Online petition on the presidential office website calls for abolishment of the entertainment media outlet Dispatch.

The Korean online entertainment media outlet Dispatch is under fire after it revealed the personal information of a celebrity’s husband who is not a public figure. As of Monday, more than 200,000 people in an online petition on the presidential office’s website have called for its abolishment.

The petition was first filed on June 26, but after an exclusive report from Dispatch was released on July 10 revealing detailed personal information about Korean actress Choi Ji-woo’s husband, the number of supporters quickly rocketed to reach 201,739 as of Monday afternoon.

On March 29, her agency YG Entertainment released an official statement to announce that the actress got married earlier this afternoon. Her husband is a non-celebrity, and they dated for approximately a year.

The Most Beautiful Goodbye in the World is about a family that has slowly drifted apart coming back together after finding out that their mother and wife, played by Won Mi-kyung, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

The first teaser shows Won Mi-kyung taking care of her ungrateful family members in turn, like waking up a hungover Minho, preparing a breakfast that daughter Choi Ji-woo refuses, and feeding her mother-in-law Kim Young-ok, who suffers from dementia. She takes it all in stride, as mothers do, but the whole family is in for a shock when they hear that she has late-stage cancer, especially her doctor husband Yoo Dong-geun.

Choi Ji Woo and SHINee member Minho have joined the cast of tvN’s upcoming Saturday-Sunday drama titled “The World’s Most Beautiful Goodbye” (literal title).

The four-episode drama is a remake of one of screenwriter Noh Hee Kyung’s most famous masterpieces. “The World’s Most Beautiful Goodbye” is a story about a wife who sacrificed all of her life for her family gets diagnosed with cancer one day, and prepares to bid farewell to her family.

Choi Ji Woo says she is having a good time acting and is in no rush to get married. At 41 she has mixed feelings about the idea of marriage.

"I don't want to rush or be forced into it," she said in a recent interview with the Korean Yonhap News Agency. "It would be a pity to live my life in a rush when everything else is going so well."

Lee Byung Hun and Lee Min Jung are married!

The couple walked down the aisle into holy matrimony at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul on the 10th at 6 PM KST. Actor Shin Young Gyun officiated the ceremony, while actor Lee Bum Soo and MC Shin Dong Yup hosted the reception. Park Jung Hyun (Lena Park), Kim Bum Soo-Park Sun Joo, and Dynamic Duo sang the congratulatory songs. Lee Min Jung's non-celebrity friend also caught the bouquet.

During the press conference prior to their wedding, Lee Byung Hun shared, "We will live productively with the ultimate goal of happiness. It is the start of half of the 2nd half of my life, so I hope that there will be day-to-day happiness along the way. As I worked hard thus far as an actor, I will continue to fight to become a good actor and work hard."

Lee Min Jung shared, "Starting this morning, I was surprised that there was rain accompanied by thunder and lightning, but there is a saying that if rain pours on your wedding, that the couple will live happily ever after. Even thunder and lightning came as well so we will really try to live well."

The couple will be whisked off to their honeymoon at the Maldives on the 12th and start their new home at Lee Byung Hun's house in Gwangju, Gyeonggido.

More than 150 stars went to watch the concert of Korea’s international star, Psy!

On April 13th, Psy’s solo concert ‘HAPPENING’ was held at World Cup stadium in Sangam-dong, Seoul. In addition to the 50,000 screaming fans, several celebrities also attended the concert to show their support for the world star.

Stars including world star Lee Byung Hun, Kim Soo Hyun, Song Joong Ki, Yoo In Na, Choi Ji Woo, Lee Yo Won, Kim Gang Woo, Kim Seong Soo, Lim Soo Jeong, and more went to the concert hall to watch Psy’s concert. Ga In, who appeared on the music video of new song “Gentleman”, enjoyed the stage as well.

KARA’s Goo Hara and Nicole also attended the concert and they provided a proof-shot through Goo Hara’s Twitter saying, “Everybody became one at Psy's concert~ I don’t know if those who did not come would feel it~”

Meanwhile, Psy revealed his new single “Gentleman” in 119 countries on April 12th and as it was unveiled, it dominated the whole music charts in Korea. The music video of the song was also revealed on April 13th 9 pm, and it is already writing a record in YouTube.
