Though Lee Jong Suk is one of the hottest rising actors today, he's apparently scared of attention.
On the 28th, he and Kim Woo Bin were interviewed by 'One Night of TV Entertainment' while they were doing a CF filming. A lot of the fans were at the stadium set and cheered when they saw the two actors appear.

Their 'XOXO' album, both the regular and repackaged, sold 501,000 copies as of August 28. The last artist who managed to sell over 500,000 copies for 1 album (including its repackage) was Super Junior with 'Sexy, Free & Single'.
EXO sold 166,000 copies of the 'Kiss' version of 'XOXO' and 131,000 copies of the 'Hug' version of the album. The repackage also sold 123,000 copies of 'Kiss' and 77,000 copies of 'Hug'.
They are the best-selling artists in Hanteo's history since 2009, and since they are still the #1 artists on the Hanteo charts, there's no telling how much more they'll shoot up.

The prosecution has demanded a jail sentence of 1 year and a penalty of 6,690,500 KRW or 6,034 USD for DMTN's Daniel, who previously admitted to all his charges.
The session took place earlier today, and Daniel's lawyer asked to conclude the trial, and the court accepted their request. Thus, the prosecution issued their demands for Daniel's sentencing.
After the prosecution spoke, Daniel's lawyer asked for leniency, commenting, "Choi Daniel was born and raised in the U.S. so his perception of marijuana is more relaxed, and also considering that he served as the intermediary for [the sale of marijuana] only among acquaintances, we ask for a suspended sentence."

While filming Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook on KBS 2TV, 2NE1′s two members BOM and DARA said, “the dating ban at the agency has been lifted, but nothing’s changed.” DARA continued, “Boss Yang Hyun Suk told us to show him my future boyfriend. He said he would kill him. I don’t know if he actually wants us to date or not,” making everyone in the studio laugh.

Real men wear make-up, says K-pop group SHINee

One might wonder who the boys of South Korean pop quintet SHINee turn to for their fashion cues.
After all, they’re often decked out in eye-catching, trendy outfits.
It turns out that, sometimes, the boys’ fashion idols are each other.
That’s the case for the group’s leader, Onew, who told My Paper on Tuesday that his style icon is none other than the band’s trendiest member – Key.
Onew, 23, said: “He’s very interested in fashion. He knows everything when we speak to him about fashion or beauty products.”

After what feels like an eternity, Heechul (30) has officially been discharged with the completion of his service!
Since he wanted a quiet discharge, Heechul did not plan any sort of event and thus, did not offer any words or speech. However, to express is gratitude for the 150+ fans and reporters that had gathered anyways, Heechul stepped outside briefly to smile and wave.
The idol enlisted back in September 2011 as a public service officer and was awarded for being an exemplary officer upon his discharge. The future ahead of him also seems bright as he is already said to be receiving love calls left and right.

Although Super Junior’s Heechul’s won’t be discharged until August 30th, it hasn’t stop the entertainment industry from sending requests for him to star in variety shows and dramas.
A representative from SM Entertainment commented,
“Currently, Heechul is getting a lot of requests from variety shows and dramas. After he’s discharged, he’ll be looking over everything carefully and decide on what he’ll be in. However, there’s nothing confirmed for now.”
The agency also shared, “After he’s released, he’s going to practice as much as possible. When he’s ready, he’ll join the rest of the members for Super Junior’s current world tour. But we cannot say for certain when that will be.”
Despite all this attention, Heechul will have a quiet and low-key discharge free of meetings with fans and press.
Congrats to Heechul for completing his two years service. Not surprising that many productions are showing immense interest for our peculiar member.
