U-Kiss, who is popular in Korea with single Not Young and cover of Backstreet Boys' song As Long As You Love Me, arrived in Changsha, took part in a recording of Hunan's popular TV program Everyday Up and accepted an interview by 'Golden Eagle Entertainment'.

U-Kiss is made up of 6 members, Alexander, Shin Dongho, Kim Kyung Jae, Kim Kibum, Woo Sunghyun and Shin Soohyun. Alexander mentioned that the group name "U-Kiss" means "new generation idol group". In Korea, DBSK and Super Junior are very popular and Alexander hopes that U-Kiss will be able to be like their seniors, DBSK and Super Junior, and become popular in Asia.

U-Kiss member, Kim Kibum, made his debut through SBS Inkigayo, and his elder brother is Kim Hyungjoon, from popular korean group SS501. Kibum says that ever since he has made his debut, his elder brother has always been supporting him. When Kim Hyungjoon attends broadcasts, he always tells the fans and staff, "My brother is Kim Kibum from U-Kiss." The support and encouragement from his elder brother touches Kibum greatly.

Kim Kibum has the same name as Super Junior member Kim Kibum. When promoting in Korea, does he face any difficulties from having the same name? Kibum says, "Having the same name as Kim Kibum from Super Junior has not given me any problems. Instead, it makes us easier to be friends." Turns out that Kim Kibum (U-Kiss) and Super Junior's Kibum go to the same stylist and when they meet each other during schedules, they often chat with one antoher. Kibum expresses that, together with the other 5 members of U-Kiss, he awaits the day where they can be as popular as Super Junior in Korea.

‘World Star’ Rain will debut a new singer groomed by him in July.

Rain’s company JTunes Entertainment revealed on 4th June, “A new singer groomed by Rain will debut in July.”

This will be the first singer for the company after Rain moved on from JYP Entertainment to set up JTunes Entertainment. According to the representative, the new singer is a 16-year-old female and is currently studying first year at high school.

It was also known that she has completed the all the recording work for her debut album, and is waiting to do the photoshoot to the album jacket and MV filming.

The representative also added, “We have no decided on how she will promote and whether she will stay with her real name. But she had practised for some time, and has real talents and capabilities trained by Rain. She is one who is confident in both her dance and singing.”

Netizens have quickly been trying to put the pieces together. For example, is it any coincidence that his sudden departure from SBS’s popular variety program, Family Outing, was announced this week? Park Ye Jin had the legitimate excuse of having to work seven days a week on Queen Seon Duk and a film. Lee Chun Hee is not quite as busy. Could it be possible that SBS was the one who chose not to renew his contract?

Secondly, it’s extremely risky for a major station such as SBS to put up such an obvious visual profile (despite the censor) of Lee Chun Hee and accuse him of taking drugs. We don’t think they would have opened themselves up to potential litigation and bad press if there was any chance of being wrong.

Thirdly, Lee Chun Hee is connected with both Ju Ji Hun and Ye Hak Young. Ju Ji Hun appeared on Yoo Jae Suk & Kim Won Hee’s Come to Play, broadcast on November 10, 2008. On the show, he said how Lee Chun Hee doesn’t swear, but Ju once offended him enough to cause him to swear and throw clothes on the bed – in the home Lee Chun Hee share(s/d) with Ye Hak Young. Lee and Ye have known each other for awhile from belonging to the same agency.

On the flip side – innocent until proven guilty! Remember the fiasco with actor-model Im Ju Hwan wrongfully being accused? Despite having the same name and being connected to Ye Hak Young, it wasn’t him. Most netizens are expressing disbelief that Lee Chun Hee could be involved with drugs. Lee has built up a wholesome image this past year on Family Outing, even earning the name Chunderella (after Cinderella). Many are outraged that SBS would make such a blatant accusation without waiting for official confirmation from the police.

SNSD has enlisted the help of Beat Freaks member Rino Nakasone of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew and Gwen Stefani’s back dancer from the “Harajuku era” to spice up their dance choreography for their next album. Idol group Super Junior and SNSD will appear in MBC show "Music travel lalala" for the first time.

On June 3rd, SNSD's Jessica, Taeyeon, Seohyun, Sunny, Tiffany and Super Junior had recorded the show.

Super Junior will perform the movie 'Notting Hill' OST "She". Besides, SNSD and Super Junior will perform each other's famous songs "Gee" and "Sorry Sorry" with new arrangement .

The show will be aired at 12.35am on June 24th (aka 00.35am on June 25th)

2NE1 will appear on only SBS Inkigayo to appear this week for the 3rd time again.

The group will perform their debut song ‘Fire’ on 7th June on SBS Inkigayo, this is their 3rd consecutive appear only on the show after their debut stage on 17th May.

YG has earlier revealed that even though the girls are newcomers, they will not focus on the number of times they appear on music broadcast programmes but the quality of their performances. And they had set for the girls to appear on music programmes once a week.

But there have been doubts amongst netizens that YG did not choose not to let the girls appear on music shows on KBS and MBC etc but rather YG could not etc.

A YG representative said, “The only way we thought we can let the girls improve on their performance quality is to allow them on music shows only once a week. Plus Inkigayo has shown much interests in 2NE1’s performance and gave us the support we needed for filming and stuff, hence we decided with them.
