Q: During live performances, are there moments when members can feel each other just by the look of the eyes?
Onew: Yes, we can feel each other just by looking at the eyes on stage, during practice we don’t talk, we communicate through looking at each other.
Q: through the years together, did your habits/singing style/the food u like change because of each other?
Key: Yes! food! thanks to taemin, i start to like eating meat i did not use to like.
Jonghyun: taemin.. thanks to me? and minho, he’s starting to like gym-ing too.
Taemin: i learnt singing from onew and jonghyun, minho encourages me a lot and key taught me how to dress myself up.

EDITORIAL: A little bit of K-rock
2011-05-28 12:37 pmunreal.livejournal.comWhen you mention Korean music to someone, they most likely come up with names as TVXQ, SNSD, Super Junior, Big Bang, and other big stars. When you mention Korean Rock, they'll give you FTIsland, CNBlue, and most likely Seo Taiji. But do they know of rock groups Pia, Guyz, Aile, Mate, Vanilla Unity, metalcore group Vassline, and even soloist Kim Sarang?
While the Korean showbiz is mainly about looks, addictive beats, and synchronized dancing these days, people seem to be forgetting that Korea has a pretty decent indie and underground rock scene. From soft rock to punk and music influenced by Japanese Visual Kei and metal, it's all there. There just aren't many people who know about it.
Just for fun, we'll be lining up a few of those rock stars in a few different genres for you to discover.

Jae Hee is back! YESSSSSSSS!!
The drama is an MBC weekend dealio called Hooray For Love, which appears to be the same drama previously referred to as She Never Loses, starring Lee Bo-young (Birth of the Rich). She plays Kang Jae-mi, divorcée who overcomes obstacles in the basic Candy-esque narrative trajectory.
Jae Hee will play Byun Dong-woo, a man with a well-to-do background, good looks, a stable job as a lawyer and good manners to boot, making him the perfect man…on the outside. That’s till you get a little closer and realize that he’s got some flaws, like the fact that he’s a total playboy. He’s also described as Jae-mi’s old enemy, who gets hired to invalidate Jae-mi’s divorce (presumably by her ex-husband). As her success story unfolds, Dong-woo becomes one of her solid supporters — and, of course, love interests.

On May 28th, KBS’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook” broadcasted yet another special in celebration of their 100th episode.
As previously reported, “Sketchbook” is planning to spotlight the underrated areas in the music industry to commemorate their milestone. On today’s episode, the theme centered around “The Drama”, and so singers Jung Yeob, Baek Ji Young, Yurisangja, Sweet Sorrow, Seo Young Eun, Super Junior’s Yesung, Clazziquai, and Cha Soo Kyung were brought in to perform their very own OST hits.
Jung Yeob performed “There Was Nothing” from the “49 Days” OST, while Baek Ji Young sang “That Woman“, an ultra-popular track from “Secret Garden“. Clazziquai made a much-anticipated return with “She Is” from “My Name is Kim Sam Soon“, and Super Junior’s own vocalist Yesung performed “It Has to Be You” from “Cinderella’s Sister“.
In the interview portion of the show, Baek Ji Young joked around with her fellow “I Am a Singer” castmate: “This is KBS, right? Guesting on this show with Jung Yeob is confusing me.” Yoo Hee Yeol wittily said, “You will not be able to compete again today. How was the survival stage for you?”
Jung Yeob replied, “It was just an honor.“ Baek Ji Young added, “This is my 13th year as a singer and it still made me shake with nervousness.”

The video shows the five members sitting in chairs in their stage outfits, as they just finished performing their debut stage on KBS’s ‘Music Bank’. The members proclaim that they had finished their stage successfully, but felt rather empty afterwards, so they decided to add another song by themselves. N-Train’s talents shined brilliantly through this cover, as the members flaunted their perfectly harmonized vocals.

Recently, 2PM’s Taecyeon, Wooyoung, and Kim Soo Hyun reunited backstage at the “2011 Dream Concert“.
On May 28th, Taecyeon tweeted,
“사실 오늘 드림하이 주인공 6명이 다모였었는데 사진찍을려고 하니까 아이유는 벌써 무대하고 뿅~ 가버리구 은정이도 무대하고 가구ㅠㅠ 그래서 남자들만 모였어요~”
“In fact, 6 main characters from Dream High were there today but when we were trying to take pictures IU already left to the stage ppyong~ Eunjungie has also gone and finished performing ㅠㅠ So only the guys gathered together~“
In the photo, Taecyeon and Soo Hyun are giving thumbs-up to the camera while Wooyoung is making an interesting expression in the center by himself.
Fans commented, “Totally handsome! Wow!” “I love you guys so much! Kim Soo Hyun looks so handsome in here,” and “Whoa cute photo, I miss ‘Dream High’.”

Korea Museum in Shanghai is one of the biggest Korean fashion malls in China.
SHANGHAI — “There are tens of million people watching them, they have become more popular than the evening news”.
Lin Yu walks down the aisles of Korea Museum with the two hands encumbered with shopping bags. The logos on the bags read “Korean dream”, “Korean movie star” and have writings in both Chinese and Korean characters.
Like many young Chinese consumers, she is enthusiastic about Korean fashion. And like most of them, the source of this enthusiasm is chiefly one: Korean television series.
The popularity of TV series from South Korea has grown so big to influence a whole generation of young Chinese in their lifestyle and consumption choices. As a consequence, Korean style is increasingly in vogue among youngsters, and clothes from Korea are extremely well received among Chinese consumers.
