I have finally found a theater that plays The Hobbit in English without the 3D! It starts really late though and I have school in the morning. But I refuse to see it in French and the 3D kills me.
By the time this is approved or rejected I will be waiting for the movie to start XD

Despite the record-shattering success of "Gangnam Style", the most fascinating pop phenomenon of the year sputtered in its attempt to dazzle the U.S.

One year ago, Y.G. Entertainment, now South Korea's most successful incubator and purveyor of pop music, celebrated its 15th birthday with three "Family Concerts" in three nights at the Olympic Gymnastic Arena in southeastern Seoul; the four-hour blowouts showcased the company’s top artists since its founding in 1996. Outside, in the cold December air, fans posed in front of the Y.G. official portrait, a blown-up, black-and-white, relatively demure press photo that arranged the agency's many younger stars — Bigbang, 2NE1, Se7en, Tablo — side-by-side with founder Yang Hyun-suk. But in the very back, almost as if he was hiding, stood an industry veteran who'd just joined the fold.

Composer and co-founder of Nega Networks (housing Brown Eyed Girls & Lunafly), Yoon Il Sang showed that he is a devoted husband.

On December 12, his conversation with comedian Lee Byung Jin on twitter was picked up by the Korean press where he revealed to be a devoted husband.

Lee Byung Jin and Yoon Il Sang were in the middle of talking about their mutual hobby photography) when the former said, “I’m sorry that I’ve been taking pictures of only my wife. Sorry,” and Yoon Il sang responded, “Our wives are our best models.”

Comedian Lee Byung Jin further shared, “There needs to be more husbands like us. Husbands who love their wives. This is supposed to be normal. Those people recognize others who think the same way. Like us.” Yoon Il Sang shared, “That’s right. The media in our country tries to find humor by implying that they don’t like their wives- that they put down their wives. That’s sad.”

Meanwhile, Yoon Il Sang married his wife on May 26, 2010 and has revealed on a variety program before that his wife “made him give up his single life.”

THIS so much. Add "making fun of fat people" to the list of things Koreans (and people in general) need to stop making comedy out of.

Edit: Typo in the title, sorry mods!

“Stop watching my movie.”

This is what Song Joong Ki, the male lead of “A Werewolf Boy” tells his fans when he goes to give his stage greetings. Each time Song Joong Ki stood on stage before the movie started, he would say, “Stop watching my movie,” which perplexed the crowd. But finally, he opened up and shared his reasons.

Song Joong Ki shared, “I had a few conversations with some female students in the audience while we were giving our stage greetings for the film. The students told me, ‘I watched your movie 16 times,’ and ‘I watched it 35 times.’ So I told them, ‘Why did you watch the same movie that many times? Isn’t 7,000 won (about $6.50) big money to students?’ And then I had no choice but to tell them to stop watching the film.”

“A Werewolf Boy” was released on October 31 and has surpassed the 6.5 millionth view and it seems like it is largely thanks to the many female students re-watching the film over and over again. It is common for fans to re-watch performances like musicals, plays and concerts since it is a live performance and may contain different bits and pieces each time. However, it isn’t very common for people to re-watch films in the movie theater. A special event survey showed that a 16-year-old student watched “A Werewolf Boy” more than 70 times in the theater.

A 17-year-old high school female student, who is a Song Joong Ki fan, commented, “After the drama, ‘Nice Guy‘ was over, I couldn’t see oppa anymore so that’s why I went to the theater,” and “I cry each time I watch the movie because of Chul Soo (Song Joong Ki’s character in the movie).”

It is clear that Song Joong Ki’s immense star power had a lot to do with the success of this movie. Song Joong Ki, along with his co-star Park Bo Young and director Jo Sung Hee went around to 105 different movie theaters to give their stage greetings. It is rare for a film cast to give more than 100 different stage greetings. The stage greeting happens before the film starts and the audience members are able to see the stars of the film right before their eyes.

The film staff posted up dates and locations for these stage greetings on their Facebook, Twitter and Internet fan cafes, which also led to many requests for stage greetings being made from different areas. Last month, when the CSATs were over, an influx of female high school students occurred at these stage greetings. Over 600,000 “likes” were made for photos of these stage greetings on the “A Werewolf Boy” official Facebook page.

Director Jo shared, “I don’t think I’ll forget that one passionate fan who showed me her scrapbook filled with still cuts from the film and movie ticket stubs.”

On December 13, Zinger tweeted, “After finally coming to my senses, I started reading some of the articles and replies. There are so many comments that a bit too much. I hope that you can rethink the situation and wonder if you would say the same comments if your family or loved ones were in the same position. In a time when my body is in pain, my heart is starting to hurt too.”

SECRET was involved in a serious accident on December 11 when their car slipped on icy roads. Zinger fractured her rib and all promotional activities were canceled for Secret. Despite the seriousness of the situation, it seems that some netizens found this a good opportunity to spread spite and negativity by leaving hurtful comments, ranging from "How come it′s only Zinger, who′s unpopular, who got hurt?" to "It′s a good thing it wasn′t Hyosung".

After hearing about what has happened, netizens cheered on the singer saying, “What were those people thinking?” “Don’t even worry about people you’ll probably never meet.” and “Zinger, cheer up and get better soon!”
