A request for an arrest warrant has been submitted for a hip hop artist,”A”, on grounds of sexually assaulting a trainee, “B”.
The request was submitted on November 16th following an investigation by the Seoul Yongsan Police Station on accounts of sexual assault by “A”.
“A” reportedly beat “B”s face and chest with his fist and raped her after she refused to engage in sexual intercourse with him in his apartment in Seoul, Yongsan on November 3rd at 3AM.
“A” stated during his investigation, “We had consensual sex,” and denied the charge. However, the police cited CCTV footage of “B” rushing out of the apartment, and the cuts and bruises on “B’s body as evidence for the warrant.
“A” attended a prestigious university’s extension school overseas and later received a masters degree. He released albums in Korea for a while, but stopped promoting.

In a recent interview with Newsen, TRAX's Jay (27) and Jungmo (26) revealed that they have plans to enlist in the military next year and fulfill their 2-year mandatory services to their country.
On November 10th, TRAX released their 3rd mini-album "Window" and will perform their final comeback stage on Mnet M! Countdown on November 17th.
In addition, Jay has been taking part of the KBS 1TV drama "The Women of Our Home." Jungmo was busy with activities as M&D previously with Super Junior's Heechul and released a single. Jungmo is also participating in the musical "Fame," challenging acting in a musical for the first time.
Jay was born in 1983 and the singer will turn 28 years old next year in April. When asked when he would join the military by Newsen, "I may join early next year in January or February," he said.
A similar question was asked to Jungmo, who replied, "I may joined around the same time."
Meanwhile, Jay and Jungmo are promoting their title track "Window (Blind)," a medium tempo rock ballad song.

Rising star, Lee Minjung, and Choi Seunghyun have finally met once again after one whole year. These two were able to raise their names up onto the list of leading roles for the future generations when they won the Best Rookie Award for male and female during last year’s Blue Dragon Awards.
Today, the two were able to talk about the time when the two of them were sitting down side by side during the award ceremony last year when Lee Minjung suddenly opened up to Choi Seunghyun to tell him that he was accidentally stepping on the tip of her dress. That was the first time the two had ever spoken to each other, and here they are now, one year later, to attend the Blue Dragon Award hand-printing ceremony. Choi Seunghyun stated that he frequently watched ‘Midas’, the drama Lee Minjung starred in, and she as well stated that she was a big fan of the GD & T.O.P album, so the two began asking each other questions that they were curious about.

DJ DOC's former member Park Jung-hwan has officially filed a lawsuit against his two ex-members: Lee Ha-neul and Kim Chang-ryul.
The case was filed to the Seoul Youngdeungpo Police Station on November 15th against Lee and Kim for comments made on a recent broadcast. Park is claiming that the comments made were false and offensive.
Lee had appeared on November 3rd's broadcast of KBS's Happy Together 3, where he commented on Park's lack of rhythm. Kim had then chimed in mentioning that Park was rhythmically challenged. The show had then proceeded to air old footage of Park dancing as proof.
The court case stated, "The plaintiff didn't leave the group DJ DOC on good terms. The defendants used the plaintiff's real name on a public broadcast, attacking him with comments claiming the plaintiff is rhythmically challenged. These lies told for the sake of entertainment is personally offensive and has hurt the plaintiff's reputation."
Park was a part of the popular group DJ DOC for the first album in 1994. However, his stint was brief as he was replaced by Jung Jae-yong for the second album onwards.

YG, third entertainment agency to be listed on KOSDAQ, attracts 3.6 trillion won in IPO
The recent success of YG Entertainment and other listed Korean entertainment agencies in the stock market is an indicator of the growing influence of Korean pop music at home and abroad, analysts said Wednesday.
YG Entertainment drew more than 3 trillion won in its initial public offering this week, receiving bids for 561 times the number of shares allocated to individual investors.
The company, which produced popular boy group Big Bang and four-member girl group 2NE1, priced its shares at 34,000 won ($33) each, meaning it could raise 42.4 billion won based on the 1.25 million shares it plans to sell. The company plans to list its shares on Nov. 23.

Lee Hyori heads on to Twitter to express her anger towards the recent rumor saying that she was found in her home dead. On the 14th of November, Lee Hyori furiously updated her Twitter account with a message saying, “What do you call a joke that isn’t funny and has no meaning?”, adding a Korean acronym for trash by the end of the tweet.
The angry tweets resulted from various news sites reporting the rumor that she was found dead in her home, making her name one of the top search words on Korea's major Internet portals that day. The rumor further spread on social networking service sites such as Kakao Talk Messenger and Twitter.
Lee Hyori's followers who read the tweet immediately left comments that they would be furious as well if they were in her position. Further expressing their hope that Lee Hyori wasn't too hurt by such false news.

Boy group Infinite is already creating a frenzy in Japan prior to their debut.
Infinite will debut in Japan on November 19. They pre-released the Japanese version of their song “BTD (Before the Dawn)” on Japanese music site Music.jp and the song ranked first on the Hallyu Full Version Daily chart.
Infinite signed a contract with a big Japanese record shop’s parent company, CCC, in April and held a big and unique promotions in Japan. Their singles, including “She’s Back”, “BTD”, “Nothing’s Over”, and the Japanese version of “BTD” ranked first on the day of their release.
The billboards featuring Infinite have been erected on 30 avenues in Tokyo. Infinite’s music video and other videos of Infinite aired through the electronic displays and 70,000 of their debut album were sold out during the pre-sale.
Infinite have become popular in Asia less than a year after their debut, and they are currently making an extraordinary record prior to their official Japanese debut.
People responded: “I’m proud of them.” “They are trendsetters in Asia.” “Infinite is taking the world by storm.” “Infinite is the best.”
Infinite will release their first Japanese single “Before the Dawn (BTD)” on November 19.

On November 15th, rapper Tablo expressed his thoughts on the welcoming atmosphere of his new agency, YG Entertainment.
Tablo guested on a special episode of KBS Joy’s “Lee Sora’s Second Project” this week, where he revealed, “My wife Kang Hye Jung is signed under YG. In a sense, they’re like my real family. There is a huge difference between the surface image of YG and what it’s really like on the inside.”
He continued, “From the outside, there was a sense of coldness because all the artists have so much charisma. I thought it’d be hard to approach them, but they’re all actually very warm and fun. I’m the maknae right now, but YG has been so good to me that I’m adjusting well.”
During the show, Tablo also performed numerous tracks including “Tomorrow” alongside Big Bang‘s Taeyang.

If asked to describe each other’s strengths, Yunho says that Changmin’s eyes are pretty, while Changmin says that Yunho’s nose is good-looking. Although Yunho is lively and gets along well with people, and he even jokes around often, Changmin is of an introverted and meticulous personality. Once in a while, if Yunho is making jokes randomly, Changmin will cluck his tongue and nag. But even so, when Yunho leads Changmin as an elder brother, Changmin wordlessly leans/relies on Yunho. The two different people who have not one thing in common. However, what is really amazing is that when they talk about becoming TVXQ and their music or futures, they always show off a concerted singular voice.
“This is an album we put in a lot of effort and thought into. Of course creating a high standard in musical aspect is a must, but this is also an album we produced with a thankful heart towards the fans who had waited for us.”
