Lee Min-ki does have a certain loose-cannon intensity to him that makes me think he’ll be a fabulous creep in the upcoming movie Monster, where he plays a murderer. Just look at that stare. Shivers.

The movie centers around a girl, Bok-soon, whose little sister is killed by cruel and heartless Tae-soo. Bok-soon takes up a revenge mission against the criminal and starts stalking him, in this revenge thriller. Interesting way to turn the situation around and make this a cat-mouse-cat chase.

According to multiple insiders, Baek Ji Young is entering her 4th month into pregnancy and is expected to give birth this Fall.

A source revealed, “The bride-to-be, Baek Ji Young, is currently in her early stage of pregnancy and is paying careful attention to her health. She is currently taking secret visits to the hospital.”

Those close to the singer also stated, “Baek Ji Young is currently featuring in the cable channel Mnet‘s ‘Voice Korea 2‘ as a coach and is preparing to enter into the live broadcast round, while Jung Suk Won is busy filming his movie ‘N.L.L.-Battle of Yeonpyeong‘, leaving them unable to have a honeymoon right after the wedding. Because Baek Ji Young is currently in her early pregnancy stage, she is unable to make long-distance trips anyway, so in addition to their scheduling conflicts, they’ve accepted that skipping their honeymoon is part of their fate.”

Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won announced their upcoming marriage in June last month and previously denied being pregnant. However, they’re now said to be expecting their first child this Fall.

A rep at the singer’s agency told one media outlet over the phone, “Baek Ji Young is pregnant. The couple and their families were both elated when they heard.”

Hyosung‘s misuse of the word ‘democratization’ has been receiving criticism.

On May 14, the SECRET members were guests on SBS Power FM‘s ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time‘ and on the show, Hyosung stated, “Our team respects each other’s individuality so our group doesn’t utilize democratization.”

The word ‘democratization’ is used to indicate when a country or society transitions from an authoritarian regime to a democracy. However, Hyosung seems to have misunderstood what the word meant and misused the phrase.

LUNAFLY Dreams of World Tour: "We Want to Be Known Around the World"

LUNAFLY met with press in Singapore and talks about music, girl groups and family.

On 10th May, taking place at take Restaurant in Studio M Hotel, LUNAFLY members, Sam, Teo and Yun greeted the Singaporean media for their first ever visit to the sunny island. Sam said, "We were surprised to see that many fans came to the airport to see us" and thanked the fans for a very warm welcome. They then proceeded to talk about their first full album, Fly to Love, which was released in early April. Yun said, "Since our first two single albums used more acoustics sounds, we wanted to change it up by experimenting and we wanted to go for more upbeat sounds for this album." Sam also added, "We always make sure that we do two versions of every songs that we wrote," as he felt that it is very important to do that to be internationally recognized. He also mentioned that they always wrote the English version of the songs first before the Korean version.

SNSD Postpones Release of Seventh Japanese Single, ‘LOVE&GIRLS’, to June 19th

The release date of Girls’ Generation’s new Japanese single, “LOVE&GIRLS”, has been postponed from May 29th to June 19th. The music video that is to be included in the limited edition of the new single has also been changed from “Beep Beep” to “LOVE&GIRLS”. The music video will be filled with new experimental things, which is the reason for the delay of the single.

Girls’ Generation’s Japanese fansite has revealed the release of a new single in Japan entitled “LOVE&GIRLS”. The single will come in two versions, a limited edition for 1,890 yen and a regular edition for 1,260 yen. Both versions will contain two tracks, “LOVE&GIRLS” and “Lingua Franca”, while the limited edition will also come with a DVD containing the “Beep Beep” music video.

For the first time in really long while, I met my hometown friend, senior, and colleague, Taeng^^.
