It’s just been revealed that Wonder Girls‘ leader Sunye is in a relationship with a non-celebrity!
The surprising news was revealed by Sunye herself during a recent recording of SBS‘s variety show, ‘Strong Heart’.
On November 22nd, representatives of “Strong Heart” confirmed to OSEN, “Sunye is currently in a relationship. Sunye recently came on the show as a guest and announced the surprising news that she is dating a non-celebrity.”
They continued, “The entire staff and cast were completely surprised by the sudden news. Everyone congratulated Sunye after she confidently confessed her new relationship status.”
The full recording will be broadcast on November 22nd at 11.15 PM KST on this week’s episode of “Strong Heart”.

It’s just been reported that JYJ‘s Jaejoong has delayed his military enlistment, citing ‘overseas stay’ as his reason. At this time, his enlistment date has been pushed back to August 31st, 2012. However, if he wishes to postpone his enlistment then, he will be able to request for a deferment provided that he has a reasonable excuse.
Jaejoong received his military draft notice back in September. Although he’s currently a student enrolled in Kyung Hee Cyber University as a communications major, he’s reached the age of 24. Consequently, he’s of age where he could be included in the draft.

Super Junior, 2NE1, and HyunA have been making headlines all year with their YouTube view counts. On November 22nd, these three teams received awards at the ’2011 YouTube Kpop Awards’ at Google Korea in Seoul.
HyunA stated, “I was surprised at the large amount of YouTube viewcounts. I saw a lot of people upload videos with my song, and there were many who were better than me; I gained strength [from seeing all the videos].”
2NE1, who had three videos in the Top 10, commented, “We will continue to upload a lot of cool videos in the future. Please show them lots of love. We put a lot of effort into showing you a lot of things in ‘I Am The Best’ music video, so I think that is probably why a lot of people watched the video.”
Super Junior’s Leeteuk stated, “This award is especially more valuable because fans all over the world were the ones who made this award possible. We will continue to spread the Korea’s culture throughout the world… I also clicked on our music video 10 times. Whenever we’d go perform overseas, the clip would be uploaded onto YouTube right away. Seeing this, I felt how strong media’s power had become.”
Super Junior received 1st place with 26.9 million views for “Mr. Simple”, followed by 2NE1 with 22 million views for ‘I Am The Best’, while 3rd place went to Hyuna with 21.6 million views for “Bubble Pop”.

Omg i had a dream that Joowoon went on a break and i somehow got into AA. All the members were surprised that i knew the dance and they all spoke fluent english. Later when we were in the car to go to our next schedule there was a strange as spier with Micky Mouse ears on the window and everyone was freaking out. I would've liked it if i got to bang Ho-ik though, that would've been nice.

In the blink of an eye, 2NE1‘s tomboyish maknae Minzy has transformed into a young woman.
On November 22nd, Minzy posted a selca on Twitter with the caption,
“First time in a long dress~ ELLE finally came out! I should go out to buy the magazine~”

Q. I'm the type who thinks a lot or I look at things simply (t/n: in an uncomplicated way)?
A. Surprisingly, I'm the kind who thinks a lot. We stayed in Berlin because of our Europe tour and I thought about a lot of things as I took a walk on the streets at night. It's been a really long time since I did that. 4 hours passed as I walked. Although I think a lot, I do my best to wash it out immediately. I believe in the power of positivity.
Q. A way to become happy during tough times?
A. The fans who are waiting for us! When I just think about that, without a shadow of a doubt, I'll be able to do my best.
If I can give a slightly more frank answer, it's when I imagine myself playing soccer? I feel happy just thinking about it.
Of course, it's even better when I actually play on the sports ground.
Q. Recent playlist that "up"s my mood.
A. I'm really into Jason Mraz's new song "The World As I See It".
Q. Someone special within the Cjes family.
A. (Song) Jihyo-noona is the only actress that I'm close to. I'm proud of that. Haha.

