Yoo In Na was filming for 'We Got Married' before the strike, current status 'pending'

In a further twist to the Yoo In Na – Ji Hyun Woo love saga, it has recently been revealed that Yoo In Na had been filming as part of a new couple for the MBC variety program, ‘We Got Married‘.

The filming had started before the MBC crew declared its strike in January. The compiled footage had been unaired due to the program’s participation in the labor union. The actress, along with her partner, would have been the replacement for the Park So Hyun – Kim Won Joon couple.

Although ‘We Got Married’ eventually made the decision to resume regular broadcasts, the shocking love confession by fellow ‘Queen Inhyun’s Man‘ actor Ji Hyun Woo has thrown the entire plan into turmoil, an MBC insider revealed.

“The situation is neither here nor there,” he confessed. “The expectations were large considering the amount of time we’ve waited, but we don’t know how to solve this problem.”

“Yoo In Na’s agency has said they will not be commenting on the matter, so we will need to wait and see some more,” he said.

It looks like Ji Hyun Woo’s confession has had some major ripple effects, especially with the show expected to resume broadcasting soon.  Would it have been better for him to confess privately?

A photo showing Beast's Jang Hyunseung's close relationship with B1A4 has recently been made public.

Recently a topic on an online community board titled, "B1A4 with Beast's Jang Hyunseung before debut," was posted.

The photo shows Hyunseung and B1A4 members Gongchan and Baro with their shoulders touching while looking into the camera. All three are showing a peaceful personal appearance and bright smiles. Jang Hyunseung is showing a particularly dignified pose as a senior to the boys, while the younger boys of B1A4 have an impressive appearance.

On a recent broadcast, B1A4's members brought up wanting to have an even closer relationship with Beast. On B1A4's album notes they wrote, "Thank you to Beast's Jang Hyunseung."

Netizens who saw the photo said, "Such a warm senior-junior relationship," "Everyone in B1A4 and Beast is good," "Jang Hyunseung seems like a senior who would always prepare things punctually," "Juniors following their seniors and seniors being affectionate to their juniors is just too good," "Please have a good relationship even now," etc.

The ‘Queen of K-Pop’, BoA will be making her long-awaited comeback after 2 years, this summer!

On July 11th, it was announced that “BoA is currently in the process of preparing for a comeback this summer“.

There were rumors that BoA would be making her long-awaited comeback during the beginning of the summer. However, BoA delayed her comeback in order to make sure that the new album is as perfect as it can be. Despite the delay, she will nonetheless make a return to the K-Pop scene this summer.

It has already been 2 years since BoA released “Hurricane Venus” and many fans are now anticipating the face of SM Entertainment to sweep the music charts once again.

Girl group f(x) revealed their new song "Electric Shock" on the 10th. This song is currently sweeping the online music charts at #1.

On the same day, f(x) has revealed their new mini album, "Electric Shock". It has been a year since they have last revealed their album "Hot Summer" last summer.

The album and the title track of the same name, "Electric Shock", has been sweeping the #1 spot on the music charts such as MelOn, Olleh, Soribada, and Bugs.

Flawless Sistar Dasom flawlessly cast into new show

On June 11th, PD Jo Jun Hee confirmed, “Dasom has been confirmed for a character in ‘Shut Up Family’. She’ll be playing the role of a high school student, and I feel that she was the right fit for the role. As she is one of the major cast members, I’m looking forward to the broadcasts.”

The PD continued, “The sitcom is expected to begin airing mid-August, so we’re not able to drop any further details on the show yet. We’re still casting the leading roles.”

‘Shut Up Family’ (temporary title) will be about two families, rich and poor, coming together as one family.

Will.I.Am Irked by Tiger JK and Tasha's Son, Jordan?

Tiger JK recently brought up an incident as a guest on the broadcast of Mnet’s “Volume Ten,” where his son Jordan may have irked the likes of hip hop artist Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas.

Tiger JK had all eyes in the studio on him as he described the curious incident, “Last summer when Will.I.Am gave a performance in Korea, my son Jordan climbed on stage also – receiving screams of excitement and adoration from the crowd.”

He then went on to poke fun at Will.I.Am while revealing just how proud of a father he is, “I think once Will.I.Am saw just how much of a bigger response Jordon got from the audience, he became a little jealous. Jordan might have missed an opportunity to collaborate with him in the future,” causing his wife Yoon Mi Rae seated next to him to chuckle at his mischievous remark.

Tiger JK spent most of the face time he was given on the show to further talk about his beloved son Jordan, “Even though my son is only 4 years old, he already knows how to mimic beats ‘scratched’ by a DJ, rap, break dance and sing.”

Woollim Entertainment’s upcoming girl group members make an appearance on ‘Running Man’

It has been revealed that the charming high school girls that delivered hints to the SBS ‘Running Man‘ members on the June 10th broadcast of the variety show are actually members of an upcoming girl group.

