EXO’s Second Box” DVD set will be released on the 30th of October.

"EXO's Second Box" will include 4 discs (Disc 1 - Chat with EXO, Disc 2 - Weekend with EXO, Disc 3 - Making Film 1, Disc 4 - Making Film 2, #Pathcode, Music Video). The total duration of the material will be 253 minutes and it will include footage of the production of their second full album “EXODUS” as well as the members splitting into three teams and enjoying their free time, a couple talk segment where the members split into pairs and talk about their inner feelings, and also a segment where the members individually analyze their brain structure. English and Chinese subtitles will be included.

“Descendants of the Sun” Sets Broadcasting Date

“Descendants of the Sun” starring Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki is slated to air in February 2016 as the follow-up drama to the current Wednesday-Thursday drama “The Merchant: Gaekju 2015.”

“Descendants of the Sun” is a 100 percent pre-production drama and is under the pressure of having to complete filming by the end of the year due to Chinese broadcasting regulatory policies. The “Descendants of the Sun” is determined to finish post-production work after the completion of filming to get the drama ready to air by first week of February. Since MBC and SBS still have not announced their lineup for the same time slot against “Descendants of the Sun,” fierce competition is anticipated.

Song Hye Kyo, Song Joong Ki and other key actors and crew members headed for Greece at the end of last month. Greece is the backdrop of the drama, the location where the troops are sent overseas. This is where the story begins as the two main characters Song Hye Kyo (Kang Mo Yeon) and Song Joong Ki (Yoo Shi Jin) meet fatefully.


“Descendants of the Sun” is a story of a young soldier and doctor pursuing love and dreams as strangers in a distant land. It’s a melodrama portraying the very essence of life. Song Joong Ki portrays Yoo Shi Jin, captain of the elite special forces. Song Hye Kyo portrays an attractive doctor Kang Mo Yeon.


Legendary writer Kim Eun Sook who was behind the success of “Lovers in Paris,” “Secret Garden,” and “Heirs” and director Lee Ung Bok who directed “Secret,” “School 2013,” and “Dream High” team up for “Descendants of the Sun” drawing much attention of highly anticipating fans.

JYJ, the first [male] idols to be awarded the Prime Minister’s Award. JYJ as a whole will attend the event



Group JYJ will be the [male] idols receiving the Prime Minister’s Commendation for the first time.

Singers JYJ who earned their spot across Korea and in the world are among the 8 main stars who will be awarded the Prime Minister’s Award.

On the morning of October 27, an official from JYJ’s agency said, “JYJ has been awarded the Prime Minister’s Commendation at the 2015 Republic of Korea’s Popular Culture & Arts Awards,” and, “This is a first for an idol” in a phone call with MBN Star.

Continuing, he added, “JYJ members Kim Jaejoong, Park Yuchun, and Kim Junsu will all be in attendance at the award ceremony”.


The ‘2015 Republic of Korea’s Popular Culture & Arts Awards award ceremony’ will be held at Haeorum Theater of the National Theater of Korea, at 2 PM [KST] on October 29. At the award ceremony this time, performances dedicated to the main stars of honor and celebration performances prepared by seniors and popular cultural and music artists together are scheduled to unfold.

JYJ’s Kim Junsu’s performance is set to grace the finale of the award ceremony.

Meanwhile, Kim Jaejooong is in the middle of his service as a soldier of the military band in the 55th Infantry Division of the Army, and Park Yuchun has started his public service at Gangnam District Office.
