Rejoice, Blackjacks. A limited edition 2-DVD set for the NOLZA concerts held 3 months ago is finally going to come out on December 21 in both Korea and Japan. Check out the official trailer above. And here's the release info from YesAsia:

2NE1 held their first concert NOLZA at the Seoul Olympic Stadium on August 26 to 28 2011. Known for their fierce stage presence, the girls delivered an energetic lineup of their hit songs including Fire, I Don't Care, Can't Nobody, Go Away, Ugly, Clap Your Hands, and much more! The bonus disc comes with making-of documentary and multi-angle footage of I Am The Best.

This edition comes with a 110-page photobook and a folded poster. Initial press includes a YG Family Card.

I don't see CL's solo on the tracklist ;_; I thought YG got some money from its stock exchange adventure, can't they reinvest it in buying the rights for the songs CL covered? Can we occupy the YG building and demand the solo's rightful release to the public if they don't include it on the DVD?

Okay, so I first heard about StarCall like.. 2 months ago at the Allkpop booth at the New York Korea Festival (in Jersey, haha). So basically what happens is, you get a phone call from which ever groups you select as your favorite and you get to watch a video message in real-time. Granted, you don't get to talk back to them, but you do get the option to record your own fan video and send it. You might also receive a personal response back. How cool is that?! Also, you get to leave comments on each artists separate section. You can leave it in whatever language you like too. There's also a tab that says facebook where there is a compilation of their tweets that you can reply to and a section for news which takes you to a mobile version of the allkpop article. Plus, you get backstage view of what's going on.

Only draw back is the current artist list.. well for me anyways because everyone knows I'm a die hard Cassie! Why TVXQ isn't on the list, I don't know, but maybe they will be added later on. You know my boys are busy so they can't be bothered. The list is pretty good though, they don't have just one company of artists so anyone can find a reason to download it.

Girls Generation, Super Junior, SHINee, 2PM, f(x), BoA, 2AM, FT Island Secret, Sistar, U-Kiss, ZE:A, Rainbow, Jewelry, TEEN TOP, TOUCH, Brave Girls, B1A4, and BOYFRIEND.

Not too shabby. The good thing is, you get to select as many artists as you want to receive calls from. There is a button that says sample, where you can go back and look at all the other videos they've done and they have English subs as well. As I have yet to receive a call yet, I don't know if they will have subtitles as well.

Like all good things, there is a catch. It's a free download for the app; however the phone calls cost money. The first 5 are free within the first month of downloading and after that it's 0.99 for every 5 calls received. Granted if you spend money on iTunes music this will be no biggie. If you're not into paying that's fine, you can just look at the videos already uploaded and check out the news and twitter updates all in one place.

Which Celebrity Made the Most Money from Copyright Fees?

Big Bang’s G Dragon, Beast’s Yong Jun Hyung, and songwriter Jo Young Soo are making lots of money from copyright fees?

Previously, Yong Jun Hyung revealed that he makes so much that it’s hard for him to handle. G Dragon is also popularly known to write and compose songs. There are even rumors that G Dragon drives around in a Bentley Continental GT while Yong Jun Hyung drives an M5.

Both are set to appear at the first ever “Korean Music Copyright Awards” next week on December 4, at 7 P.M. in the Olympic hall grand music performance hall. Unlike an awards show for singers, this one is focused on the song writers.

Korea’s biggest music copyright company, “Korea Music Copyright Organization (President Shin Sang Ho and Eum Juh Hyup)” has been taking data not only from broadcasts from television, but also online charts, karaoke rooms, store-bought albums, and etc to organize data for revenue generated by copyright fees.

There will be of course, ballad, dance, rock, hip hop, OST, and traditional Korean music such as traditional instrumental music and children’s songs. It will take into account the most revenue generated in the past year.

In the coming awards ceremony, there will be singers and performers such as G-Dragon, Beast’s Jun Hyung, SHINee, Jung Yup, Cho Shin Sung, Psy, Sul Oon Do, Lee Seung Hwan, Homme, DJ DOC, Park Sang Chul, Baek Ji Young. Famous producers will include Jo Young Soo and Bang Shi Hyuk.

The greatest award goes to the writer who has made the most money made from copyrights. There will also be many other types of awards given out, such as the special award, the Hallyu music award the rookie award, the singer-songwriter award, the song editing award, and more.

