G.Na best known as "the girl with big boobs" got hacked

On August 1st, fans were surprised to see that G.NA’s official Twitter account was hacked by a spam bot.
In the early morning, a spam tweet was posted on her Twitter with instructions on how to make $470 USD.  Since G.NA was preparing for her comeback in the practice room, she didn’t discover what happened until much later. She quickly tweeted, “I was hacked. No!”
Cube Entertainment said, “It seems her account was either hacked or her password was leaked. Twitter is a form of communication between singers and their fans, so this issue has taken us by surprise.”

Now that her Twitter seems more secure, G.NA can refocus on her comeback, scheduled for next month.

Rapper Defconn will be making a comeback with the help of Girl’s Day’s Minah!

On August 2nd, Defconn’s representatives revealed that he’ll be making a comeback on the 4th with his title track, “The Way Rappers Break Up Part 2“. Thanks to Minah’s strong vocals, the track is said to be a lot more powerful and addictive compared to ‘Part 1′.

A representative said, “Thanks to Minah’s singing, she helped complete a perfect harmony. Even before recording began, she showed much affection towards the song. The combination between Defconn’s speedy rapping and Minah’s sorrowful vocals is one to definitely anticipate.”

Untouchable leave for military duty

On August 2nd, hip hop duo Untouchable enlisted in the army together as active-duty soldiers.

TS Entertainment bid their rappers goodbye and shared a photo from the event, as pictured above. Members Sleepy and D-Action were born in 1984 and 1985 respectively, and voluntarily submitted stepped into the enlistment office last June.

The two will be going through five weeks of basic training in Uijungbu before being dispatched to a unit in Kyungki-do for 21 months of service.

A representative of TS Entertainment said, “They were quite shy standing in front of the camera with their shaved heads, but they were also very glad to be able to enlist together. They thanked everyone for giving them their love, and promised to work for their nation.”

On August 2nd, T-ara released “Roly Poly in Copacabana” and plans to release the song’s music video on August 3rd.

“Roly Poly in Copacabana” was named after a popular disco club from the ’80s. This remake of ”Roly Poly” is better fit for a summer vacation.

A representative stated,

“‘Roly Poly in Copacabana’ was scheduled to be released at 9 PM but due to fans’ requests and the fact that we delayed the release of the previous music video’s part 2, we decided to release the song in advance.

The ‘Roly Poly in Copacabana’ music video is taking some time because it was filmed separately and is being edited to meet the standard of perfection.“
 

The new music video was filmed in a way to remind 40-50 year olds of their memorable school days and the memories of their vacations. In the concept photos, the girls are found wearing school uniforms and red sweats. It has been said that much effort was put into the making of the song in order to revive the music style of the time and the instruments that they used.

T-ara will begin promotions for “Roly Poly in Copacabana” on music programs this week.

I'm into K-Pop mainly for the music. Meaning if I think the songs sucked, I'm not going to like it, even if the songs are from my favourite singers. However, I enjoyed Super Junior's 5th album. Unfortunately, most of my K-Pop friends (who are not ELFs, btw) were disappointed with it. And that's sad because I really think SJ's 5th album is really good.... (minus 2 or 3 songs).

After months of filming for her most recent drama “Miss Ripley,” Lee Da Hae decided to take a well-deserved vacation in Los Angeles, California.

She updated her Twitter today with, “I’ve just arrived in LA. I’ll return after resting up well.”

She also uploaded a picture of herself sitting in the airplane. In it, she looks very pretty albeit a bit tired, although she tries to hide it with a small smile.

B2ST’s fans around the world are outraged by a recent controversy brought up by a Japanese band.

The usual detective work by netizens led to the discovery of a Japanese band named  U.I.C (UGLY in CLARITY) and suspicions arose that the band plagiarized B2ST’s debut track, ‘Bad Girl‘, after listening to one of their songs titled ‘NAKED SUN‘.

Being the first track of U.I.C’s first album ‘ADDICTRO‘, which was released eight months after B2ST, ‘NAKED SUN’ seems to have the same beat and also a rap part that almost synchronizes with ‘Bad Girl’. The overall feel of the song has a strong resemblance as well.

Outraged fans have been notifying CUBE Entertainment, which lead to the company stating, “We heard of the suspected plagiarism from fans. We didn’t have the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the song yet, however, we will be making a thorough review to see if there’s possible plagiarism.”

Rookie group B1A4 are getting netizen's attention by uploading a horrific picture.

On July31, CNU has posted a scary picture on his twitter.

He twitted "Today is a happy day! Oh! happy Day!" with this picture. The picture seemed like a family photo.

But ironically to his tweet, their face was expressionless in the picture. It reminded the netizen's a korean horror movie 'A Tale of Two Sisters' and maknae Gongchan looked like Toshio from the 'Grudge'.

The fans are showing a lot of love to this parody photo. The fans said "I think CNU oppa is very strange. His tweet and the picture is very ironic " " Gongchan's facial expression is very scary" "are they trying to shoot a horror movie? It is very realistic!" fans seemed like they enjoyed the picture very much.

After ending promotions with 'Only Learned Bad Things', B1A4 is in the process of their preparing for their comeback.

Veteran singer Yoon Jong Shin recently revealed his affections for junior group Super Junior, who just unleashed their fifth album, “Mr. Simple“.

Yoon Jong Shin presented the boys with the song “Good Friends” for their new album, marking his second collaborative work with the idol group.

He previously wrote ”Disco Drive” for their second album. Despite the years between the two works, Super Junior remains the only idol group he has worked with thus far.

