f(x) to debut in Japan next January

On September 4th, SM Entertainment’s maknae group f(x) announced that they’ll be making their official Japanese debut in January of 2012!

f(x) successfully introduced themselves to several thousand Japanese fans at the ‘SM TOWN Live in Tokyo‘ concerts with their hit tracks, “La Cha Ta“, “Chu“, “Hot Summer“, and “Pinocchio“.

The girls stated, “It’s an honor to perform in the Tokyo Dome. We’ve brought with us some good news — we’ll be officially promoting in Japan starting next year. We’ll return to Japan with a more mature image, so please wait for us.”

In the press conference after the concert, leader Victoria elaborated, “Every time we perform at the SM concerts, I think that we learn a lot from our seniors and come away with the determination to work harder. Early next year, we’ll be making our debut, so we want to take this opportunity to get our name out there. I hope that when we make our debut next year, we’ll receive a lot of support from our Japanese fans.”

'S Korea the worst-performing hosts'

South Korea earned the dubious distinction of worst-performing host nation at world athletics championships when the 2011 edition ended on Sunday.

South Korean athletes have never made a real impact in the sport and were not tipped to a first medal either at the home event.

But one sixth place and one seventh place - from race walkers Kim Hyun Sub and Park Chil Sung - put them below Sweden (Gothenburg 1995) and Canada (Edmonton 2001) who had also not medalled but recorded fifth place finishes.

WM Entertainment Releases B1A4's Comeback Date + Jinyoung's Concept Photo

The boys of B1A4 have announced that they’ll be making their comeback this month with their second mini-album!

On September 5th, the teaser image for leader Jinyoung was released through their official homepage along with a list of exciting dates.

The digital release for their second mini-album is set for September 16th, but until then, fans can enjoy the image teasers of Baro, CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan on the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th respectively.

The boys had debuted with a colorful, cute style, but it seems that this time around, they’re aiming to try for something more trendy and fun. Stay tuned to allkpop for more updates!

JYJ IS GOING TO EUROPE!

C-JeS Entertainment has just announced that JYJ has confirmed concert tours in Europe!

On September 5th, representatives revealed, “JYJ will be heading over to Spain in October and Germany in November for their first solo concerts.”

To start, JYJ will be performing at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, Spain on October 29th. The venue has seen performances from the likes of Ricky Martin and Deep Purple, so fans are looking forward to another great performance on that stage.

JYJ will also be making their way to Germany and are currently in the midst of finalizing their contract with the Tempodrom, a stadium previously used by Paul Robert Potts, the winner of ‘Britain’s Got Talent‘. That concert is currently scheduled for November 6th.

Representatives stated, “After the release of their worldwide album, they’ve received love calls from all over the world, especially Europe. This time, we’ve focused on cities centered around Spain and Germany specifically to allow fans to see JYJ.”

The concert sponsor for Spain stated, “JYJ is receiving a lot of attention amongst European fans for their outstanding artistic traits. Not only that, their album was also released in English through Warner Music, a label familiar to European fans.”

The members of JYJ expressed, “We’re moved that we’re able to prepare concerts for fans that we haven’t met yet. With global anticipation on the rise for Hallyu, we’re going to put forth the best of our performances.”

Boy group N-Train celebrates 100 days anniversary + more!

Even though the group is currently not actively promoting, N-train is sure to keep in touch with their fans through various Internet platforms. Leader Jungkyun is heavily active on twitter, posting and replying his fans.

As a reward for the fans being loyal and supporting, the group revealed two videos through
twitter.

N-Train debuted on May 26th, and celebrated their 100 days at the end of August.
The group is rumored to be coming back in a few months, after starting out their career as N-
Train with "One Last Cry" last May.
