SHINee, Due to Leader Onew's Injury, Comeback may be Delayed.

5 Member Idol group SHINee's comeback is likely to be delayed due to Onew's injury.

SHINee's company SM Entertainment revealed on the 20th that "On the 19th, during dinnertime, while Onew was resting after practice, he fell on the stairs in front of his dorm and got injured." And that "The doctor said 'As he fell on the stairs, his incisors became dislocated, so he will have to receive treatment and be observed for about 1~2 weeks.'"

SM Entertainment let us know that "Because of Onew's injury, it seems that we will unfortunately have to push their comeback stage back" and that "we will decide after we see Onew's condition."

SHINee was planning to comeback on this coming 22nd on KBS 2TV Music Bank.

On the other hand, SHINee's 2nd mini-album title song 'Juliette' which is to be released on the 21st offline, reached high spots in online music charts on the 18th.

Mnet Scandal Becomes a Hot Topic, 2PM Nichkhun’s Fans Protest by Phone

Base on a love story between an ordinary person and a superstar as in the hit movie, “Nothing Hill“, a new TV program called “Mnet Scandal” on Mnet channel has recently become a talk of the town after airing its first two episodes.

And in its third episode, Nichkhun of 2PM will play a boyfriend role to a girl who is close to his ideal type. Nichkhun had told the program that he prefers an older or same age girl whom he can talk freely with. He likes a girl who eats well and can make him crave for food just watching she eats. On a date, he just wants to go to a theme park and holds her hands while skating on an ice skating rings together.

However, Mnet channel has been bombarded with hundred of phone calls from Nichkhun fans after the preview of the 3rd episode, where he is seen having a date scenes just like he had pictured, was showed to public. Some fans raged and showed envious remarks to the girl who was picked to be Nichkhun’s girlfriend. Some fans protested the show while some showed their interest in watching the program.

Mnet Scandal’s Nichkhun episode will be aired for two weeks on Wednesday night of May 20th and 27th, at 11:00 pm (KST) on Mnet.

Top and Seung-ri in telecinema project “19″

I kind of love how overly dramatic Big Bang’s TOP and Seung-ri are in these photos from their latest project, the Korea-Japan omnibus telecinema co-production.

Their installment of the ten-segment television-and-film project is called “19″ and had an open set on their Seoul shooting location on May 20.

Seven installments in the telecinema production have been produced, and two more will follow this one. 19 is described as a suspense drama, and the plot focuses on three nineteen-year-olds who run away together following a murder. It will air on SBS in the fall.

Korea's techno queen, Lee Jung Hyun, has risen from the ashes like a great phoenix and will return as Korea's Lady Gaga-esque type thing. Actually, she's always been pretty avant garde with her looks and sound. Her goddess themed MV teaser has surfaced.

The video is only 30 seconds long but you can see a lot going on. Especially with the large tan men standing around in white Speedos. This album is sure to have a lot of different looks coming up. We're only a day away from her Mnet Countdown comeback performance and the entire MV release.

Big Bang eliminated member Jang Hyun Seung is currently preparing for his debut in July.

Back then when he was still part of Big Bang, he has already his own fanbase. And after he was eliminated, his fans continued to support him through his training days.

His company revealed recently, “He is currently going through preparations for his debut in July. Please support him.”

It is also said that he will not debut solo but as a group. There were also rumours that he will debut in a group together with Yoon Doo Joon, the eliminated member from 2pm.

It has been known that singer K Will, who has been doing well with his new minialbum ‘Tears are falling’, is the vocal trainer to actor Lee Min Ho.

After drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’, Lee Min Ho has been busy with activities like CF filming, fansigning, photoshoots etc. And for the special edition album of ‘Boys Over Flowers’, he also has a solo song ‘My Everything’. For the song, he did a lot of preparation and underwent vocal training for that.

It has been known that Lee Min Ho and K Will are close friends and K Will has personally gave Lee Min Ho vocal training for the show despite his busy schedule.

Lee Min Ho said, “I am excited to show another side of me through the song ‘My Everything’ after undergoing training with one of the best vocalist around.”

2PM Thai member Nick Khun reveals that he gets attracted by women older than him.