On his Twitter, he wrote, “They’ve improved so much since four years ago; it was nice the entire time I was working with them. They’re the only idol group I’ve ever given my songs to, so I feel that much more affectionate with them.”

The song is also meaningful in that the lyrics illustrate the years of friendship between the members themselves. A part of the lyrics state, “We were so young then, sometimes we’d put on a front. We’d get angry, our faces became red, at times we almost gave it all up. We never let go of each other’s hands, though. I was so thankful then.”

B1A4 Names Their Fanclub "Bana"

Rookie group B1A4 debuted back in April with their first mini-album "Let's Fly", produced by Lee Sangho and composed by Im Sanghyuk. Their playful and upbeat charisma was revealed through the MV of their title track "O.K." Last month, they revealed their MV for "Only Learned the Bad Things" and began promoting the song on various music shows.

B1A4 celebrated their 100th day on July 31. Fans around the world did their part to show their support for the rookie group, trending LetsFlyB1A4 on Twitter.

To commemorate the occasion, B1A4's leader Jinyoung posted on the group's fancafe: "In conjunction with our 100th day, I come with a sur~prise present!!" He then proceeded to reveal that the boys had come up with a name for their fans. His explanation went as follows: "BANA" refers to "BA (Us, B1A4) NA (Our fans!)", and put together it means "we have fallen for each other (BANADA)!" Jinyoung then expressed that all of the members of B1A4 are very happy about the cute name choice, asking fans if they like the name as well: "So from now, can I call everyone BANA~~???"

Korea ignites fiery controversy by banning Japanese lawmakers from entering the country

South Korea denied three Japanese lawmakers Monday who were planning to visit South Korea.
The three politicians were stopped upon arrival at Seoul's Gimpo International Airport, held at the airport, and forced to return to Japan later in the day.

Yoshitaka Shindo, Tomomi Inada and Masahisa Sato of the Liberal Democratic Party departed from Tokyo's Haneda airport in the morning but finally gave up on entering South Korea in the evening after the Japanese government asked South Korea in vain to reconsider the rejection, Shindo told Japanese reporters accompanying them.

South Korean officials told the three that their visit could "trigger actions that would threaten public safety" and sought their swift return to Japan.

ZE:A’s Kwanghee donated the award he received during the recording of a program to the Child Care Center.

On the July 31st broadcast of MBC’s show “Minute to win it” Kwanghee successed in completing 8 challenges and won 7,000,000 won (approx. $6700).

Kwanghee attracted viewers’ attention, revealing his goal before the challenge: “If I receive an award, I’d like to donate it to the Child Care Center I went to volunteer once with the members.”

In order to win for the children, showing more serious image of himself, Kwanghee surprised everyone by succesfully completing such challenges as “Throwing a cowboy’s lasso”, “Building a tower”.

ZE:A’s Minwoo, who was Kwanghee’s assistant on the show, gained attention by showcasing his unique dancing skills, as well as participating in 5th challenge “Catch the dropping ball”.

Unfortunately, after winning the challenge in which Kwanghee had to move a table tennis ball from one cup with water to another with his mouth only, he lost in the challenge of making a tower from nuts without using his hands. He received an award of 700,000 won.

According to their agency Star Empire, ZE:A went to give toys, school supplies and rice donated by the fans to the Child Care Center located in Suwon. As expected, Kwanghee passed his award to this place.

Star Empire’s representative has revealed: “Kwanghee was very happy, being able to help a little those kids. He said that rather than putting such signifance in the money, he’ll try even harder to become an actual help (for them) also in the future.”

When the ladies of miss A stopped by radio program Jeong Sun Hee’s ‘A Night Like Tonight’, they were shocked to learn that fellow girl group SNSD only consumed 900 calories per day. It led them to candidly reveal their own special ‘diet plan’.

The girls were asked by the host about which unique diet plan they were following. miss A admitted that they had no real “diet”, and that they even ate traditional korean food for dinner that night- every last delicious calorie.

Jeong Sun Hee informed them that SNSD only consumed 900 calories a day, and remarked that the girls of miss A were different from other girl groups, who are obsessed with maintaining a slim figure. Min replied to Jeong Sun Hee with, “900 calories a day? Not 900 calories per meal?”, chuckling at her own joke.

miss A later went on to add that they “enjoy eating red meat on a regular basis,” and that their “powerful dance moves are fueled by Bulgogi!”

The ladies of 2NE1 are now famous in the K-Pop industry for their confident style, but they still managed to turn quite a few heads when they came out with “Ugly“.

In their interview with OSEN, the girls were asked if they ever felt ‘ugly’ like in their lyrics. Fans were surprised to read Dara’s answer, who laughed, “Yes, when I’m wearing a feminine style. I’m always dressed like a man on stage, so I feel a loss of confidence when I’m wearing more feminine styles.”

Bom replied, “I don’t specially feel ugly or anything, but I don’t have confidence when I get my song wrong.“ Minzy said, “I feel that way when I’m trying to improve and advance, but when it’s not going out the way I want it to.”

CL said, “I don’t feel especially ugly, but I do get into a slump sometimes. Like the lyrics of ‘Ugly’ state, I do feel lonely at times.”

In reverse, the girls were then asked for the time where felt that they were amazing. Bom said, “When I’m singing. I love singing and I’m the most confident in it.“ Dara agreed, “It’s easy for me to feel confident when I’m on stage. The shouts of our fans thrill me and I truly feel like I’m the best for the three minutes I’m on stage.”

Minzy expressed, “When I’m dancing to my solo part”, while CL said, “If I don’t feel confident on stage, then the people that are watching and listening to us won’t feel it either. I have to be the best on stage so that the audience feels the same way. I go up on stage thinking that I’m going to be the best.”
