Yoo Youngseok "Kyuhyun's appearance is really my style"

Singer Yoo Youngseok has expressed his thought about Super Junior Kyuhyun.

On the show KBS2TV "Yoo Heeyeol's sketchbook" which was aired on July 17th, Kyuhyun had performed the song "7 years' love" with Yoo Youngseok playing the keyboard .

On the interview after the performance, Kyuhyun said "We had received 3rd album's song (from him)" and "At that time, Sunbae-nim said to me that I'm very beautiful". Yoo Youngseok said "I want to achieve all my failed dreams through Kyuhyun" and "Even Kyuhyun's appearance is also my style". When MC Yoo Heeyeol asked two of them about their age gap, Kyuhyun said "Actually I was born in 1988" and YYS said "I even had debuted in 1987" which made everybody laughing.

Also, in a recent interview, YYS had said "Super Junior's Kyuhyun will become a great person/singer in the future" and "I find him (Kyuhyun) beautiful when he worked so hard with the recording. I even wanted to give him a kiss (on the cheek). I'm glad that I can help him develop (his skill) in the music field"

Super Show II Press Conference Interview

Idol group Super Junior has charged into their Asia Tour with their first performance in Seoul.

On the 18th Super Junior, at the Olympic stadium fencing arena, had a press conference for their Second Asia Tour Concert 'Super Show II' , revealing their thoughts: "Rising to high rankings on foreign charts as a Korean artist is really satisfying.", "In the future, we'll do our best to make our name widely known in Asia."

Member Leeteuk says "We, too, were brought up watching New Kids on the Block and other foreign artists, but now the foreign fans go wild watching us.", "We're letting our country's culture being known to foreign countries, we have pride that our voices are playing a role." and asks for support.

From the 17th till the 19th, Super Junior's performances will be spread out over 3 days in Seoul. Starting from these performances they will be making 15 performances in 8 of Asia's cities including Tokyo (Japan), Beijing (China), Shanghai (China), Bangkok (Thailand), Taipei (Taiwan), etc. extending to a large scale of performances.

Iris gets a slot on the KBS schedule

News of Iris has been a little quiet lately, even as its star Lee Byung-heon readies for his Hollywood debut in the upcoming action flick GI Joe.

The 20 billion won production ($15 million) of KBS drama has finally been given a concrete slot on the schedule: It premieres following the Yoon Eun-hye drama My Fair Lady (aka Please Take Care of the Young Lady) in October.

Iris has shot in Japan and Hungary, and this latest announcement spurs the production into gear for its shoots at home. Originally, KBS had planned to air the Han Hyo-joo/Jang Hyuk drama Chuno in this time slot, but as they are still working out the details of Chuno’s run, they have instead moved Iris forward.

The drama stars a bevy of high-profile stars, including Lee Byung-heon (The Good, The Bad, The Weird), perennial CF favorite Kim Tae-hee (Love Story in Harvard), a surprisingly badass-looking Jung Jun-ho (Last Scandal of My Life), sexy Kim So-yeon (Gourmet), Kim Seung-woo (How to Meet a Perfect Neighbor), and Big Bang’s TOP.

Lee Dong Gun postpones enlistment again

After deferring once in May and scheduled for enlistment in July, it was revealed today that Lee Dong Gun will once again be delaying his duty to serve his nation.

The revised date for Lee Dong Gun (29) to begin serving his nation was 26th July but he had applied earlier to defer his enlistment for a year because of health reasons and has already been approved by the military recently. This will be his second deferment in the year where he was required to enlist to serve his mandatory military service.

With his enlistment being delayed for another year, there's a high chance that Lee Dong Gun would be appearing in either a drama or movie before his next call-up. He is also scheduled to have a meet the fans sesson on 20th July in Korea.

Girls’ Generation does Dancing Queen

Not the most energetic rendition of ABBA's classic hit song "Dancing Queen," but the vocals were spot on as usual. And besides, it's Girls' Generation, who are looking finer than ever, so I'm not complaining! Actually I do have one complaint, Yuri needs some more camera time.

SUMMARY:
Onew with his amaaajing vast knowledge of trot/oldies. Jonghyun's Honey was whoa. most guys cant do the song in the original key in full diaphram voice - most will use false. and Insomnia - it was GOOD; guess hes not so tired in the song than in the radio show, he filmed this before the recent radio btw. Key's high pitch "Honey" before Jjong started singing was hilarrrrrr homg, and the YAYYY when they won MVP at the end. *dying* and weird SHINee quirks all over.
