Upcoming MBC weekend drama “The Queen’s Flower” has released ethereal posters prior to its premiere.

The posters released on March 9 hold allusions to various themes of the upcoming drama.

In the main poster, the two leads of the drama, Kim Sung Ryung and Lee Sung Kyung, are half emerged in milky water while holding onto each other, dressed in flowing dresses. TV Daily recently reported that according to DSP Media on March 11, as announced through Rainbow‘s fan café, Rainbow is wrapping up their “Black Swan” promotions after just two weeks.

“With last week’s music show, [Rainbow’s] ‘Black Swan’ promotions have come to an end. Many thanks to all the fans who supported Rainbow’s third mini album, and we’ll work hard to return new and improved. Thank you,” said the agency.

While it was Rainbow’s first comeback in a year and eight months, the song, following its release last month on February 23, was unable to maintain a spot in the top 100 and failed to garner significant interest, resulting in the early termination of promotions.

A report was released on March 12 that actor and singer Kim Hyun Joong is to enter military in three weeks.

In the report, an acquaintance told the interviewer, “Kim Hyun Joong was planning to enter military this year. After finishing up with everything on his schedule, he decided to enter the military on March 31.”

After the report was released, his agency denied that Kim Hyun Joong’s military entrance date is set in stone, and said, “He did receive a draft notice, but because of the situation he’s in, he is also considering to delay the date. We haven’t talked about it with him yet.”

The agency also added, “Because of his current situation, we are planning to not announce the [date], whether it gets postponed or not. [He] wants to go as quietly as he can.”

Meanwhile, many other celebrities are also entering military on March, including Kim Jae Joong, Choi Jin Hyuk, Sungmin, and Shindong.

Just two months after releasing their hit mini-album Davichi Hug, the duo is already preparing for another album release and comeback.

Officials from Davichi‘s agency revealed on March 12th that they are aiming to return by the end of March, further adding that they have recently completed shooting their music video in Hong Kong.

Following very short promotions of Davichi Hug with their title track “Cry Again,” Davichi took a short break to recharge and were back to work to prepare a new album. In their last comeback, Davichi not only topped the charts with their new songs, but also finally opened and revealed their official fanclub, DAVICHI CHORD.

Clothing brand SPAO officially announces EXO and AOA as their latest brand ambassadors and released exclusive stills of their latest campaign.

On March 9th, E-Land, SPAO’s parent company, revealed that EXO and AOA were chosen as brand models as the two idol groups will be bale to showcase the brand’s latest look, matching the face of the brand.

EXO will only be promoting the brand in South Korea alongside AOA’s Jimin, Yuna, Chanmi, HyeJeong and Mina, while all AOA members, along with Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk, Donghae and Leeteuk, who will be promoting the brand in China and Hong Kong.

Minah to hold a solo showcase in Myeongdong at the Seoul Arts Center on March 16. The streets of Myeongdong and Hongdae hold a special memory to Minah and Girl’s Day who did street performances and flash mobs prior to debuting. In a series of videos leading up to their debut, Dream Tea released footage of Minah performing Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable” in Hongdae. She bravely sang to a crowd on the street, she was all smiles trying to showcase her vocal ability. Minah wants to recreate those memories in Myeongdong and Hongdae, she will return to those areas to debut her solo track “I Am a Woman Too”.