Eum Juh Hyup said, “We are objectively generating data to select the recipients, and the Awards show will be equal and unbiased in any way. Feel free to look forward to it!”

SBS MTV opens polls for the “Best of the Best” Fan Biased Awards

On November 28th, SBS MTV opened polls granting fans the opportunity to help their favorite artists win the “Best of the Best” awards. With three categories and subcategories for each, fans can vote for their favorite music videos, live performances, and other unique awards.

Under “Best Music Video,” fans can vote for their favorites in “Best New Artist,” “Artist of the Year,” “Best Male” and “Best Female”.

Nominees for “Best New Artist” include: Huh Gak (“Hello”), Boy Friend (“Don’t Touch My Girl”), Block B (“Tell Them”), B1A4 (“Beautiful Target”), MYNAME (“Message”), Dal Shabet (“Bling Bling”), A Pink (“I Don’t Know”), Brave Girls (“Easily”), 5dolls (“Like This or Like That”) and Rania (“Dr. Feel Good”).

Infinite's First Solo Concert

The group, Infinite, will be holding a solo concert.
Infinite will be holding their solo concert, ‘Second Invasion’, from 2012.2.11~2012.2.12 for two days at Olympic Park Handball arena.

This concert’s name, ‘Second Invasion’, holds a meaning that they’ll invade the music industry for the second time through a concert as a follow up of their debut album, ‘First Invasion’.
CJ E&M Concert Department, who will be planning and producing this performance, showed high praise to the artist by saying, “Infinite’s best positive points are their perfect stages that are nearly 100% synchronized and each member’s sincerity. Their abundant repertory and excellent musicianship were big strengths to planning the concert.”

Infinite, who is planning a solo concert even though they haven’t reached 2 years since their debut, expressed their thoughts, “Through our solo concert in February, we’ll be starting 2012 being full of energy. We worked hard to prepare for this, thinking that it’s a place to repay our fans who have been supporting us.”

Also, Infinite first revealed a poster with just an infinite logo, the name, and the concert date on a black background. However, they will be revealing posters with the members’ faces in the middle of December.

Meanwhile, tickets will be selling on December 9th for their fanclub and will sell for others on December 14th.

As media reported Kang Ho-dong's involvement with the Yakuza, the people around him have been pleading.

General service Channel A, showed a video of Kang Ho-dong at a Yakuza gathering 23 years ago through the news.

A friend appealed with News N on the phone, "23 years ago, was when Kang Ho-dong was in high school. He went to Japan for a wrestling match and was called out to dinner by the officials".

"Also, how could a high school athlete fall out of a gathering like that when they call him? What did he know as a high school kid anyways?"

The friend added, "Kang Ho-dong has been having a hard time since his retirement. It's sad that such lewd reports have to be made about him".

Like many other companies and groups, Jellyfish Entertainment revealed a music video and Christmas song featuring their own artists.

Including singers Brian Joo, Sung Shikyung, Park Janghyun, Seo Inguk, and many more; the company revealed their MV for "Everyone's Christmas" earlier today.

Brian Joo revealed the news of a Christmas song by his company through his twitter earlier this month, saying that he was at the music video set, getting ready to record.

SMEnt Gets My Hopes Up By Putting Up SM Town Christmas Decorations

SM Entertainment recently revealed a new set of Christmas decorations on the company's building. With earlier hints of an SMTOWN Christmas album, fans are anticipating news from SM Entertainment's side.

The Christmas decoration mentions "SMTOWN" and sparked the interest of people who believe a new winter album might be in the works. After years of rumours and speculations, it would be the first release since SMTOWN's last winter album "2007 Winter SMTown – Only Love" back in 2007.

Singer Zhang Liyin hinted at a recording and photoshoot for the album before as she updated her personal Weibo account on the 11th of November with details of her recent activities, including recording for an SMTOWN album.

Sh*t man, I wasn't expecting this kind of MV... Sure the song itself is not bad for a motivational song but WHY THE F**K DID TSENT MADE A TEASER THAT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE ACTUAL MV!?!? And the kid ZELO... I just don't know anymore...

Let's not judge this song too much. Personally, after listening to this song for a few times, I find it to be appropriate for an inspirational song. Still side-eying TSENT for trolling, though.
