SHINee’s Jonghyun tries to seduce ‘S-Voice Hi Galaxy’ on his phone?

Jonghyun amused his fans by trying to seduce the voice assistant on his phone.

Jonghyun had previously tried to ask the automatic chat program ‘SimSimi‘ out on Confession Day, but had gotten rejected by the program. He tried yet again with his phone’s voice helper, ‘S-Voice Hi Galaxy‘, and got a similar rejection.

He posted a screenshot of the conversation with the tagline “Hi Galaxy… You’re a proud woman.. Someday soon, I will..!! kekeke“. The conversation between Jonghyun and Hi Galaxy started with Jonghyun confessing, “I love you“. Hi Galaxy replied, “I’m thankful for your feelings“, to with Jonghyun tried again by saying, “I love you” in a more formal tone. Hi Galaxy again rejected him and said, “You shouldn’t say that phrase so easily like that“. Jonghyun assured Hi Galaxy by confirming his feelings and saying, “I really love you“, but Hi Galaxy firmly refused him and said, “Sometimes, too much attention can be burdensome.”

Fans were amused by the conversation, and said, “Jonghyun, you really need to get a hobby!“, “I wouldn’t reject you..“, and “Jonghyun is the king of playing by himself“.

Lyn to undergo surgery to remove an abdominal cyst

Singer Lyn will be getting surgery to remove an abdominal cyst on the 17th.

On November 16th, Lyn tweeted, “(This is random) What’s it called. Since a few years ago, my stomach got bloated and I couldn’t wear stage outfits and I had a lot of stress. But I found out that I had a cyst that was 12 cm (approximately 4.7 in) large on my stomach. If you press hard, you can feel the round thing“. She continued, “So I’m getting surgery tomorrow. I’m going to be healthier and thinner. It’s a simple surgery, so you don’t have to worry. I’m tweeting to tell all of you to get a health check up. Especially women! Hehe. Anyway, bye, my loves. Good night!”

Fans sent her tweets of encouragement mixed with worry, wishing her a successful surgery and good health.

B1A4′s Gongchan assures fans his health is in good condition after surgery

In July, B1A4’s Gongchan had his kidney removed and recently he assured fans, “I am all better now. I am healthy.”

Gongchan met with a reporter on November 16th and said, “I just have to slightly monitor what I eat. I used to love spicy and salty foods, but I was told to eat food that wouldn’t make my digestive system react up so I am following orders well. I am now used to my adjusted diet so I am fine.”

On another note, B1A4 released their new track “Try to Walk” on November 12th and have been receiving much attention. Leader Jinyoung composed this song and this track has shifted their image from cute to mature. The members also revealed their ambitions for this song commenting, “We are going to work really hard with this song so we can rank first on a music program.”

Girls’ Generation to make a Korean comeback in January 2013

Girl’s Generation will be making a Korean comeback in January.

The girls had been originally scheduled for a comeback in late October. However, these plans were scrapped and they had to push back their comeback date.

This will be their first Korean comeback after a long 15 months since “The Boys” was released. The girls had no Korean promotions as a full group in 2012, so fans are looking forward for the January comeback.

Girls’ Generation has always garnered good results through a January comeback with hits such as “Gee” (2009) and “Oh!” (2010) both being released in January which attributed greatly to their incredible popularity. With the January comeback, they’re looking forward to another hit next year as well.

What kind of concept would you like to see for their Korean comeback?

Lee Min Ho Arrives in Manila; Meets Fans in Smart Araneta Coliseum

South Korean superstar Lee Min Ho arrived on Thursday, 1:10PM at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on board Asiana Airlines flight OZ701 from Seoul.

The 25-year-old star of the action drama “City Hunter” was greeted by hordes of screaming Filipino fans, many of whom had waited for him since 9AM. Lee was supposed to arrive at 11AM, and the two-hour delay only caused more fans to assemble at the arrival area.

The fans were heard howling and shouting when the actor disembarked from the airline tube. Airline employees rushed to take a closer look at Lee, who gamely posed for a souvenir photo before being whisked away to a waiting SUV.

The actor is in town for a series of promotional activities for fashion retailer Bench. He will interact with fans at a “Benchsetter Fun Meet” on Friday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Psy, the Korean rapper whose viral video sensation (the YouTube view count stands at 738 million and rising) spawned myriad copycat videos by everyone from the US navy to pupils at Eton, became the first Korean artist to gain household-name status outside K-pop's main hunting ground of Asia.

It now seems certain that he has blazed a trail. Girls' Generation , a nine-member Korean girl group who had racked up millions of sales throughout east Asia long before Psy made "air" horseriding socially acceptable, are poised to release their first album recorded entirely in English.

IU lost her title of the ‘nation’s little sister‘.

An online portal conducted a survey from November 13th to the 15th asking users to select who they thought deserved the title of ‘nation’s little sister’. Out of the 822 people that voted, IU received the second lowest amount of votes with 118, which was only 14.4%. In the same survey that had run a week prior, IU had received 27.7% of the votes and was ranked #1.

No Music, No Life - the latest song of Double K featuring Bobby Kim will be a theme song for MAMA 212.

Mnet's representative - the unit in charge of MAMA 2012, said, "Double K is a talented composer and rapper, he is the most suitable one to sing a theme song for this year's award. He will help to promote hip-hop music".

This year, Mnet Asian Music Award (MAMA) will be held in Hong Kong on November 30. Apart of annoucing the important awards, MAMA 2012 is also a big concert with a lot of wonderful performances following slogan "Music Makes One".
