Big Bang is gearing up for the release of their Japanese ‘Alive’ on March 28th, but in the meantime they’ve unveiled the tracklist as well as previews for the upcoming album, featuring two new original songs!

‘Alive will be released in five different versions (A, B, C, D, and E), and will feature the Japanese versions of the Korean songs included on the Korean album, as well as two new songs “Ego” and “Feeling”. YGEX revealed the information on their website, and also included previews of the included songs.

CN Blue Will Release their New Album “Ear Fun” a Day Earlier

CN Blue’s third mini album “Ear Fun” was originally slated for a March 27 release but it will now be released on March 26. CN Blue will also release their third and fourth teasers on March 22 and March 23.

CN Blue released “Still in Love” earlier than the release of the album. “Still in Love” was written by Jung Yong Hwa. Also, CN Blue released a teaser of the title song “Hey You” and garnered a lot of attention.

A representative of FNC Entertainment stated, “CN Blue is preparing a lot for this album despite being very busy because of their foreign activities. Fans should anticipate the album much because this album has CN Blue’s unique color and different style of music.”

Sean and the rest of YG Entertainment pledge for the $10 Miracle

Jinusean's Sean has launched a new charitable campaign in the aid of children's rehabilitation hospital and has asked the help of fellow celebrities to donate to the project and support it.

Earlier today, Sean updated his Twitter account and revealed commemorative photos featuring fellow artists from YG Entertainment such as Jinu, Tablo, Big Bang, 2NE1, PSY, Gummy, and his wife Jung Hyeyoung.

The aim of the campaign is to encourage everyone to join and donate $10 a day for a year to help build the rehabilitation hospital for the disabled children. The budget for the hospital is $32 million dollars and if 10,000 people donate $10 a day, then the project will be materialized.

Following the loss of their father, JYJ’s Park Yoo Chun expressed his brotherly love and appreciation towards his younger brother, Park Yoo Hwan. On March 21, Yoo Chun tweeted, “To the person I love most in the world, Yoo Hwan. Let’s live an awesome life. "Photographer" T-ara Hyomin persuades Eunjung to accompany her on European trip

T-ara's singer and actress turned-photographer Hyomin will be accompanied by Eunjung for a European trip.

Hyomin will be going overseas into Italy, Switzerland and Austria for 9 days and 8 nights to film and become a photographer's assistant for Core Contents Media's upcoming girl group.

According to Hyomin's agency, "Hyomin had a fear of and was scared of being alone in a foreign country alone with all the camera and video equipment. She spent the past 10 hours persuading T-ara's Eunjung to accompany her on the European trip, and Eunjung eventually accepted in the end."

Hyomin and Eunjung will be following the schedule of the music video director Cha Euntaek, as well as participate with the stylists of the project for the same agency, Core Contents Media, and their rookie girl group's music video and photos.

Core Contents Media's rookie girl group consists of actresses Hwang Jihyun, Choi Sooeun, and Lee Haein as well as supermodel Kim Hyeji. The seven member group is ready to debut in May.

Ahn Jae-wook To Make Singing Comeback After 3 Years

Actor Ahn Jae-wook will be making his long-awaited comeback as his other role, a singer.

Ahn will be releasing his new mini-album, ending a three-year-long hiatus in singing. What will be his third mini-album, "At This Moment", will be released in Korea and Japan simultaneously on March 28th. The song "Best Friend" will be released a week earlier, on March 21st, as a pre-release treat.

"At This Moment" will contain four tracks in total: Best Friend, Me Who's Still Dreaming, That Guy, Though I Hate You, Though I Hate You". Song composer Yoo Hae-joon (who wrote "Thousand Year's Love") and Jeon Hae-seong (who wrote "That Man" from the "Secret Garden" drama soundtrack) participated on the album. Notable talented musicians like TRAX's Kim Jung-mo also featured on the songs.

Ahn took part in the producing of this album. The buzz is that the songs are inspired from Ahn's personal experiences, with the theme of friendship and love, and they ring deep with honest lyrics.

M.I.B set to make their comeback and release first single album in April

Jungle Entertainment has confirmed that hiphop group M.I.B will be making their comeback with the release of their new album next month. Making their debut in October last year with their full studio album "Most Incredible Busters," the group is set to release their first single album on April 5th.

An official also revealed that the album will include three different versions of their title track and as they have announced the release date to be on April 5, the date might still be changed depending on their schedule.

Aside from preparing for their comeback, all four members have been busy with other activities in the industry. Recently, it was reported that vocalist Kangnam made his acting debut in the tvN sitcom "21st Century Family." The group is also set to host Mnet's reality program "W Military School."

TVXQ makes history with 10 #1 singles on Oricon

After releasing their newest single, "STILL", on March 14th, it was revealed that it immediately topped the Oricon Daily Single Chart with 84,029 copies sold. After a week of sales, the single sold over 139,000 copies.

