A Korean vocal coach listed the best 17 idols who have great singing abilities. Sometimes k-pop idols are criticized for their vocals and not taken seriously, however most of them have great singing abilities that capture the hearts of fans.
The list made by the vocal coach evaluates their tone, tremble, skills, volume, and expressiveness.
Some of the idols include JYJ' Junsu, MBLAQ's G.O, SHINee's Onew, F.T. Island Hong Ki, Big Bang's Teayang and more.

These days, bubbly teen pop rock is what international fans, and even local residents, mostly see when they turn on their television set. But there's much more to the Korean rock scene then what we see at first sight.
Just as with the previous editorials (#1, #2, & #3), I've compiled a list of five different rock bands who have been working together for years. Whether it's Flower who has been around since 1999, Nell who's known as one of Korea's representative indie bands, pop rock group The Apop, or various others; everyone's able to find at least one artist in the Korean rock scene he or she likes.

Kang’s action prompted some fierce criticism and an Internet campaign began yesterday to defend comedian Choi.

A giant poster of 8-girl Korean pop group AFTERSCHOOL will adorn the Shibuya 109 fashion center from Dec 5-25.
In the poster, which is 21 meters high and 9 meters wide, the girls are wearing golden costumes. Some 200 posters will also be put up inside Shibuya 109. A spokesperson for the group said they were honored by the posters.

Girl group T-ara expressed their thoughts about their first 'Cry Cry' performance.
T-ara, who had their comeback on 'MCountdown', also had their performance on KBS2 'Music Bank' ahead of them on the 18th, where they met with reporters and said "We went through a lot to prepare for this album as we did with 'Roly Poly'. There were a lot of people who said they liked our comeback stage yesterday but to us, we were left a little regretful. There are a lot of performances that have yet to come so we're determined to do better."
When asked why they felt disappointed about their comeback performance, T-ara responded "Honestly, even if we had to give it a score, it wouldn't even be worth 50 points. It was our first performance and perhaps it was due to staying up all night the night before filming our music video, but we think we got really nervous".
On this day, T-ara wore revealing violet see-through outfits along with their short hairstyles, giving off a mature but at the same time androgynous charm. They drew attention for their strong charisma that was a completely different image from 'Roly Poly'."After 'I Go Crazy Because of You', we did a lot of cute concepts but this time we wanted to go through a change. I think we came out with a powerful and strong concept this time around since we wanted to show a completely different image. If we had a lot of performances for the samchon (uncle) fans then we're going to target the female fans this time with our performances so I hope they give us a lot of love. (laughs)"
Even with the sudden comeback, the fans' cheers remained strong for T-ara. However, with the powerful and masculine concept, the responses were a little different. T-ara went on to explain "Before we heard 'they're so pretty' but after our comeback stage, it was a little different since we heard 'they're so cool'. We received a good song and we didn't want to make our fans wait so we hurried to make a comeback so we hope we receive as much love as we did with 'Roly Poly'".
Along with T-ara's comeback, what also caught people's attention the most on this day was the meeting with SNSD and the Wonder Girls. T-ara who went on stage with these two teams expressed "We see SNSD seniors frequently and we're also close with them, they're good seniors and fellow colleagues to us, and as for the Wonder Girls seniors, we still haven't gotten a lot of opportunities to meet them but we are observing them in the position of fans. Both are amazing and it's an honor to stand on stage with them".
With the second live broadcast ahead of them and the interview at its close, they revealed, "We still feel a little disappointed in regards to our comeback performance but we practiced a lot yesterday and prepared in making up for what we lacked on. Our biggest concern is the fact that everyone isn't feeling well but we're working hard towards our goal to get first."

ZE:A have wrapped up their exclusive concert, 2011 ZE:A SUPER LIVE, at ZEPP in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
Over ten thousand fans of ZE:A enjoyed the concert.
ZE:A kept gaining popularity in Japan. Their Japanese mini album, Watch Out!, reached number 6 in the Weekly Oricon chart and took the top position on the Oricon chart for Foreign Musics. The major presses in Japan have paid lots of attention to ZE:A and their concert news since several months ago. The saturation coverage of ZE:A was paid a lot of attention by many fans.
ZE:A prepared for their concert with their whole hearts to match their fans’ expectations. The concert was made up with four acts and a variety of performances. People at the concert hall were admired by the fabulous performances and the stages.
In the second act of the concert, the members of ZE:A showed their human qualities as little men to their fans in the form of a mini musical. Their fluent Japanese and perfect performances made their fans shout with joy.
Lots of fans posted comments on their blogs with admiration, “I have been following their growth since their debut.” “It was great. Especially the musical performance was incredible!” “I was unconscious of the passage of time. The concert was perfect! I can’t wait for the encore performance.”
The agency said, ” All the members of ZE:A had participated in producing the concert and preparing all the performances. They practiced the whole night through and attended all the meetings despite their busy schedule. After the concert, they have pleasant time and are satisfied with their performance. We will always do our best to make better performances.”
ZE:A will release their new Japanese single, Daily Daily, on November 22.
