Jung Eun Joo’s Hot Hot MV blasted for resembling an AV

Former race girl Jung Eun Joo now singer released a digital single called Nudity recently and her cheap looking, somewhat bordering on soft porn music video for her song, Hot Hot has irked many netizens in Korea.

Jung Eun Joo debuted as a race girl in 2006 and also released a pictorial book in the same year. Since then, she had stopped all forms of activities for the past 3 years before resuming her entertainment career in June and releasing her first mini-album on 16th July.

But with Nudity being the mini-album title and her trot title song being called Hot Hot, it doesn't help but make one think that she is using sex to sell the mini-album. In addition, the short music video for Hot Hot has raised lots of eyebrows for it's suggestive content and making people feel like they are watching a soft porn video instead.

S.E.S Shoo and Bada will be having their comeback at the same time



After 7 years since S.E.S last release, member Shoo will have her comeback during the time period as another member Bada.

Shoo will be releasing a digital single between end-August and beginning of September. She is returning to stage 7 years since S.E.S’s 5th album ‘Choose My Life-U’.

Bada will also be having her comeback at the same time period as Shoo, and Shoo has expressed her excitement about that.

It has also been known that Shoo will not be doing a dance song but will be donning the cute image for her comeback. Even though all this time she has not been active in Korea, she has taken part in musicals in Japan.

2PM with ‘Again & Again Part 2′ on MBC Park KyungRim’s Starry Night

2PM members were on MBC Park KyungRim’s Starry Night radio show on 18th July. And member JunSu came out to perform ‘Again & Again Part 2′ a remix version.

FT Island saved the pride of male singers.

FT Island ranked the top positions on M.net chart on the day of release of their 3rd album. They also overtook the positions of other female bands like Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, 4minute, Brown Eyed Girls and many others in Cyworld and other online music charts, saving the pride of male singers.

Their new album consists of 12 songs, including the title song “Barae (I Hope)”, “Bing Bing Bing“, “Marry Me“, “Hate or Love” etc and is well-received by all.

GomTV received quite a number of downloads for their music video that was released yesterday and it went up to 2nd position in download hits ranking within the shortest period of time. In addition to this, M.net also received an amazing figure of over 400,000 clicks on F.T Island.

Moon Chae Won Joins My Fair Lady

Actress Moon Chae Won (Brilliant Legacy) has been cast in My Fair Lady (아가씨를 부탁해), KBS’s upcoming drama. By joining My Fair Lady, Moon Chae Won completes the typical Korean drama love square with Yoon Eun Hye, Yoon Sang Hyun, and Jung Il Woo.

Moon will play the role of Yeo Eui Joo, a vivacious and authoritative woman whose ambition is to become a shoe designer. Since childhood, Eui Joo and Seo Dong Chan (Yoon Sang Hyun) grew up together as if they were family. She worries over Dong Chan and tries to help him straighten out his life.

Yoon Eun Hye is the main female lead named Kang Hye Na. Jung Il Woo plays Lee Tae Yoon, the second male lead. Wang Seok Hyun is on the supporting cast as Kang Hye Na’s rich cousin.

My Fair Lady is KBS World’s English title for the drama, which was previously called Lady Castle and is now referred to as Take Care of the Young Lady in Korean. It will be broadcast on KBS2 starting on August 19, following the end of Partner.

MC Mong Releasing Humanimal

MC Mong’s fifth album, Humanimal, will be released in stores and online on July 23.

Like his previous albums, Humanimal also boasts some impressive guest stars: Jo Sung Mo, SG Wannabe, MAC, Navi, and Jung In (of G.Fla).

In particular, Jo Sung Mo’s participation is noteworthy because the singer has not featured on anybody else’s album since his debut 11 years ago. Jo’s vocals will be heard on “I Love You to Death 2″, the second part to “I Love You to Death” featuring Park Jung Hyun on MC Mong’s fourth album. SG Wannabe featured in the song “Butterfly Effect”.

