G.NA Is Underweight and Has Serious Jaw Problem According to Doctors in “Vitamin”

The latest episode of KBS 2TV “Vitamin” talked about temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and found out the condition of the guests’ jaws on the show through various tests. In the show, G.NA was diagnosed with a severe case of TMD.

In a previous guesting in “Vitamin,” G.NA was warned that she is severely underweight for her age and in this episode, G.NA confirms the doubts that she has regarding her problems with her teeth as she is diagnosed with a serious TMD.

“I’m currently undergoing treatment at the dentist for my teeth, but I didn’t imagine that I could have a problem like TMD,” says G.NA who became suddenly worried about the results of the tests.

“In G.NA’s case, her molars at both sides are not good and she cannot properly chew food. Because of this, her jaw abnormally applies force and shows an unstable location. It’s important that she picks up the practice of chewing on both sides and has combined treatment for her overbite and teeth in the earliest possible time,” advises Professor Jeon Yang Hyeon of Kyunghee University Dental Hospital, Department of Oral Medicine.

This episode of “Vitamin” will aried on April 30, 8:55 p.m. (KST) at KBS. Other guests include Lee Hye Jeong, Seo Kwon Soon, Kim Saeng Min, Lim Hyuk Pil, Hong Dae Gwang, and Nana and Lizzy of Orange Caramel.

*According to WebMD.com, “Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) occur as a result of problems with the jaw, jaw joint and surrounding facial muscles that control chewing and moving the jaw. These disorders are often incorrectly called TMJ, which stands for temporomandibular joint.”

Kim Jaejoong Talks About Last Project Before Enlistment, “Triangle,” and JYJ Comeback Plan

Fans of JYJ‘s Kim Jaejoong have another reason to tune in next week for the premiere of “Triangle”.

At the production press conference of the new MBC Monday-Tuesday drama “Triangle” held today, April 30, at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, the singer turned actor said he will have “Triangle” as his last drama project before he goes to the army.

“Triangle will probably the last (project) before I enlist,” he said. “Because this is my last drama, I think I will have to work even harder. I will try my best to show you a cool side of me,” he added.

The singer-actor mentioned his plans to enlist at his solo concert in Japan last year. Although the exact time and area where he will enlist is yet to be finalized, the singer-actor says fans could anticipate the comeback of JYJ before that time.

“The time has come for me to go to the army. I could adjust my enlistment anytime if I’m doing solo activities but I’m with JYJ, so there are still a lot of things that I have to consider,” said Kim Jaejoong. “For now, I can say that fans can expect a JYJ comeback by the second half of the year. I think I can finish that and then go to the army,” he added.

Reporters followed up with the question, ”Don’t you feel bad that you can’t sing in music programs before you go to the army?” To which Kim Jaejoong replied, “Of course I feel bad about it. I don’t think there’s any artist who wants to have his activities while hiding himself.”

“Triangle” is a story about three brothers who are separated from each other after losing their parents. They meet again by fate 20 years later without knowing what each has gone through. In “Triangle,” Kim Jaejoong plays the role of Heo Young Dal who lives off collecting private loans in Jeongseon, Kangwon-do. A good-for-nothing person who would even take off his clothes and throw them away just to take a collection, he becomes a boss of a gang.

“Triangle” will start airing on MBC on May 5, 10 p.m. (KST)

The camera is only natural to Hyomin. After T-ara’s debut in 2009, a camera that captures her every move has always been around her. At the same time as an actress, to Hyomin the camera is a paintbrush that paints another self to her. She was the subject to all of those enormous cameras. In order to capture Hyomin’s face, the camera got so close that her face almost bumped into photographer Cho Seihon's face. What she was asked of was no other than a delicate sentiment. Like when a movie director goes for an extreme close up in order to fill the whole screen with extreme sentiments. Even up so close, through a flush of rage from her girly and lively face, she pulled out the emotions of holding in bitter tears in front of the camera that backed away like a slightly sullen lover. The thought occurred that it's Hyomin who can make all kinds of facial expressions from the bright expression of the vampire girl in Director Tomas Alfredson's "Let the Right One In", Lina Leandersson, when she said “Can I come back?” to her angry expression from when she got rejected. Just like that, Hyomin was a woman with various facial expressions.

Jay Park to release new single 'Metronome' ft. Simon D

Jay Park is set to be making a comeback with the release of his latest single on April 11th.

