Minho.

Many were saying that he would not be performing because of his serious injury but it turns out that he will be. He’ll be on stage with the rest of the boys singing his parts. Sadly, his injury has not healed fully so he will not dance on stage.

SHINee’s new dance choreography is definitely too physical for Minho at his current stage of recovery. f(x)’s Amber had sat on a chair during performances when she had an injured ankle. Well, at least he will be there. Who’s excited?

SBS E!TV’s E! News Korea recently revealed that another Korean group had got themselves on the Billboard charts a long time ago. Their group name was called S.Blush, and the members were people that you know very well.

The members included diva Son Dambi and sexy After School’s Kahi.

In the past, the two were in the project group along with a couple of other girls, which formed S.Blush. They released a song titled It’s My Life back in 2006, and managed to reach the number 2 spot on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart. Below is a video of the group performing the song live.

Qri is T-ara's fourth big acting star

Following in Hyomin, Jiyeon and Eunjung's footsteps, T-ara member Qri will now be doing the acting challenge.

In August, Qri's KBS2TV drama, "Southern Trader Kim Chulsoo's Updates" (tentative title) will air. Qri has already finished filming the first episode.

Lee Qri previously had a minor role in Queen Seodeok playing a wife. She plays the character Lee Kyeong, the girl who loves Kim Chulsoo (Oh Man Seok). She works in a coffee shop and a guest, Kim Chulsoo (Oh Man Seok) coming inside everyday and falls in love with him, but she is too shy and quiet to approach him.

Bahnus Prosecuted for Hyori’s Album Plagiarism Accusations

As televised on SBS “8News” today, police has remitted composer Bahnus for further prosecution in regards to Lee Hyori’s plagiarism controversy. It has been confirmed through investigation results that in the beginning of this year when Lee Hyori was looking for songs from her upcoming fourth album, Bahnus used American and Canadian artists’ songs for his own. The composer had received 29,000,000 won for the songs, but is now charged for scamming and business disruption.

Although Lee Hyori’s plagiarism controversy damages have reached legal grounds, the singer feels that she has not been able to totally free herself from ethic responsibility, especially since she took part in the album production herself.

Jiyeon held an interview with the Korean Herald where she was said to have a sad look on her face and she shared her thoughts about being criticized for having only 5 seconds of singing time. Director Kang Je Gyu and actor Jang Dong Gun will work together once again in the new movie, My Way, after their last collaboration in 'Brotherhood' six years ago. My Way is about two men drafted into the Japanese army during Normany invasion in World War II. Jang Dong Gun will take the lead role in the anticipated new Korean blockbuster movie.

Lee Yeon Hee is to play Jang Dong Gun's sister in the movie.

My Way, an action blockbuster, will be filming in Korea, China, Russia, France, and other locations that are still in progress of planning. This movie is a 30 billion won production.

My Way is Lee Yeon Hee first work since her last drama "East of Eden" in 2009 and movie "Hello Schoolgirl" in 2008.

The filming of this movie is scheduled to start shooting at the beginning of October.

Lee Jun-ki and Joo Ji-hoon, who entered military service in May and February, respectively, are starring in a musical production as part of the army’s entertainment unit.

The musical, entitled Life’s Voyage, honors the 60-year anniversary of the Korean War, and also stars Kim Da-hyun, Yoon Gong-joo, Son Hyun-jung, and Moon Jong-won.

The play has been in production since June, and Lee Jun-ki, as the youngest member of the team, reportedly sang the loudest and worked the hardest at rehearsals.

Joo Ji-hoon said, “It would be nice to share this show with a lot of people. A lot of soldiers are putting their sweat and hard work into this production, so I think you can keep your expectations up.”

Lee Jun-ki stated, “I’m happy to be able to participate in a meaningful piece. The show will give us the chance to share a new perspective on 6/25 with many people, and I hope that it will leave a lasting impression of gratitude and comfort to the veterans of that war.”

Life’s Voyage will run August 21-29 at the National Theater.

Super rookie G.NA expresses his affection to the other 5Girls members.

G.NA said in a recent interview with Newsen, “I have been keeping in contact with the 5Girls and we have been encouraging each other on. Even though much time has passed, I still feel overwhelmed knowing that I will be promoting with the other members.”

G.NA was supposed to debut as part of 5Girls in 2007 as the leader member. And the other members from the group includes WonderGirls YooBin, After School UEE and Secret HyoSeong etc who had later debuted in other groups before G.NA.

G.NA said, “Even though I cannot talk to the 5Girls members often on the phone, we will communicate via other mediums like minihompy or email. When YooBin was promoting in the States, we would text message each other.

UEE will also keep in touch with me even though she is busy with her drama filming. And for HyoSeong, I gets to see her often since we use the same recording studio.”

“Honestly speaking, having waited 3 years I get the feeling that I’ve failed. Especially when the other members debuted one after another, even though I still give my encouragement, I grew impatient. I’m worried because I’m the oldest.”

She continued, “Even so, I feel happy. I am very happy that we can get together again. It is very meaningful for me. The affection I have for 5Girls is indescribable.”

Last month, it was revealed that two talented vocal artists Changmin of 2AM and Lee Hyun of 8Eight would come together to collaborate for a duet. The track’s title was unveiled to be I Was Able To Eat Well, a song composed by “hitman” bang (Bang Shi Hyuk).

Since then, the two have been teasing us a couple of times as they released photo teasers as well as their photoshoot for Dazed and Confused.

