it's the full broadcast; maxwell wasn't present during the first twenty minutes or the last forty five-ish. his entire segment starts at 24:20 and ends at 1:10:45! it's not subbed or translated, namely the parts where the translator was translating back to jonghyun and when jonghyun was speaking in korean, but maxwell spoke entirely in english.
