Cho Sung Ha praises T.O.P. for his diligent attitude on the set of ‘Alumni’

Actor Cho Sung Ha recently praised Big Bang‘s T.O.P. for his hard-working attitude on set.

In response to questions about T.O.P, Cho Sung Ha, who recently met up with OSEN for an interview. stated, “On set, [T.O.P.] works with fire lit in his eyes.”

The actor, who is T.O.P.’s co-star in the upcoming movie ‘Alumni‘ continued, “He is well-mannered and works really hard. He takes filming seriously and is pouring his passion into the film.”

When asked to evaluate Choi Seung Hyun (T.O.P.) as a fellow actor he stated, “Because he is still new to acting, it is too early to assess what kind of ‘techniques’ he possesses as an actor or if he possesses outstanding acting skills. However, he is approaching [acting] earnestly, without losing sight of his original, pure intentions.”

Meanwhile, ‘Alumni’ is a film about the son of a North Korean spy who accepts an offer to become an assassin in order to save the life of his younger sister.

Woori sheds tears as she talks about Rainbow’s inactivity

Rainbow‘s Woori shed tears as she talked about her group.

She was a guest on the October 12th episode ‘Go Show‘, and talked about the difficulties that Rainbow had faced. She revealed, “We haven’t put out an album in over a year. The other Rainbow members have been practicing for a year. There are so many idols now that we have no place to stand,” and burst into tears. She continued to say, “The Rainbow members are all so nice, and they all supported me coming onto ‘Go Show’.”

On the same show last week, Woori had also confessed that Rainbow members still use public transportation because of monetary issues, and that they hadn’t won first place even though they debuted more than 3 years ago.

Hopefully things will look up for them after their hinted comeback!

F.T. Island shows their support for labelmate AOA

Rookie girl group AOA has recently made a comeback with "Get Out", and they recently got some support from their labelmates, F.T. Island!

AOA member Jimin posted on the band’s official Twitter account, saying, “Hello this is Jimin. Ahead of our AOA performance, we received a big cheer from our sunbaes FTISLAND ^_^ We’ll live up to everyone’s expectations with a good performance.”

The attached photos show the two groups posing for a cute family picture, as well as exchanging albums with each other. Both AOA and F.T. Island are managed by FNC Entertainment.

SNSD to Be Featured on Soundtrack for ‘Cobu 3D’ with ‘Cheap Creeper’ and ‘Say Yes’

On October 13th, the Hallyu convention “KCON 2012″ was held in Irvine, California in the United States. The convention featured several booths and attractions, including a panel which gave a preview of “Cobu 3D”, an upcoming movie starring BoA, Girls’ Generation’s senior and labelmate from SM Entertainment. The movie will center around two dancers, Aya, played by BoA, and Donny, played by Derek Hough.

During “KCON 2012″, the “Cobu 3D” panel played several songs from the movie’s soundtrack, including two songs featuring members of Girls’ Generation. The first song, “Cheap Creeper”, is a fast English track with several lines of rap from several different members. The second, “Say Yes”, is another fast-paced English dance track sung by Jessica, f(x)’s Krystal, and EXO-M’s Kris.

The release date for the “Cobu 3D” soundtrack has yet to be announced. Stay tuned to Soshified for more information on Girls’ Generation’s tracks for the “Cobu 3D” soundtrack.

Chinese-Korean idol group TimeZ reveals sixth member, leader Kong Shu Hang

CJ E&M and Chinese agency Super Jet Entertainment have combined forces to produce a new idol group named TimeZ.

The group is made up of 6 members consisting of 4 Chinese members and 2 Korean members. The group is planning on making their debut on October 18th and has set out on introducing their members with individual video teasers.

After revealing the first five members Mao Ruo Yi, Liu Guan Xi, Kim Seong Hwan, Tian Yi Chen and Lee Hyeong Joo, they have unveiled their sixth member Kong Shu Hang!

HyunA has released jacket photos for her newest song “Ice Cream“!

The 4minute member will be releasing the song “Ice Cream” on the 22nd with the songs from her 2nd solo mini album. As a sexy icon, she showcases a freer look than usual with her sexy gaze and bright smile.

Cube Entertainment reported to allkpop that HyunA’s title song “Ice Cream” will show off a strong hip hop sound with her usual rhythmical rap. HyunA participated herself in the concept planning, and has collaborated with Brave Brothers for the song.

Earlier today, Cube excitedly tweeted They tweeted the words, “Shout that HyunA has come! Releasing the 20121022 ICE CREAM jacket photo for the first time!!” and then “20121022 ICE CREAM #2 #Meltinghyuna” with two photos from her new mini album.

The photos feature HyunA with tousled hair complete with bright blue streaks. She is dressed in a loose denim vest and a short dress, complete with a stocking only one one leg. She also sports various tattoos on her arms in a vintage car.

Jack of all trades Park Jin Young has revealed the reason for his support for Psy.

On October 12, Park Jin Young made an appearance on SBS “Good Morning” and revealed the reason for his tweet that supported Psy.

Park Jin Young playfully claimed, “The reason why I am supporting a YG artist is because I heard that ‘Gangnam Style‘ was created with me in mind.”

Recently, Park Jin Young posted a support message for Psy on his Twitter saying, “Jae Sang, I just heard about your news today after spending my time away from Korea without a cell phone or internet connection. What in the world is going on! I did an interview cheering you on and wishing you to succeed with ‘Gangnam Style‘ two weeks ago, just before I left Korea. And now that song is ranked at the second place on the billboards chart! How could you accomplish something other people have prepared for years in just a month? Congratulations! Your life is full of drama! I’ll give you a call as soon as I get a cell phone again.”

During this segment, actor Lee Byung Hun also made an appearance and praised “Gangnam Style,” saying that the title of the song is very fitting with the artist himself.