With their latest single in the #1 spot, TVXQ has now had 10 of their Japanese singles in the #1 spot. With this feat, the group became the first foreign artist, both group and solo, to have 10 #1 singles in Oricon rankings' 45 year history.

To date, TVXQ has released 34 Japanese singles with 26 of those in the Top 10. They are currently on their "TVXQ LIVE TOUR 2012 ~ TONE~". It was their first live tour in three years and has been able to mobilize around 250,000 people.

Hip-hop group MIB will soon be challenging the world of reality television for the first time in their lives.

MIB has been selected as main cast members for the upcoming premiere of Season 2 of Mnet‘s “W Academy” on March 21st, and this is going to be their first time since their debut that the members will have their personal names attached to their own reality program.

Deviating from the reality program format in which viewers can watch a star’s every movement, “W Academy” focuses on a concept in which its leading players, MIB, are enrolled into a world star training school called “W Academy,” where they will take rigorous courses for 8 weeks in order to be made into the newest driving force of the K-POP hallyu craze.

MIB are hip-hoppers to the core, but in this program, they will be placed out of their comfort zones and will face the challenges of mastering how to be an idol after gaining special admission to “W Academy.” Whereas the first season’s leads, Boyfriend, were quite popular for their boyish and fresh images, MIB has somewhat of a bad boy image, as may be standard for the hip-hop world, and are thus expected to present viewers with a refreshing shock.

Title of 4minute's comeback track revealed

The news regarding 4minute's comeback track spread like wildfire on the afternoon of March 21st. Korean fans posted preview pictures across Twitter, just giving fans glimpses of 4minute's pictorial and subsequent interview in the April issue of Vogue Girl. Though to the surprise of many, there within the preview text was a big revelation.

In the photo's second paragraph, it is clearly shown that the interview questioned 4minute on their new title song "Pump Up the Volume". Maknae Sohyun went on to describe the song in response as, "So fancy! Because the atmosphere of the song gives us that kind of feeling, but that feeling is so good." Jihyun and Hyunah further went on to say that listeners will have to really experience the song as 4minute has grown and changed even their singing style just for this hot new track!

4minute has been filming their MV for nearly four days now and are expected to return mid-April.

South Korea: Three Major TV Stations Protest for Fair Journalism

In South Korea, following one of biggest television network’s desperate attempt to overthrow its president over unfair news coverage and corruption allegations, the nation’s two other major TV stations have joined forces in standing up against their management, who have been siding with the government and censoring news content critical of the regime.

Since January 2012, MBC has been on an indefinite strike. Some shows have been on hiatus for over two months now and several journalists were fired by the company president before fellow colleagues resigned en masse as a sign of protest.

Now KBS, the nation’s biggest public broadcaster, and YTN, the country's top cable 24-hours news channel, have come together to rally against their own editorial censorship and support MBC's strike.

The Korean peninsula, June 2009. I could feel electricity in the air. I was excited to be here. I got settled, and I plugged in my Xbox 360's power cable to an adapter that I bought for $10 at the airport. That went into the outlet in the wall and two seconds later, I heard a small pop. Then, I could smell electricity in the air, but I was hoping my nose had been out in the cold too long. "What happen!" I exclaimed and examined the power supply, hoping to see the orange glow in the light indicator that would tell me it was ready to play. I could see no light. "Main console turn on," I commanded as I thumbed the power button on the Xbox 360. It did not respond. "I wasn't planning on relying on this thing anyway," I thought.

To be a bit unfair, I wasn't entirely surprised. I had brought the Xbox 360 in the box that Microsoft used to send to customers who had experienced the Red Ring of Death, but I admit it was entirely my fault that my power brick died. I did a little searching on the internet, and I learned that I needed to use a voltage converter, and not an adapter, for electronics.

Shinhwa releases video footage of their first dance practice in 4 years

For their highly anticipated comeback, legendary group Shinhwa is hard at work to appease their fans.

Shinhwa will be holding their comeback concert on the 24th in celebration of their 14th anniversary. The concert will feature guest stars including Tiffany from Girl’s Generation, SHINee‘s Key, Wonder Girls member Yubin, f(x)‘s Amber, Teen Top, and Stellar.

Since this is their first comeback in 4 years, they are working extra hard to get back into the realm of being idol musicians.

To give a glimpse of their work to their fans, Shinhwa Company revealed their first dance practice via YouTube. The video shows some the members struggling to remember the choreography of some of their old songs. The members are disagreeing about various dance parts and saying things like, “Whose song is this” and “When did this change?” But they seem like they’re having fun at the same time. The netizens’ reactions show how much the fans are excited for their comeback, and they are cheering them on for their hard work.