For the 3rd episode of Mnet Scandal, he said, “I met my first girlfriend when I was 17. And back then she was 6 years older than I am.”

He also revealed that in a relationship he prefer giving to receiving.

Nick Khun also said that he wants to try going into a relationship where his girlfriend is 1 year older than him. He spent one week with his make believe girlfriend on the show, and they did many things together like going t the skating ring together etc.

This 3rd episode will be aired on 20th May.

CBS has announced their Fallish 2009/2010 schedule and a slightly more detailed synopsis of Three Rivers has been released, along with the timeslot of Henney's new show. I've added emphasis to the important parts.

THREE RIVERS (Sunday 10-11 PM ET/PT) is a medical drama that goes inside the emotionally complex lives of organ donors, the recipients and the surgeons at the preeminent transplant hospital in the country where every moment counts. However, dealing with donor families in their darkest hour and managing the fears and concerns of apprehensive recipients takes much more than just a sharp scalpel.

“Haptic Mission” welcomes the F4 leader into its team together with SS501. For about three weeks, SS501 has been the #1 hot spot reaching about 5 million hits so far on the search engine portals for their “Haptic Mission Season 2″ digital single.

Along with Lee Min Ho, the ‘original’ models for Samsung “Haptic Mission” CF, Son Dam Bi, Kim Joon and Kim Hyun Joong will also participate in this 2nd season. The title song, brought to us by SS501 is called, “Play”, composed by Lee Jae Myeong. “Play” is a hybrid song between synthetic string sounds and electronic rhythm. Singer Kim Jong Wook is back with his 2nd album, coming back after 1 year of rest.

Previously, Kim Jong Wook received much attention for singing the theme song ‘Only You’ for MBC ‘We Got Married’ and also sang ‘Going against fate’ with group SG Wannabe.

He will be back with the title song ‘If you pretend (척하면 척)’ a duet song with Davichi Kang Min Kyung. All along receiving much love for his ballads, Kim Jong Wook will also attempt dance for this song.

Netizens worry for newsinger JoonSeo after ’suicide letter’

Newcomer duo group Blue Spring member JoonSeo has got netizens worried that he may attempt suicide.

He wrote on his minihompy at 6.27pm on 19th May a post titled “Please read for once”. The content to the post, “I have been living with my parents for 9 years. All these time I’ve been alone and thinking. In the end, I want to live without the worry for money.”

“Just money, 10 thousand, 100 thousand… To others they may not even know how much they’re playing for their alcohol, please for the last time think and help me.” And he left his bank account number.

He also talked about the life being an entertainer, “This is an occupation where you only show the glamness of it. I’m only happy when I’m on the stage. I may just be a product, but this is not what I want.”

“I’ve prepared to get into the entertainment market for 5 years, but all the benefits that I get is negative. I’ve live days when I only eat one bread for a day, and take the subway to practice. Living the same life everyday like this, I really hate it."

Netizens responded, “He must have it really tough to have come to this stage.” Many netizens also voiced their worries about the increasing number of suicide cases amongst entertainers.

Many of them left JoonSeo messages like “Please do not think scary thoughts”, “Please continue to keep in contact”, “Please do not think nasty thoughts”. His friends also left messages like “Please do not say all these strange things”, “We just talked the day before yesterday, why are you like this now?”.

JoonSeo is currently not contactable and his phone is turned off, and his company has got the police’s help to search for him. He has recently moved house and his company is not aware of his new address.

The ideal type of each 2PM member catches attention.

During KBS FM’s “Maybee’s Raise the Volume” on May 17th, the 2PM members each talked about his ideal type.

Jae Beom said, “My ideal type is a woman who’s sexy like Scarlett Johansson, if I had a girlfriend I’d like to go shopping with her and buy her clothes.”

Jae Beom was chosen as the most fashionable among the members, and as the sexiest because “he always takes off his clothes during dance practices.” The members also joked, “Woo Young really likes it when Jae Beom takes off his clothes!”

Taec Yeon said “I like girls with pretty hair.” In contrast to Jae Beom, Taec Yeon was humiliatingly chosen as “the member with the worst casual-wear.” To this Taec Yeon smiled and said, “I put consideration into what I wear normally as well, but over-thinking is really a problem!”