MBC‘s ’Infinity Challenge‘ has announced that they’ll be parodying the popular music competition show, ‘I Am a Singer‘.
Infinity Challenge’s official website revealed on November 22nd that the cast of the show will be going head-to-head in a hilarious singing competition against one another. As such, the program is currently seeking audience members to come and judge their contest.“Seven small-scale singers will be challenging themselves on ‘I’m Kind of a Singer‘. Anyone who will judge the contestants with discerning eyes and ears are welcome to sign up to be an audience member,” the post read.
The ‘Infinity Challenge’ members will face off on December 15th at the MBC Dream Center in front of 600 audience members.

xkat-attackx.livejournal.comOn November 20th, k-pop fans in Taiwan got to see SHINee, SISTAR, MBLAQ, and ZE:A perform live at the ‘K-Friends 2011 Taipei Fireworks Concert‘ held at the Banqiao Gymnasium in Taipei. On top of the thrill of watching these top idols sing and dance right before their eyes, some lucky attendees who followed the artists afterwards caught a hilarious mishap that occurred between a few members of MBLAQ and SHINee.
Apparently, during MBLAQ’s departure from the venue, the members waited on the curbside for their transportation to arrive. As a van pulled up, a staff member and leader Seungho pulled open the door. The poor singer made a move to get into the van… only to be greeted by blank stares from SHINee’s Jonghyun and Key, who were sitting inside. Oh, the awkward.

KARA‘s Gyuri has been diagnosed with vocal cord nodules.
During the rehearsal for the Korean performance for her musical ’200 Pounds Beauty’, Gyuri felt something was wrong and headed to the hospital on November 18th for a check up.

Whatbecomes is still on the loose and largely active, but because there is virtually no way to bring the man into custody, many are voicing their concerns that he and his followers could start advancing on to more victims.
In the ‘We Want the Truth from Tablo (TaJinYo)’ internet café, which he reopened recently on October 21, Whatbecomes wrote, ‘I haven’t been contacted by the Korean police or any prosecutors. Because they didn’t come to get me, I reported Tablo as a terrorist to the FBI.’ He is not only posting threats, but is also fueling again the suspicion that Tablo′s education background is false. The café already has 1500 members, a number that can’t be ignored.
Mr. Kim, the man behind the ID Whatbecomes, is a Korean resident who lives in Chicago, and first spread the rumors about Tablo’s graduation from Stanford University. When he was sued by Tablo last year, he admitted, “I accept that the school records are true. Please drop the charges.”
The Ministry of Justice received a criminal extradition request by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office near the end of last year and had it delivered to the American government authorities early this year. Kim, however, was never brought in to Korea, and is still at large on the web.
He is continuously gathering more members for his ‘cause’ by posting articles and certificates of his two daughters, who are attending renowned universities. His targets seem to have expanded, as he is also starting to attack singer Park Jung Hyun and her school credentials. At this rate, many more victims will start springing up in no time.
Whatbecomes is again causing trouble, but there is nothing at the moment anyone can do. The police must wait until the American authorities send him to Korea. A rep for Tablo told enews, “Prosecutors have sent in a criminal extradition request. We have no choice but to wait for the extradition.”
It′s surprising enough that a person wanted by the police isn’t being brought into the country, but it is especially shocking that he is still maintaining the same suspicions about Tablo’s credentials. Some are pointing out that this shows no one is pushing for the man’s extradition to Korea.

It’s just been reported that SECRET‘s Hyosung has fallen down the stairs, injuring both of her legs.
TS Entertainment stated on November 23rd, “SECRET’s leader, Hyosung, has been involved in an accident in which she fell down the stairs as she was coming out of the dormitory for a schedule.”
They continued, “Her left knee’s cartilage has been torn, and the top of her right foot has been fractured. Both of her legs are in a cast and the hospital has stated that 4 weeks of treatment will be needed.”
Due to the unfortunate accident, it seems that it will be difficult for Hyosung to attend the ‘Hallyu Expo Spokesperson Appointment Ceremony’ that was scheduled for today, and the ’2011 Melon Music Awards’ which will be held tomorrow on November 24th.
