Wheesung releases new single “Masterpiece of You”

Singer Wheesung who is currently serving in the army, is set to release a new single, “Masterpiece of You“.

The single will be featured on Producer Kim Do Hoon‘s project album, ‘DOKKUN Project Pt.1‘, and it has been revealed that Wheesung and Kim Do Hoon worked together to write the lyrics and composition for this romantic love song.

WA Entertainment confirmed, “This project album was planned several years ago, and the song recording was completed prior to Wheesung’s enlistment. But now that the opportunity has arrived, the song is ready to be released. We hope that this could be a little present to those fans who miss Wheesung.”

Kim Do Hoon has a history with Whessung since 2003. The two collaborated for Wheesung’s hit songs including “Real Slow“, “With Me“, “I’m Missing You“, “Good Bye Luv“, “Walk on Sky“, and “Heartsore Story“.

Nega Network‘s three-member group, LUNAFLY has released “How Nice Would It Be”.

LUNAFLY previously released their debut album ‘Super Hero‘ on iTunes worldwide back on September 6th. Members Teo, Sam, and Yun are now preparing for the release of their first domestic single album on September 27th.

It’s said that a whopping 150 million won (~$134,078 USD) was invested into their outfits, accessories, hair and makeup styling. This is a big investment for a rookie team who will only be debuting with a digital single without any broadcast activities.

EvoL releases freestyle dance clip of Say

Stardom Entertainment‘s newest group EvoL has released a freestyle dance clip of lead member Say.

The five-member group made their debut earlier this year with “We are a bit different“. Stardom Entertainment revealed that the members themselves participated in writing the lyrics and producing their album as well as the choreography for their songs. According to the agency, Say personally created the choreography for this freestyle dance as well.

With only a week left until the release of her 2nd solo album, Brown Eyed Girls‘ Ga In has introduced her next track with yet another teaser video.

This time, Ga In has revealed the teaser for the track “Gaze“, which was written, composed, and featured by singer / songwriter Yoon Jong Shin.

Ga In’s album is scheduled to drop on October 5th and the physical album will be available on October 9th.

Last month, the boys of B.A.P made a guest appearance on MBC‘s ’Weekly Idol‘ and danced to the songs of their fellow TS Entertainment labelmates SECRET.

Well, the ladies of SECRET made a guest appearance on the September 26th episode and the tables were turned when the beautiful ladies were asked to dance to B.A.P songs. They brought a lot of laughter with their hilarious and adorable dance moves.

Jessica Returns as Elle Woods in ‘Legally Blonde’

Jessica made her musical debut through the 2009 premiere of “Legally Blonde”. Her stable singing, similarity to her character, and ability to show off her acting skills are all reasons she will be returning as Elle Woods.

After showing her success as a musical actress through “Legally Blonde”, Jessica will once again star in the same musical. She is planning on showing a much more lovable and cute Elle Woods than in 2009.

The pink-filled, romantic, and comedic musical, “Legally Blonde”, will run from November 16th to March 17th. Jessica will be returning as the main female character, Elle Woods, sharing her role with Choi Woori and A Pink’s Jung Eunji. The musical will be held at the COEX Atrium Hyundai Art Hall in Samsung-dong. Ticket sales will open on October 9th at 2 PM KST.

Will Wonder Girls Take Over Billboard After Psy?

A few weeks ago, the Wonder Girls performed here in New York at the iHeartRadio Theater and I was one of the lucky people who were able to be a part of the audience. I couldn't believe that I was actually going to see my first K-Pop group live. It was a group, who I thought that I would only ever be able to see online. I was filled with an awesome feeling that every fan gets when they see a group or band that they love. But I think, for us international fans, that feeling is heightened. How we all practically spend a large amount of our time in front of our computer screens just to get a glimpse of these artists we admire and whom we think we'll never actually get to see in person, finally appears magically before your eyes.
