On November 18, fans started uploading snapshots of the singer filming near Mapo-gu, wearing a bright orange puffy jacket with his name spelled out on his back. Lee Kwang Soo was also spotted with Lee Seung Gi.

Lee Seung Gi previously appeared on the variety show in November of 2012 with Park Shin Hye.

He is currently awaiting the broadcast of his new variety show, tvN’s Nunas Over Flowers. He will also hold a concert on November 30 and December 1.

SISTAR’s Soyou joined the JTBC variety show “Amazing Marriage.”

On November 17, Kim Hyung Joong PD commented, “SISTAR’s Soyou became the daughter-in-law for celebrity couple Kim Tae Hwa and Jung Hoon Hee. We started filming today (November 17) at the celebrity couple’s Busan home. The regular cast of the show, Yeh Ji Won, Seo In Young, and Kim Hyun Sook finished their last filming. We plan to continue the show with a new season. Please anticipate the new members of the show.”

K-media outlets preparing ~$1 million lawsuit against allkpop for copyright infringement

One news item making noise in Korea that has been seemingly glossed over by Western K-pop publications recently is that a bunch of Korean media outlets are preparing to go after allkpop on grounds of copyright infringement.

The title of one of the articles reporting on this is ‘allkpop & Ailee controversy, allkpop facing lawsuit for habitual copyright infringement‘.

JJ Project has been mostly MIA since their debut song "Bounce", but we may just yet be hearing more from them soon!
Sure, the boys released a follow-up "NANANA", and had been in dramas. But it's also true that we've heard next to nothing from them in 2013, and it's almost the end of the year.

Many fans have guessed and hoped that JB and JR may be included in the upcoming JYP Entertainment boy band. We already know that JYP Entertainment has been pretty ambiguous in letting fans know what's happening with them and the new boy band.

Now there's been another turn of events, as JJ Project's official homepage no longer exists! Fans are hoping it means that the pair will be joining in on the new boy band.

K-Girls is a girl group consisting of Min Hee, Se Eun, Ji An, Chloe, Sang Eun, and Ara, who have all ranked high in the regional preliminaries of Miss Korea beauty pageant competition, and will promote together to raise awareness of social responsibility. The group strives to share love and hope with people through their music.

“Fly High” has been produced by a talented team called Real Men, which has previously worked with JYJ‘s Kim Jae Joong, BEAST, A Pink, and many others. Upcoming producer B.O.K also participated in producing the song. In addition, R&B singer-songwriter Urban Hz has been reported to be the vocal trainer and vocal director of the group, catching the public’s interest.

2NE1 Releases New Song on the 21+World Tour Concert Next Year, “Double Luck”

Girl band 2NE1 has announced a plan to disclose their new song “Missing You” and to hold a world tour concert in 2014.

In the morning on the 18, 2NE1 announced their plans on YG’s official blog (www.yg-life.com), through “Ssangbak TV”. In the video which was made in the format of a press conference, Bom says “Beginning from March 2014 in Seoul, 2NE1 will go and see our fans around the world, visiting China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan.

T.O.P, Shin Se Kyung and More to Star in "Tazza 2"

The sequel to the hit movie Tazza is on its way to reveal the finalized list of the cast.

Tazza 2 will depict the story of Ham Dae Gil (Goni′s nephew in Tazza), who jumps into the world of gambling in Seoul.

It has been confirmed that the main character Ham Dae Gil will be acted by Big Bang’s T.O.P and his girlfriend will be played by Shin Se Kyung.

The other possible members of cast now being discussed are also drawing attention as they include Kim In Kwon, Yoo Hae Jin, Kim Yoon Seok and Park Hyo Joo.

The previous movie Tazza was also famous for its top cast, featuring Jo Seung Woo, Kim Hye Soo, Baek Yoon Shik and Yoo Hae Jin.

Directed by Sunny’s Kang Hyung Cheol, Tazza 2 will be released in 2014, and will start the filming at the end of this year as soon as casting is confirmed.

I’m totally taking this maybe-casting with a huge grain of salt, but it’d be great if it worked out. Kim Woo-bin (Heirs) and Lee Hyun-woo (Coverty, Grandly) are currently being courted to star in a new heist movie called The Professionals by Trinity Entertainment, aka the producers behind Kim Woo-bin’s current hit gangster sequel Friend 2. The project is still really early in the development stage, but it makes sense that they’d want to capitalize on Friend 2’s box office success with early press announcements (It opened in first place and surpassed 1.3 million tickets in its opening weekend).

Who is Big Brother?

Big Brother is a DJ and producer, best known on omona as half of a group called Team H.... and yes, Jang Geun Suk is the other half of Team H.


Here's how he describes himself on Facebook:

Kurt, aka Big Brother grew up in America listening, studying diverse genres of music such as Alternative Rock, Big band Jazz, R&B, FlokRock, Bosanova and L.A Metal and eventually started to write his own music.

As an adult he was fascinated by electronic music leading him to go back to his hometown Korea and started producing electronic music. On November 19th, Seohyun attended an annual donation ceremony at Dongguk University, her alma mater. Showing her gratitude to the university and infinite generosity, Seohyun donated 100 million won (~100 000 USD) to the school.

Dongguk University holds fundraising events annually to raise money for scholarships, to invite outstanding professors to teach students, and to improve the school’s facilities and study environment.

Yoona and Seohyun are both students of Dongguk University. Yoona enrolled at Dongguk University in 2009, and Seohyun began attending the school in 2010. Both are currently majoring in theater.