The title track of the fifth album is “Indian Boy”, which MC Mong composed and wrote the lyrics for. The music video for the song will also be released on July 23. Teaser photos are below.

junsu and snsd at super show ii night 2

SNSD and TVXQ’s Junsu who come from the same agency with Super Junior were seen cheering at Super Junior’s concert.

Super Junior on July 18th at 6 pm held their concert entitled “The 2nd ASIA TOUR ‘SUPER SHOW Ⅱ’” at Seoul Olympic Park Fencing Stadium.

Before the concert started, TVXQ’s Junsu was found backstage while SNSD seeked Super Junior after the end of concert, which was recorded by live music programs broadcast at the concert hall.

- Donghae's solo on Super Show 2 is a song called "Beautiful", Donghae himself composed the music and also wrote the lyrics for the song. Kangin said that even when Donghae worked on the song, he didn't let the other members hear it so yesterday rehearsal when they could listen to the song, they felt that it was a good song.

- Heechul's solo is a song called "혼" (Soul/Spirit), The TRAX's Jungmo composed the song's music and Heechul wrote the lyrics.

- Leeteuk said this time, they want to show a mature concept so that's why Wook got a sexy performance. Wook said he just did the ballad song but the other members said to him "It'll be good too if you do a dance song" which Shindong then said, he's already done the performance, and Eunhyuk said although they don't force him, Ryeowook himself will do that however. (I don't quite get what this sentence means either.)

- They said that "Gee" performance is all Heechul's idea which Heechul said they had showed the cool image in the SS1, now they want to show a funny image. Heechul said because of this performance, he had joined SNSD's Jessica's fancafe but he had been banned because he didn't follow what the level up form said. Kangin said all the members had to go for an audition in front of Heechul if they want to take part in the performance in which Shindong had been dropped out. Yesung asked Heechul why he was rejected which Kangin said that it's because of his busy schedule ^^. Heechul said he himself had asked every members of SNSD "What is the point of your part of the performance?"

- Leeteuk said they planned to have 15 concerts this time and they'll come to Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia...as well. Shindong also said they might perform song in that country's native language when they go there.

- Leeteuk said they might come back next year.

Koyote’s Shin-ji suffering from pain

On July 14th, Koyote’s female vocalist Shin-ji collapsed from exhaustion and was subsequently hospitalized for treatment. Shin-ji got over the fatigue though, and she was discharged on July 15th.

Now, however, it turns out that Shin-ji’s pyelonephritis, which she was hospitalized for last November, has flared up again, and she was sent back into the white house. Pyelonephritis is essentially an urinary tract infection that has reached the kidneys, resulting in sensitivity in the abdominal region to pressure, painful urination, and other agonizing symptoms.

Koyote has thus cancelled all promotional activities for their latest album, “Jumping,” until Shin-ji has recovered properly. To treat pyelonephritis, the only thing you can really do is take antibiotics and rest it off.

With time, she’ll be back jumping again.

SNSD's Yoona's Ideal Man is...

Together with her fellow SNSD members, Yoona appeared on KBS2's Champagne. She then played the show's famous game in which two male celebrities are pitted against each other and she has to pick whoever is closer to her type for various rounds until there is only one remaining man.

She had to pick between her two co-stars, Kwon Sang Woo (Cinderella Man) and Park Jae Jung (You're My Destiny), between of her label mates Siwon and Heechul, Kangin and Leeteuk, Junsu and Yunho; between 2PM's Nickhun and Big Bang's Daesung, BOF's pretty boys Lee Minho and Kim Hyun Joong, Korea's favorites Jo Insung and Daniel Henney, etc.

After talking smack about her ex-beau, Minwoo and then getting a severe rebuke from Kim Dong Wan, Amy has gotten even more flak from a reporter who claims that she is a freaking blatant liar!

Amy had appeared on the 15th July episode of tvN-enews, to explain about what she had said about her ex-beau, Minwoo in the news. Amy emphasized on the fact that most of her statements that were published in the news were fake and that she felt hurt and depressed over it. She also said that she wanted to clear up any misunderstandings with Kim Dong Wan after he had severely rebuked her, "Don't talk about Minwoo anymore after you have broken up."