On April 1st, it was revealed that Jay Park will be releasing a digital single “Metronome” on April 11th, along with its official music video. It was further stated that the track will feature Simon D while artist Gray participated in its production.

Just last year, Jay Park established his independent music label, AOMG. Since its launch, Jay Park managed to recruit artists such as Gray, Loco, Ugly Duck, Dj Pumkin, DJ Wegun and more under his label.

This will also be the first time for Simon D to be participating in a track after his contact with Amoeba Culture expired. He is currently working with Jay Park as co-CEO of AOMG.

Singers Lyn And Lee Soo Of MC the Max Are Getting Married This September

Singer Lyn, who is known for her beautiful voice, has announced that she and Lee Soo of MC the Max, are getting married on September 19th! The wedding ceremony will take place at Conrad hotel in Yeouido, Seoul. One insider told news media, "They've been preparing to hold a wedding ceremony by the end of this year."

The beautiful soon to be married couple has been friends for ten years before they actually started to date. Lyn and Lee Soo has been dating for only three years before the announcement of them getting married was released.

Lyn, whose full name is Lee Se Jin, is known for her great voice to the music industry. Lyn is taking some time off after she released her new ballad single, "Miss You...Crying." While she was promoting, Lyn also sang an OST for the hit drama series, "My Love From Another Star," which the track is titled, "My Destiny."

MC the Max, is a three member rock band which the leader is Lee Soo. The group is also taking a little break after their previous hit single, "Wind That Blows," topped number one on various music charts.

Both Lyn and Lee Soo are expected to release new singles in the coming months. For now, congratulations to them!

Jang Geun Suk Voted Top Celebrity Whose Bluff Is Charming

Although celebrities may appear charming and charismatic on screen, all such image may be a bluff. Yet, people who were able to see past such bluff also viewed such an act as charming in its own way. In a recent poll on DC Inside, actor Jang Geun Suk was voted as the top celebrity who’s bluffing nature was still charismatic.

When asked the question “Which celebrity is still charming despite their bluffing nature?” Jang Geun Suk topped the polls with 24.2% of the 1,402 total votes, receiving 339 votes. Second place was Mnet‘s “Super Star K4” contestant Jung Joon Young who received 23.8% of the total votes by gaining 333 votes. Third place went to actor Kim Bo Sung who is known for his phrase “Loyalty!”. The actor received 198 votes leading him to receive 14.1% of the vote.

Other celebrities who ranked on the list included BIG BANG‘s G-Dragon, actor Yoo Ah In, and comedian Yoon Se Yoon, and more.

SM C&C and Samhwa Networks Form Partnership to Enter Chinese Drama Market

Video content producer SM C&C and Korea’s top drama producing company Samhwa Networks have formed a partnership in order to enter the Chinese drama market.

The partnership between the two companies included an agreement to collaborate in producing dramas that appeal to the Chinese drama market. In addition, the official agreement included that both companies own 2 billion won (about 1,936,000 USD) of each companies’ treasury stocks. Furthermore, SM C&C gained 1.66% of Samhwa Networks’ share, while Samhwa Networks gained 0.76% of SM C&C’s share.

The collaboration between the two companies foreshadowed the upcoming dramas and contents that will be produced to target the Chinese audience. With Samhwa Network being Korea’s first and top drama producing company, the partnership between SM C&C and Samhwa Networks is one to anticipate.

As dramas such a “The Gu Family Book,” “King of Baking, Kim Tak Goo,” and “Glorious Days” were produced by Samhwa Networks, SM C&C’s collaboration with the company is expected to produced many more great dramas.

Secret’s Jun Hyosung Dishes on Dating and Upcoming Solo Debut in Sure Magazine



Secret’s Jun Hyosung revealed that dating is hard.

Through an interview in May’s volume of the fashion magazine Sure, Jun Hyosung revealed that “Dating is hard. I don’t know how to truthfully express myself towards people that I like.”

She continued on by saying, “If someone shows me that they like me, I do get excited, but I don’t know what to do about it. If the person that I like suddenly said they like me too, then it gets worse. I contemplate on it and eventually become alone. It has been a while since I’ve felt nervous about someone.”

Jun Hyosung is currently preparing for her solo activity in May and said, “I’m thinking about the concept. I want to show a different image from when I was performing as a member of Secret. I want to show a fresh image that no one has done before but at the same time that matches me.”
