Having stripped down for Calvin Klein underwear earlier this year for a 'Promise for Body' campaign, actress Choi Yeo Jin has done it again with the same brand for a 'Breast Cancer Awareness' campaign this time.

In the photoshoot taken for W Korea recently which will be published in the November edition, Choi Ye Jin showed off her fine body again in her bra and panties. She said, "I am happy to be shooting this to promote the awareness of early detection of breast cancer. I hope that through this photoshoot, more women can start to take notice of their bodies and take precautions."

Wonder Girls: no plans for Korea in the near future

The Wonder Girls are back in Korea and they just held their first press conference today at 2PM - ironic, I know...

It's been 7 months since the girls left Korea, but they returned with good news as they reached the 76th spot on the TOP 100 Billboard chart with their English version of Nobody. Yes, this has been beaten to death, but that's what the press conference was about, their US success!

Each of the girls started the conference with a little message and talked about their time in America. The mood was somewhat sombre when Mimi teared while speaking.

FT Island’s Unit Group “FT.triple” Begins Activities, Seunghyun Co-Hosts a New Variety Show

3 members of FT Island will begin activities for their unit group.

In FT.triple, Lee Jaejin, who has been in charge of bass and vocal all along, will now be in charge of guitar and vocal. Choi Jonghoon also has new challenges in playing the piano instead of the guitar. Choi Minhwan will be playing the drums, something which cannot be left out from a band. The unit group will portray a different image of FT Island.

There will be 3 songs in the album “Two Date” by FT.triple. Lee Jaejin had received recognition from his musical “Sonagi” earlier and he will also be the solo vocal for this album.

Their title song “Love Letter”, by hit composers, Kim Dohoon and Kim Kibum, is a song that expresses the worries and concern for an ex-lover, written in the form of a letter. With the beats from the melody, together with the realistical lyrics, it will be a touching song. Lee Jaejin will also be showcasing his talent in singing and rapping.

“멀리멀리” has a light rhythm and repetitive lyrics like “빨리빨리빨리” (bballi bballi bballi), “멀리멀리멀리” (meolli meolli meolli). It is a very addictive song. “꼬집어 봐도” has a smooth melody and it also brings out the soothing vocals of Lee Jaejin.

FT.triple’s album will be released on 26th October. Their music video was taken in Cebu, Philippines when the storm took place previously. Plans for aero filming were aborted due to the bad weather. Their 4 days 3 nights filming schedule was shortened due to the storm, and they had to rush the filming within 2 days. Communication means were also suspended for some time.

FT.triple is practising hard to present a new image for their coming activities lined up coming end October. Their first stage will be on 29th October on MNet’s MCountdown.

Korean boy band SHINee is racking up advance orders for their new album "2009, Year Of Us", according to their agency on Friday.

The group's third mini-album reportedly received 60,000 advance orders since its release yesterday, SM Entertainment said in a press release.

“We are very glad and grateful that fans have been so supportive of this album," the idol group was quoted as saying. "We will work hard to promote 'Ring Ding Dong' so we hope fans keep loving us."

GDragon and TaeYang for solo stage ’showdown’ on SBS Inkigayo coming 25th Oct

In 9 years of friendship, TaeYang and GDragon will have their first ’showdown’ for their solo stage for the first time on music program.

The 2 Big Bang members have known each other since elementary grade 6 and trained under YG Entertainment since 2000. But coming 25th October, the 2 will have a showdown of their solo stages on SBS Inkigayo.

Even though the 2 of them have performed their solo stages on music shows, but this is first time they perform together on one show.

TaeYang will be performing his new solo song ‘Where u at’ for the one and only time. Coming mid November, he will releasing a digital single ‘Wedding Dress’ and also his 2nd full length solo album. This performance was brought up by requests from fans.

GDragon will performing the song ‘A Boy’ from his first solo album for the 3rd time on the show that day.

Much anticipation is in for the 2’s solo stages on the show that day. Definitely a must lookout for.

