A wild party goes on in a club in Seoul's Hongdae area, where foreigners hang out looking for Korean girls.

The hot topic of the week here in South Korea is without question the recent controversial news report issued by MBC and its scathing unprovoked attack on the foreign community here.

It has caused outrage amongst us Waeguks all across the country, depicting us as a group of diseased riddled criminals suffering from hypersexuality. The Social Network Sites such as Facebook have gone beserk over this story. One Facebook group in particular which was set up to take action against MBC less than a week ago, already has close to 7,000 members.

Soompi had previously reported that JYP Entertainment had lifted the “no dating rule” from the Wonder Girls. On the most recent episode of KBS2 “Entertainment Relay” that aired on June 9, Sohee expressed that she was truly happy about being released from the “no dating” rule.

As the reporter and the Wonder Girls enjoyed a late night meal, they talked about a variety of topics including potential unit pairings. Ye Eun chose Yubin because Yubin is “the most adult-like.” Yubin then chose Hyerim so they could form a rap duo.

The reporter than suddenly asked how the members felt now that they were released from the “no dating” rule. All the members said enthusiastically that they wanted to date, but the reporter noticed Sohee’s lack of expression and asked, “Sohee must not be too happy about it.”

Sohee then answered,”That’t not true. This is my extremely desperate face,” and brought laughter to the scene.

Two official stills have been released from Channel A's new drama, "Miss Panda and Hedgehog" of Lee Donghae. The images shows Donghae in his character's patissier uniform.

The Channel A rom-com is about "a patissier named Ko Seung-ji (Lee Dong-hae) who has been an orphan since young and always has his guard on like a porcupine until he meets the peaceful and easygoing Pan Da-yang (Yoon Seung Ah), owner of ‘Cafe Panda’."

Panda and Hedgehog is slated to have a July premiere.

Super Junior’s Donghae is currently attracting many people’s attention by changing into a genius patissier on Channel A’s new drama series Panda and Hedgehog.

Panda and Hedgehog is a love story between a hedgehog-like picky man named Go Seung Ji (played by Donghae) and a panda-like bakery owner (played by Yoon Seung Ah).

In a white patissier uniform which fits him perfectly, Donghae has changed into a cute patissier who makes sweet cake unlike his ruthless personality. His handsome face is especially increasing many people’s expectations on the series.

A spokesperson for the production company of Panda and Hedgehog says, "Donghae loves his character so much that he actually showed his talent in baking. We assure you that you can look forward to Donghae’s acting as a genius patissier."

We Got Married’s ‘Ant Couple’ reunites for the first time in 3 years at Crown J’s showcase

The ‘Ant Couple‘ from season one of MBC’s hit variety show, ‘We Got Married‘, has reunited for the first time in three years and five months!

On June 10th, Crown J held his comeback showcase at the Phantom Club in Shinsa-dong. Singer Seo In Young made a special visit and showed that she didn’t care what others thought by confidently showing her support for her former virtual husband.

She made a stop at his waiting room before he headed up on stage to give him some encouraging words and stayed behind after the showcase was over, talking with Crown J and mingling with other guests.

Crown J proved that his hiatus away from the music scene made no difference to his passion for his craft, performing new songs that he’ll be releasing starting this month.

One female fan excitedly commented, “He’s the return of traditional hip-hop. I was really happy to be able to listen to his songs today. I could feel his passion after overcoming obstacles. He showed that he hasn’t died out yet.”

Crown J expressed, “I know that there are people out there that view me a certain way, but I fortunately also had people that missed my music, which was a great source of strength for me. I’ll return the favor by starting right back from the bottom up. The only path for me is music.”

2NE1 to attend red carpet event for Korean premiere of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’

2NE1 will be meeting with the cast and crew of the upcoming movie, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘.

On June 11th, Sony Pictures Walt Disney Studios Korea announced, “On the 14th, 2NE1 will be walking the red carpet at the world premiere event of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ in Korea. They will be meeting with Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, and Director Marc Webb.”

To be held at the Lotte Mall Kimpo Airport Store, 2NE1 will arrive at the red carpet to greet fans starting at 6:30 p.m. before meeting the cast for a special time.

The girls expressed, “We’ve always been fans of the movie to the point where we’ve watched every movie in the franchise so far. It’s an honor to be able to meet the team of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ considering that the movie’s about one of the most beloved superheros in the world.”

A press conference will be held following the red carpet event on the 14th, and the movie will be released in Korean theaters on June 28th.

The cast is reportedly looking forward to meeting the girls.