An insider from idol group INFINITE‘s agency Woollim Entertainment informed OSEN on June 11th, “A few girl group members from our company who are preparing for their debut featured on ‘Running Man’ as high school students. Three members in total made an appearance on the episode, and they are all girl group trainees.”

Among the three, member Yoo Jiae first made her television debut in 2010 when she made an appearance on Mnet‘s ‘INFINITE! You Are My Oppa‘. She has been maintaining a fan base ever since.

Yoo Jiae and the other two girls are collectively being called ‘Woollim girl group’, and they will be making their debut sometime this year.

Super Junior's Kangin tapped to play the lead role in "Goong" musical

After completing his two year mandatory military training, Super Junior member Kangin is set to make his comeback through a musical. SM Entertainment revealed today that Kangin has been offered the lead role in "Goong" musical which will be staged in Japan. As of the moment, nothing has been set yet and SM Entertainment is still in discussions for Kangin's participation.

If Kangin does take the role for "Goong," he will play the role of Lee Shin in the musical which will start its production at the U-Port Hall in Tokyo on September 1st. He will be the third idol to play the role after TVXQ's Yunho and SS501's Kim Kyujong who participated in previous productions.

"Goong" is a musical adaptation of the popular comic book of the same title. The book was also adapted into a drama series which featured Yoon Eunhye and Joo Jihoon back in 2006.

Just an excuse for a Big Bang Post

Big Bang has proven their undying popularity once again by managing to crash an entire server in just 30 seconds of their concert tickets going up for sale!

On June 12th, YG Entertainment revealed that tickets for the group’s Jakarta concert in Indonesia received such an overwhelming amount of orders from fans on the 9th that they were sold out in the blink of an eye.

The online distributor for the tickets commented, “Every single ticket for Big Bang’s first Indonesian concert has been completely sold out. Tickets were sold out on ticket.com in just 10 minutes, while on MyTicket 50,000 people overwhelmed the server within 30 seconds of the tickets opening up for pre-sale and caused the servers to crash.”

Fortunately, the servers were able to be back up the same day, and tickets were promptly sold out less than an hour later.

Representatives of YG expressed, “Big Bang has shown their power as a leader of K-Pop by being able to pull off such a feat despite not having any special promotions in the country.”

RaNia’s agency responds to inquiries about Joy’s absence

For a while now, fans have noticed the absence of RaNia‘s Joy. With many inquiring about her missing presence, the group’s agency has decided to formally speak up about the issue.

Having beat out 3,000 others in Thailand to become a member of RaNia, Joy debuted with the group last year in April. However, starting around November of last year with the group’s promotions for “Pop Pop Pop”, she has been missing in action. Her name is also missing from the group’s member list on portal sites.

RaNia’s agency revealed, “Due to the major flood that occurred at the time in Thailand, Joy’s family has experienced much suffering with their house submerging and some of the family members getting injured. Joy is currently with her family in Thailand and will not be able to participate in the upcoming promotion.” Thus, the new album, which is reported to have already been completed, was recorded without Joy.

However, fans should not fear for the agency has clarified that Joy’s withdraw from the group is not an official one. “She has revealed her intentions of participating in the overseas promotions that she is able to attend… After the flood recovery and her family once again finds peace and safety, we will be discussing her return to the team,” the agency commented.

U-KISS claims #1 spot on German Youtube’s Asian Music Chart, OP is proud of her country

Idol group U-KISS has seized the #1 spot on YouTube‘s Asian Music Chart in Germany.

U-KISS triumphed other artists by seizing the #1 spot on German YouTube’s Asian Music Chart with their title song “Dora Dora” from their sixth mini-album released this past April.

In second place was Big Bang‘s “Fantastic Baby“, followed by B.A.P‘s “Power“, and MBLAQ‘s “This Is War“.

Though the boys have already concluded promotions for “Dora Dora”, U-KISS drew much interest as the song is still proves to be explosively popular overseas.

U-KISS has released their special album ‘THE SPECIAL TO KISSME‘, and are promoting their new song “Believe“.

In related news, U-KISS will be embarking on a 9-city Japan Tour this July, and will also be performing at Japanese musical festival ‘a-nation‘ put on by major entertainment label AVEX.

Teaser Images and Track List Released for Jo Kwon’s Upcoming Solo Album

Big Hit Entertainment has just tweeted some brand new teaser images along with a track list of Jo Kwon‘s upcoming solo album!

The teaser images contain a mysterious and dark looking figure with the words, “Next, Dark Jo Kwon” printed next to it. The image is too blurry to make out exactly what it is but the black feathers and the black mask give out an eerie and chilling feeling.

The track list of Jo Kwon’s solo album was also released, revealing a total of 10 tracks. What’s especially eye-catching is track number 6 titled, “Wingardium Leviosa,” which is from the popular series, “Harry Potter.”

Jo Kwon’s solo album is expected to be released on June 25.