2pm New Album in November

Although it's been a month since Jaebeom traded 2PM for Seattle, the fan feud has only heated up between supporters of 6-member 2PM and advocates for a seven-member 2PM only. However, despite Korean & international Hottests' protests, JYP Entertainment is officially ready to move on.

A representative from the agency has confirmed that 2PM will release a new album mid-November.

The album was originally planned for an October release; however, with Jaebeom's sudden withdrawal, JYPE was forced to push the date back. Furthermore, JYPE has been faced with significant pressure from boycotters, fans and public opinion alike. Many Hottests have threatened to boycott any six-member 2PM products, and are expected to follow through with their words.

It looks like JYPE & Jaebeom are finally on the move again; as we reported earlier, Jaebeom will reveal his state after the September scandal on the new KBS 2TV show Into Sunday Night on October 25.

Working on popular dramas he’s largely responsible for making the Pastel brand of indie music as popular as it is today. But it’s as a musician I admire him the most, and so I was delighted when he shared plans for a bunch of releases of his own. The nice man that he is, Liner kindly agreed to a new interview to catch up from our first, and mrkwang kindly agreed to translate.

Heechul to release solo single

Korean boy band Super Junior member Heechul is set to release his first solo single on a TV drama soundtrack, according to his agency on Friday.

The singer, who currently appears on SBS TV series “I Love You Ten Million Times”, will release the single “Chobyul” on the drama soundtrack, SM Entertainment said in a press release.

The song, which is a theme song for his character on screen, contains lyrics about being in a one-sided love with someone.

“Chobyul” will be used for the show starting this weekend and released November 6 on various music sites including Melon, Dosirak and Bugs.

Heechul is one of the thirteen members of idol group Super Junior, one of the most popular K-pop acts in Asia. He has also acted in several TV dramas including “Bad Family” in 2006 and “Golden Bride” in 2007.

The drama airs in Korea on Saturday and Sunday at 8:50 p.m.

On “We Got Married” BEG’s Gain and have JoKwon have been cast as a make-believe married couple. In the last episode, during the testimonial about being a make-believe husband to Gain, he said, “Because I was waiting to be with Gain noona, I never dated.” This was very eye-catching.

It was also confirmed that Lee Joon, a vocalist in MBLAQ, also played a role in the movie as the younger version of Raizo (Rain's character).

Lee Joon had auditioned for the movie back in February, when he was a trainee. He stated, "I sent a PR demo tape of my acting to the agency that was promoting Ninja Assassin. I didn't expect to get accepted at all, but I found out that I passed the auditions! After I got the message, I went to Germany right after. The filming was two months long, and I had to film many action scenes and had to speak in English. I acted as the younger counterpart of Ji-hoon-hyung's (Rain) character. I worked [very] hard filming this movie and you guys will be surprised."

Never-before-released videos of TVXQ member Xiah from his school days will be aired on MBC's cable channel on Saturday.

MBC every1 released a press release on Friday, saying its documentary program "Star: The Secret" will feature the hit idol group tonight, broadcasting clips of Xiah from his childhood days as well as pre-debut photographs of other members of the group.

One of the videos will reveal that Xiah, whose real name is Jun-su, used to a member of dance group S.R.D (Song, Rap, Dance) from elementary school with Super Junior member Eun-hyuk.

MAMA Producers: "We want to invite Jaebum."

Fans have expressed their curiousity as to whether 2PM will be performing at MAMA, especially since 2PM has been revealed to be releasing their album mid November.

The MAMA staff met with Newsen and discussed their plans and desires to stand Jaebum on the 2009 MAMA stage. The producer stated "We have been expressing our opinions with JYPE. If further action is needed, I would like to invite Jaebum from America. 2PM is this year's most anticipated guest and Jaebum was with them for all of their activities. Should 2PM receive an award this year, I believe it is only definite that Jaebum should stand on stage and receive that award also."

He went on to state "I will work and try my best to make sure that everyone can see Jaebum on the 2009 MAMA stage."
