Battle Taehwa Solo

It was back in July that Battle's management announced that member Taehwa would go solo -well it seems like they finally finished recording.
The website Liveworks Company now links to a Zin Taehwa Official Site! Why the J changed to Z is a complete mystery, since no news are out as of now. That's right, you're hearing it first, Omona! The album will be released on October 6th.

"Herbivore" or "Cho Shik Nam" (초식남) is a fairly new term in Korea. Herbivore is a slang term that comes from a new phenomenon in Japan that refers to men who do not show off their masculinity. They're passive about sex and relationships because they're too busy and aggressive when it comes to their own hobbies, interests, which are often considered "childish." They're "rebels," don't have money-driven careers and don't really care about pursuing women. Want an example? G-Dragon, who has been quite busy lately with his solo album HEARTBREAKER, is often referred to as a herbivore. Now, what does he think of the term?

FT Island Members Were Isolated In Philippines Due To Storm, Communication Cut Off

Idol band, FT Island, was isolated in the Philippines due to a storm.

FT Island left for Cebu, Philippines on 25th September for the filming of their new music video. On their way there, they met with a massive storm and were isolated in a critical situation.

On the following day after FT Island arrived in the Philippines, storm “Ketsana” slammed the Philippines and it was reported that as on 27th September, 72 people had either gone missing or dead and recorded a total of 250,000 victims. It was said to be the worst storm to hit the country in 40 years.

FT Island’s management company, F&C Music, tried contacting FT Island and their staff who are in Philippines to check on their safety but their local lines were unreachable.

The storm caused communication system to be cut off. Their management company got worried and impatient for the past two days trying to get in touch with them. Luckily, both sides managed to get in contact with each other late on 27th. Upon knowing that they are safe, their management heaved a sigh of relief.

Fortunately, it was also known that the area where FT Island is staying is not greatly affected by the storm.

Schedule for the filming of their music video was slightly delayed. They had plans for filming on aircrafts but it was aborted. It was originally planned to be a 4 days 3 nights filming but they had to rush the filming within 2 days through the night due to the storm. They plan to return on 28th after the filming.

On the other hand, FT Island’s vocal Lee Hongki is filming for SBS Wed-Thu drama “You’re Beautiful“.

After School UEE, KARA Han SeungYeon, Brown Eyed Girls GaIn and 4Minute HyunA will come together as one girlgroup performing on stage.

There has been some rumours going around netizens about the ace members from various girlgroups coming together as one special project.

A netizen has uploaded photos of UEE, Han SeungYeon, GaIn, HyunA at an undisclosed place in Seoul for a photoshoot online recently and the rumour started from there. Especially since the members are the core members from their own groups, it has attracted more attention from the netizens.

With that a corresponding staff revealed on 28th September, “There are plans for UEE, Han SeungYeon, GaIn and HyunA to come together as a project group promoting this October.”

With only the members to this project group revealed, netizens are curious for more information like MV filming and album releases.

Battle's Tae-hwa to debut as a solo artist, "look forward to a shocking change" with his power dance

Boy band Battle's main vocalist Jin Tae-hwa has completely changed for his solo debut.

Tae-hwa's new album "Fallen Angel" will be released on October 6th and he is preparing to be the best male solo artist of the second half of the year.

Jin Tae-hwa's anticipated digital single album was produced by Wanted's Kim Jae Suk, who is not only a great vocalist but also a acclaimed producer. The album will have the dance song "Fallen Angel (타락천사)", the soft R&B song "With U, and two other recorded songs.

With this album, Jin Tae-hwa will showcase his true character with his strong, powerful dance and his charismatic vocals.

The title track "Fallen Angel" will utilize a sweet melody as the hook and will exclude electronic arrangements. The classic dance track will show Jin Tae-hwa's charming vocals, D.BASE member JED's powerful rapping, and the great producer Kim Jae Suk's skills.

On the 28th, Jin Tae-Hwa's official homepage (http://www.lworks.co.kr/taehwa) released a teaser video, which the fans responded to immediately. He is expected to show a strong performance this year as a male solo debut artist and his album is very anticipated.

The soft R&B track will give another feeling and receive much love with its comfortable melody and Tae-hwa's sweet voice.

"I'd like to really show everyone another side of me through this album. Although I'm really nervous about performing alone after getting so used to group promotions, I work my hardest thinking about the fans who have been waiting and cheering me on this whole time," said Tae-Hwa about his solo debut.

This is their concert in Japan, it's just that they titled it as a "Premium Live". It aired on TBS channel in Japan today.

I think I half-died compiling all these, but this is just awesome. The performances and the lighting, and camera angles are all perfect.

Their live, after so many criticisms about it since their debut, was awesome now too. ♥

Comedienne Cho Hae-ryun has a plan: by March 2013 she wants to be a fixture on the Oprah Winfrey show, eliciting gales of laughter from the audience each time she comes on. Cho is studying English with a personal tutor as if her life depended on it to expand her sphere of activity to the United States. Ivy to Make Comeback in October

K-pop singer Ivy will make a comeback in late October.

Ivy plans to launch a Web site (www.ivynus.co.kr) Tuesday that shows unpublicized video images and photos of her taken during the making of her third album, which is being engineered for the next 30 days.

The Web site will also feature videos of Ivy's rehearsals before the unveiling of her second album in 2007.
