It’s only been a month since their debut, but that’s not stopping AA from doing every idol activity before the year’s end. The group recently participated in their first winter photoshoot for ‘CeCi‘ magazine.

Looking warm and snug in their winter outfits, the members played up their charms to bring out the best in their styles. Oldest Aoora looks chic and dapper in his suit, while Woosang gives off a mysterious feel with his unique layered shirts.

Juwon and Hoik are also looking quite model-like in their cuts, thanks to their tall heights. But it was Kimchi who brought the staff and the photographer to their knees, though, as he managed to melt the set with his adorable aegyo while posing for his cuts.

The photographer stated, “I didn’t know where the time flew while filming the members’ overflowing charms. Each member of AA has such loving honesty radiating from them. They’re like real brothers to each other, providing endless care and support. I couldn’t help but look on with a motherly gaze, as it’s hard to believe it’s only been a month since their debut. They have a deep understanding and philosophy on music; truly a rare kind in the industry.”

Their full photoshoot can be seen through the January 2012 edition of ‘CeCi’ magazine.

Lee Juno is now father to a cutie pie princess!

Singer Lee Ju-no has released a picture of his newborn daughter to the public.

Lee, former member of the popular Korean rock band from the 1990s Seo Taiji & Boys became a father for the first time on Dec. 19. The former boy-band member became a parent one month earlier than planned as his girlfriend gave birth to their child prematurely. Lee used his Twitter account to reveal the first picture of the child between himself and his soon-to-be wife who is 23 years his junior.

Along with the picture, the 44-year-old star tweeted, “Today a princess was born. I’m so happy that both my daughter and her mother are doing well.”

According to Lee’s representative, the singer’s wife went into labor unexpectedly after a routine check-up at the hospital. The infant weighed in at a healthy 2.85 kilograms (6.3 pounds) and both the child and mother are reported to be doing fine.

On Dec. 6, the rapper from the old school boy band revealed that his girlfriend of over one year was with his child. On SBS’ “Comeback Show Top 10,” the singer made the announcement before taking to the stage to serenade his wife-to-be. The couple claimed to be living together already and will tie the knot early next year.

Super Junior's Yesung is the new ruler of North Korea

Reporting on North Korean leader Kim Jong Il’s recent and sudden death, Switzerland’s daily tabloid newspaper Blick mistakenly confused Super Junior’s Yesung, whose real name is Kim Jong Woon, with his third son of the same name. A picture of Yesung was published along with an article on Kim Jong Il’s youngest son on the front page and headline news on page 14.

The news quickly spread across the Internet once it reached a South Korean portal site. A spokesperson for Super Junior stated, “We confirmed the news through the Internet as well and have asked Blick for a correction.”

S. Korea bans its citizens from visiting N. Korea except Kaesong complex

South Korean said Monday it will bar its people from traveling to North Korea, with the exception of a joint inter-Korean industrial complex in the North's border city of Kaesong.

The precautionary move came hours after North Korea announced that its leader Kim Jong-il died of a heart attack on Saturday.

South Korea said it has taken steps to strengthen the security for the more than 700 South Koreans in the industrial complex in the North's border city of Kaesong, said Unification Ministry spokesman Choi Boh-seon.

"We plan to temporarily put on hold trips to North Korea, with the exception of the Kaesong Industrial Complex," Choi said.

G.NA is currently going through a hard time because of her grandfather’s recent passing.

On the 20th, G.NA wrote on her Twitter, “Today on December 20, my grandfather left this world. My grandfather was like a father to me. I couldn’t even see you before you left because you live in Canada. I can’t believe it. It can’t be. I couldn’t even say I love you. I’m sorry. Rest in peace, RIP.”

She continued, “All my prayers & love goes out to my grandpa. RIP. I love you so much with all my heart & soul. I’m sorry I’m not there with u.”

On December 20th, U-KISS revealed their true feelings about their debut through the MBN story-cumentary (story documentary), ‘My Story‘.

When asked about their first album’s title track, “I’m Not Young“, Dongho confessed, “The song itself is okay, but I get so embarrassed when I look back on our performances and music video that I don’t know what to do with my hands. Still, it helps me feel like I’ve truly grown since then.”

Leader Soohyun stated, “We’ve been coming out with masculine, sexy images lately, but back then, we were just cute. They always told us to act cute and laugh where necessary so looking at it now, I really can’t bear it. It gives me goosebumps.”

The boys also admitted that their debut concept didn’t sit so well with the public, leading to a fretful year of identity changes.

Dongho explained, “In our rehearsal room, all of us sat in a circle and discussed a lot of things about problems with our company and within the group. There were a lot of fights that resulted from it, but it was an opportunity for us to get closer as a group.”

Concluding with a comment on how the group tried a variety of genres, Dongho added, “Our members love challenging ourselves with new things.”

Actor Song Seung Hun delighted B2ST‘s fanbase when he revealed that the idol group were like his “little brothers”.

C-Real wants Japan to bid on them.

Rookie girl group C-Real will be starting their Japanese career through a route different from their peers. Following their debut showcase, the girls will be putting their future contract up for auction, signing with the label that provides the best conditions.

Unlike other groups who sign with an agency before heading over, the girls will be using the ‘posting system’, a method favored by professional baseball players.

Their showcase will be an opportunity to meet with the Japanese labels, press, and fans, as well as experiment with whether they’re suitable for the market or not. The showcase will be held in Tokyo at the end of January, and internal details are currently being hashed out. Fans will not be allowed to attend – only record label officials.

Since their debut in October, the girls have been nicknamed as the ‘five member IU‘ group, which has generated enough interest notin only Korea, but overseas as well. They have been receiving love calls from Japan, which is how they came up with their idea for debut.

NAP Entertainment stated, “This method is not to raise the amount of they’re worth, but to really receive an honest evaluation of their skills at their showcase. We consider it as a way to have their talents and potential recognized by their future label.”
