lol at EXO taking up 6 of the top 10 spots, literally everything they released this year went into the top 10 (and their debut mini even charted in the top 35). Literal unheard of slayage. I'm excited to see how gigantic their next full album will be.

Super happy for B1A4, they just get consistently better and I think they'll sell even more with Lonely :) (but wow at Beast's decline O_O).

Infinite is consistent as fuck and even tho I liked neither release (*sigh*) I'm happy their sales keep trending upward. All I want is a quality full album from them this year.

GD's One of A kind mini album sold more in 2012 than his full album in 2013. Ouch. I wonder how he feels about it? Although I guess the cheap packaging might have affected the sales too.

i'm really puzzled about coup d'etat sales in general bc these numbers are what he sold in september.

i checked gaon and he's not on nov and dec list which is rly weird bc i doubt after selling near 200 k in one month he would go on to sell less than 500 copies in the next plus i heard yg is really bad with reporting sales (which doesn't surprise me at all) so it could be their fault

gaon messed up the digital chart so much this year, the download (http://gaonchart.co.kr/digital_chart/download.php?nationGbn=T&chart_Time=year) and streaming (http://gaonchart.co.kr/digital_chart/streaming.php?nationGbn=T&chart_Time=year) charts are better (the streaming chart is kind of weird too, with apink topping it and exo in #2... or not so weird considering how much time no no no and growl stayed on melon's top 50 but idk. anyway, i'm happy for my biases lol)
lol at all of exo's albums this year being on top 10, i'm impressed with how much miracles in december sold in only a month
2ne1 didn't do as well digitally as they used too :(
neither did f(x) :( but at least they sold more albums than they did with electric shock and their first album so yay

Dream Girl surpassed Growl in digital sales? o_o Now I'm surprised considering that Growl is even still charting and was #2 in Melon during several weeks.

And lol @ the top 10 being basically EXO minus SNSD, CYP, GD and SHINee.

VIXX and B1A4's sales are pretty good but I though others like Block B or BAP had sold more tbh.

not really. dream girl did really well, but gaon messed up... they changed the way they count the DA (the score of the digital chart) more than one time this year. there's a bunch of songs that are higher bc of what time of the year they were released and what system gaon was using at that time.
like, teen top's miss right is #55 while 2ne1 and f(x) didn't even chart in the top 100 (this wasn't their best year but, both groups can still sell better than teen top digitally lol). i think the download chart is the most reliable one http://gaonchart.co.kr/digital_chart/download.php?nationGbn=T&chart_Time=year

I'm just hoping with the money they have made that they are able to get a good income since it's all splitting into 12 people. I know they have made a lot. I wonder how much is left after paying all the production costs, all the different designers and marketing and costumes and other expenses.

I know their EXO store is doing very well so that should also help them.

I hope they start getting more CFs. Become CF kings like SNSD.

No it actually did less. Gaon changed the way they measure digital charts so Even though growl did better shinee got a higher place.
This actually affected a most of the songs on this list. Most songs are in certain places because of the time of the year it was released, since Gaon messed with the charts at least twice in 2013.