Today, the first MV teaser for Changmin and Lee Hyun’s Homme collaboration was revealed! The hot video features actress Lee Chae Young showing her sexy waves as the two boys play pool. In the MV, Lee Chae Young is in a love triangle with Changmin and Lee Hyun.

Kwan is back in South Korea for the third time in less than a year to join Kim, known at home as "Queen Yu-na," for the "All That Skate" show, which opens Friday in Goyang, north of Seoul.

"We're having a blast!" Kwan told reporters Thursday during a break from rehearsal. "I'm having a great time skating with Yu-na."

The making video of singer G.NA's title song, 'I'll back off, so live well' 's music video was revealed.

There is currently interest gathering over G.NA's and Beast's Yoon Doojoon's acting as a couple in the video revealed on the 22nd. In the music video, Yoon Doojoon made an appearance as G.NA's boyfriend, and acted out parts ranging from affectionate moments that caused goosebumps, to painful parts due to heartbreak. With each day getting closer and closer to the kpop queen’s comeback, BoA will first release her music video for one of the tracks from her upcoming 6th album, Game.

On the 25th, the Game MV will be unveiled through BoA’s official homepage (http://boa.smtown.com), www.auction.co.kr and www.nate.com. This music video is definitely going to be a treat for her fans who have waited 5 long years for her Korea comeback album.

Composed by talented song-producer, Jinu (hitchhiker), the lyrics in Game portray inviting a lover into one’s love game. With the lyrics being both cute and sexy at the same time, the song will ooze some major ear candy as BoA adds her own unique voice along to it.

BoA has personally suggested of doing the concept of intertwining both her personal and celebrity lives for the Game MV.

Jeon Yongrok Recorded a Song for His Daughter, T-ara's Boram

Popular 80s' singer Jeon Yongrok expresses his affection for his daughter, Jeon Boram member of 7-member girl group, T-ara.

On the set of KBS2TV's YeoYooManMan on the 22nd, Jeon Yongrok confessed that he had made a song for his daughter from one of his albums before.

"The album was released in 1987 and it was the 3rd track in the album titled To Boram" said Jeon Yongrok. The MC replied with "And when this song was released, Boram was only 2 years old".

Jeon Yongrok talked about the first time the song was released. "I told my daughter, 'You know I made this ballad for you?' and Boram said back to me, 'What is that, Dad?'".

When MC Park Soohong asked "Will you be able to make another song for your daughter?" Jeon Yongrok humbly replied, "I don't think I will record anymore."

"I often wonder what Boram will be doing once she's done with her girl group," said Jeon Youngrok, "After that, I think I would be happy to see her on her own".

SeeYa’s Sumi to join Core Contents co-ed idol group

SeeYa’s maknae Sumi will transfer from Seeya to the upcoming co-ed group that includes members like Jin Hye Won. The group is called 남녀공학.

Core Contents Media said that things have been discussed with Seeya and 남녀공학. They decided to move her from SeeYa and add her to this new group which will be debuting this coming September.

She’ll be trying something new since she’s going from working with two girls to working with eight other members, who are a mix of girls and boys.

It was hard for Sumi to leave SeeYa because she’s close with the members but they decided she would shine more in the new group.

‘Same-age stars’ Yoo SeungHo and IU come together to sing a duet song.

The 2 had traveled to Sri Lanka recently for KBS 1TV ‘Love’s Request’. And for the show, the 2 also sang a duet song together. The lyrics of the song are written with reference to the diary which Yoo SeungHo wrote during his trip to Sri Lanka where he witnessed the lives of orphans of war.

The song is written by G-Gorrilla and the song will be revealed during the show’s 600th episode aired on July 24th.

Bahnus Charged For Fraud,Pleads Guilty And Case Proceeds To Prosecution

Plagiarism producer Bahnus, who gave a total of 6 songs stolen from original composers to singer Lee Hyori during her 4th album recording has plead guilty to fraud charges pressed against him.

Bahnus known as Mr Lee revealed to the police of Seodaemun that he gave the songs to Lee Hyori and to her company at the time, Mnet Media,under his own name when those songs were in fact stolen from the originals creators.
He also told the police that he gathered the songs from illegal download sites for free, songs which were composed by American and Canadian artists and wanted to benefit from them.

He had previously claimed that those songs were illegally leaked on various download portals before and that he and his group of producers were the only ones who owned the rights of the tracks.

The plagiarism issues damaged Lee Hyori’s 4th album promotional activities and her reputation in the music industry.

The singer revealed this matter to her fans on her official fancafe and apologized to them back in late June,she had also stated that she would take full responsabilty.

Mnet Media stand on this was that : “We will take full responsibility and will solve this matter for Lee Hyori,even though she didn’t renew the contract with us.We are aware that the plagiarism issue has put Hyori and Mnet Media in a bad position,affecting H-Logic’s album sales and damaging her image.”

Investigations have come to an end,the case will now proceed to Prosecution.

T-ara to return as "Reborn T-ara" on September 7th

Girl group T-ara announced their first new material as a reborn group is coming in September.

On the 23rd, a Representative told Star News that, "With Ryu Hwayoung successfully joining in T-ara, a new album and new material will be released in September," he said, "the reborn T-ara will also have a brand new concept, so fans should be expecting something new."

T-ara has gained a new member recently. Ryu Hwayoung is from Gwanju and currently in high school. She's 168cm tall and has a cute attractive appearance.

On the 22th at 7:30 PM, there was a press conference at Kyunggido Namyangju Studio Complex for the movie “Hype Nation 3D,” which Park Jaebum stars in.
