Singer Baek Ji-young and actor Jeong Seok-won have been dating for 8 months.

Baek Ji-young's side revealed, "The two have been seeing each other since last fall".

Their relationship was an open secret. They have been letting their love grow all this while and even went to see JYJ Kim Jun-su's musical, "Tears Of Heaven" together.

Baek Ji-young was born in 1976 and Jeong Seok-won was born in 1985.

A relative said, "It's too early to say anything about marriage but they have good feelings for each other".

S.Korea's K-League signs anti-corruption pledge

South Korean football players, coaches, referees and officials signed a rare pledge to root out corruption after a player suspected of involvement in match fixing committed suicide.

K-League officials on Wednesday said the pledge was signed by 1,100 people after an urgent two-day meeting aimed at eradicating match fixing and other illegal activities.

Players promised not to accept offers from gambling brokers and engage in any behaviour affecting the outcome of games.

The meeting came two weeks after the country's top professional league was hit by a match-fixing scandal, leading to the arrests of five players and two suspected fixers.

Taxi driver from Daesung’s accident shares his side of the story


Amidst the many speculations that are taking place following Daesung’s car accident, Dispatch received the opportunity of interviewing the sole witness, taxi driver Kim (45), at the hospital.
Although he’s still being treated from the accident, Kim emphasized, “I have to correct everything that’s being wrongly reported.”

Various rumors arose after it was discovered that the motorcyclist’s vehicle was in decent condition, and therefore the rider couldn’t have been involved in an accident prior to his collision with Daesung. Kim, on the other hand, stated, “Hyun (the motorcyclist) was bleeding very much already. I think that there definitely was a very big accident that occurred before ours.”

f(x)’s Krystal and Amber have teamed up with fashion brand “Thursday Island” for a sweet photoshoot with “Oh Boy!” magazine.
The photoshoot was meant to celebrate a new line of special-edition T-shirts that were inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s work. Since the girls are widely known for their slim figures and youthful looks, they were deemed as the best possible models for these casual looks.

A representative said, “f(x) can be considered as the representative icons of this generation’s youth. They’re known for taking on various different style transformations. Krystal and Amber’s boyish charms have come together in a stylish way that makes these art pieces easier to approach.”

On June 2nd, Heechul raised expectations for Super Junior’s upcoming fifth album with what netizens have named as his ‘infinite confidence.’

The star tweeted, “I heard that ‘Bonamana‘ has been ranked first in Taiwan for over a year. Basically, only our new fifth album is the only one that can break the “Bonamana’ record… We may be going crazy with preparations for our fifth album, but when it’s finally released, you’re all going to go mad. We’re a killer group, you know.”

His tweet is in reference to “Bonamana” ranking on Taiwan’s “KKBOX” for 52 consecutive weeks.

Cancer patient denied flight dies in South Korea

A terminal cancer patient who was denied a flight home to South Korea has now died, according to KING-5.
Crystal Kim was at the center of a controversy this May after Korean Air refused to allow her on a flight to Seoul, even though she had purchased a ticket and had been cleared by doctors to fly.

Kim had stage-four breast cancer and wanted to spend her final days with family.

Korean Air said they were concerned that Kim would die during the flight and did not want to traumatize other passengers.

Crystal and her daughter, Mimi, booked another flight on Delta Airlines, which allowed her to fly first class for free five days later.

Kim died peacefully in her sleep Tuesday. She was 62.

2NE1 Delays Their Next Song Release Due To Dae Sung's Traffic Accident

    Due to Dae Sung of the group Big Bang's traffic accident, 2NE1 has decided to delay their new song release and other planned programming.

    2NE1 has been releasing a new song every three weeks with Bom's solo song "Don't Cry" as the first song.
    Recently with the release of "Lonely," interest in the group has been booming. The new song was planned to be revealed on the 2nd (today!), however the song's release has been decided to be delayed due to Dae Sung's accident. YG's Internet broadcast YG On Air has also been decided to be delayed by one week.

    YG Entertainment stated "We have decided to delay the release of 2NE1's new song and the content of YG On Air by one week. It was a decision made in a tight and stressful situation, and we hope that we will be forgiven and understood for not giving proper forewarning about our decision"

    While driving his Audi passenger car from Hap-Jung Road to Yang-Pyung road, for reasons yet unclear, Dae Sung collided his car with a motorcyclist who was collapsed on the ground and then crashed into a taxi with his front bumper. The motorcycle driver has died, however it is not clear if his death was due to his crash with Dae Sung's car or not. The police are investigating the incident by analyzing closed circuit TVs in the area of the accident, and on the 1st an autopsy was performed on the deceased motorcycle driver to further verify the cause of death. The results of the autopsy are to be revealed in about a month. Depending on the cause of death of the motorcyclist, Dae Sung's sentence will also vary.