In addition, Nichkhun and Woo Young said they like “someone with pretty eyes,” while Junsu and Chan Sung said they like “someone who has a pretty smile.” Junho said “I like girls who look pretty from behind.”

Also, DJ Maybee asked 2PM what would they like to do after they’ve grown older and can no longer do Dance-singer activities. Chan Sung would like to be an actor, Junho wants to go into the fashion business and acting, Taec Yeon would like to be a Radio DJ. Taec Yeon even said humorously, “Inside the practice room, I’ve even practiced ‘Ok Taec Yeon’s Brazen Radio’ by myself.”

What Kind of Ideal ‘Juliet’s For 21st Century ‘Romeo’s, SHINee?

SHINee recently revealed their ideal types in an interview with Star News.
SHINee’s first member to have his coming of age, Leader Onew, said “My ideal type would be a good person.” When we asked him what woman he saw that he liked, “It changes all the time, so it’s hard to pick one and explain,” he smiled.

The third song in their tracklist “Juliet” was personally written by Jonghyun, who said Olivia Hussey from the classic movie “Romeo and Juliet” was his ideal type. Jonghyun said he likes the “womanly, yet innocent style.” Jonghyun confesed, “While I was writing the lyrics, I was watching “Romeo and Juliet” and became attracted to Olivia Hussey.”

Key revealed that his ideal type is a woman with a good sense of style. “I used to like open and truthful women, but I switched,” Key said. “I like women that look pretty overall and especially have a good fashion sense.”

Minho said “I like someone who shares my interests and is fun.” “I hope she is kind,” he added. Minho’s interests are games and exercising. He explained how he especially likes soccer- both playing it and watching it.

Maknae Taemin, who became a high school student this year, answered “a kind, cute, and perfect girl.” But then he said, “Truthfully, I still don’t know yet,” and became akward.

On the other hand, SHINee will release their 3rd album “Romeo” on the 21st and will have their comeback on KBS 2TV Music Bank on the 22nd.

SHINee's 'ROMEO' to be released on May 25th

Idol group SHINee will be releasing their second mini-album entitled "Romeo" on May 25th, the anniversary of their debut.

SM Entertainment said, "Originally, the album was supposed be released on the 21st, but due to Onew's injury, we had no choice but to push back the date. In the end, we decided to release it on SHINee's first anniversary."

On the night of the 19th, Onew was injured on the stairs that were located in front of SHINee's dorm. The doctor has said, "The front teeth were dislocated and would require 1-2 weeks of treatment." The company has acted accordingly to the doctor's recommendation that the comeback should be pushed back until Onew gets better.

In order to appease the waiting fans, SM released a preview of "Please, Don't Go" on SHINee's official website. Onew and Jonghyun's perfect harmonizations in the song were well received by the fans.

SHINee also spoke about their feelings, "Time has passed by very quickly, and it's already been one year since our debut. We are extremely thankful to our supportive fans. Although it is unfortunate that we have to push back our comeback schedule, we are still happy that everyone can listen to our new album. We will show an even more handsome stage to everyone, so please wait a little while longer."

SHINee's second mini-album, featuring "Juliette" and 5 more songs, will be released on the 25th.

SNSD Makes Ugly Faces (that are not ugly)

SNSD's ugly face challenge was hilarious!

On the 17th MBC's Sunday Sunday Night, the Horror Movie Factory, the game was to make the ugliest face possible. In the first round, Hyoyeon lost to comedienne Jo Hye Ryeon. Hyoyeon almost spittered in Jo Hye Ryeon's face trying not to burst out laughing. Next was Yuri and Taeyeon. They went a couple extra rounds. Yuri was good at making goofy faces, but Taeyeon was doing something sorta weird with her mouth and tougue...(that you all should take a look at...)

Soo Young and Sunny were paired next and before they started they stood back to back only to reveal a significant height difference. These two went with eye pinching and slanting! It's funny how all the girls take an athletic lunging stance to face off with each other. Some of their expressions are so adorable! Hyoyeon at 4:44 is too cute!
